After getting upset with a competitor down the street from Viper Motorsports, I called Viper Motorsports to see when I can get an appointment to have my catalytic converters replaced. Not only were they so friendly they had an opening and weren't very busy and said if I would bring it right now they'd look at it. I had no clue that they would have time to do the job right then and there, which they did. And they save me almost $400 compared to what their competitor was going to charge. I'm ecstatic. I will never go anywhere else for my three vehicles. Thank you guys I appreciate all that you did for me, and fixing my door handle was even a bonus.

I went in there and got my mufflers, mid muffler and resonator deleted and bought some tips and they hooked me up I love it. I even made it a point to call back up there just to tell them thank you.

Excellent serivce great people Sat up there all day Thursday and they were funny outgoing people very respectful!!! Yall need a lift or some Accessories for your truck or just want wheels and good service hit up my boy AARON he will take care of ya!!

I highly recommend Viper. Did a great job on my 19 Tacoma lift a while back. No issues and it s been couple years. Great group of guys and shop. I wanted to give a shout out to manager and Dakota working me in for a couple welds on knife I broke. Now that s customer service at its best. He s a definite pro welder. They worked me in and fixed my mistake even though they were swamped. I highly recommend the drive out to their shop if you are east for work. You won t regret it. Thanks again guys. Bryan C

Went to get exhausts on my challenger and the service was great. Knowledge on all types of cars even guided me on what type of exhausts would sound nice on my car. They did and awesome job. Definitely will recommend for service on your car.

Accessorized my RAM 1500 with a grill guard, 2.5 suspension level and a Magnaflow muffler. Dropped off right before noon was ready at 5pm Aaron and the crew are real professionals!

My first time ever visiting Viper Motorsports today and Aaron made it as seamless as possible. Dropped my car off, explained the issue and not much long after I received a call from Aaron giving me a detailed description of what was found, then quoted with an affordable price on a very quick service and they still somehow managed to finish the work in less time than estimated. My car s issue was addressed to satisfaction and I couldn t be more thankful for the professionalism!

Went there to get my catalytic converter checked out but they said nothing was wrong with it. So glad that they didn't take advantage of me and tell me I needed to fix something that wasn't broken. If I do eventually have problems with emissions I'll definitely go back. So nice to find honest people.

Did an awesome job on my straight-pipe. Showed up, got in & out in like an hour! Price wasn t half bad neither, which was honestly the best part. Super friendly guys too. Definitely would recommend

The owner Aaron and the driver Gary are super nice guys. They got my 2009 Tundra in the same day to install my new catalytic converters and running boards for a very reasonable price.I'm putting them on my very short list of good businesses.

I Chad Mitchell called them today about a trailer issue. I spoke with Billy the manager and he said come by and would be glad too help me. After a few minutes he determined itvwas the fuse stuckna new fuse n and problems fixed. I asked him what owed him he said no charge. I would highly recommend this place . Thank you

I went to Viper Motorsoprts and ordered all the parts to get airbags installed onto my truck. I called the next day to see if they could fit me in to work around my hectic schedule and they did not let me down. Their customer service and ability support my needs is above and beyond what I was expecting! I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

My son got the exhaust done on his 92 c1500 truck. Awesome job. Cat delete and pipe upgrade. He is excited about how it sound and quality of build. Price was just right for what he was trying to pay. And honestly, it sounds awesome. Good job. I recommend this place for a quality job.

Came in to have my exhaust manifolds replaced and to get my exhaust looked at. When I got here and the guy looked at it there were flames coming out of my exhaust. They were able to replace my exhaust manifolds and we ended up replacing my exhaust. They kept me updated on the progress and we're amazing guys. First shop I have been to where they didn't try to B.S. me because I'm a woman on what I needed, or what needed to be done. Will be recommending them to everyone I know!!!

I took my new truck in for power running boards and a Roll n Lock bed cover. As always; Tanner, Gary, Miller and the whole crew took excellent care of me. The prices were spot on and the installation was done quickly. I highly recommend Viper for any needs you may have!

Had called Texas Tire as thats where I get most of my work done but they are owned by the same company. I was in contact with a gentleman named Aaron. He was very helpful in getting what I wanted done to my truck in a timely manner. Was done in about a half a day. Love the outcome. Will definitely be going back.

It s tough to make an Ecoboost F-150 exhaust sound decent. They had simple recommendations that turned out solid once executed.

They took care of my Jeep wrangler trailer hitch quickly. I tried to order it online by myself but was getting very high prices. They located through the warehouse and installed it cheaper than i could order it. Great guys!

I would take my money somewhere else. I feel like I got ripped off. I had problems with my exhaust and they didn t seem to care about fixing it. Tanner Eldridge was very rude and acted like he knew my car. He said I was wasting their time and told me I was crazy. Their workmanship was bad. I tried to talk to management but no one would ever call me back. No one seemed to care so be aware before you go to this place or Texas tire because they have the same owner.I corrected my grammar since it seems like this business feels like insulting the intelligence of a paying customer is the appropriate public response. I admit I was angry when I first posted on here. I was excited about the new exhaust until it bogged my car down. I brought the car back and your answer is that I don t know how to drive. It s interesting that I never experienced this problem before. Tanner was not interested from the beginning. So, I paid more money for you to reinstall my factory mufflers. You wouldn t take the new mufflers back so I had to eat that cost. The acceleration issue is gone, but today one the exhaust tips fell off due to a weak welding job. After 3 of the guys insulted my intelligence and one told me to take my business elsewhere, Miller helped me and fixed the exhaust tip at no charge. The true test of integrity for any business is how they treat unsatisfied customers. You ve probably done a lot of good work but you treated me as if I m less than human. That is why I wrote this review. Oh by the way, my Camaro is a V6. You obviously think you were dealing with a V8 according to your response. Maybe that was the problem allalong.Well sir, it seems that you have hired 2 dishonest employees because this is not the same issue. I had the Flowmaster 10's installed on my Mustang. I did go back because they were louder than I liked since the car is a convertible and they helped me with that. They didn t insult me or call me crazy they tried to fix the problems I had, Also I payed more for that extra out of my pocket, they installed the dual exhaust and the way one of the pipes was routed and hung, the play caused it to rattle loudly and it hit against the rear axle. They ultimately fixed it and I still like them have those on the Mustang. Its why I wanted them on my Camaro. I will take your advice and find another exhaust shop that will meet my needs which is to be valued as a customer and not insulted publicly. I appreciate this public dialogue so others who are shopping may see how you interact with someone who didn't want anything for free. I just wanted the job done right. In the end, I paid for you to install the Flowmasters and then re-install the factory mufflers. And I'm stuck with mufflers that I can't use. So you got your money. Other than thinking I'm stupid and can't drive, and you don't like getting negative reviews, I'm not sure why a business would have a personal beef with me. You've proved here that you're not very customer friendly. Thank you for that. It's why I posted the review in the first place.

Installed a leveling kit on a 2017 1500 Silverado near the end of January. After a couple of months the truck started making a loud squeak near the front where kit was installed. I went to shop asked if they could double check the work that was done. Front desk employee said all leveling kits squeak and that reviewing truck wouldn t be necessary. You d think a shop who claims they did the right thing wouldn t hesitate to double check their work. I don t consider walking outside and looking at the truck from 3 feet away checking their work. They then had the nerve to try and charge to remove kit. I had a question about replacing shocks, but I would never have this shop do more work to my truck.

I had went before about 1.5yr ago and had a great expierence, they made a custom exhaust with a Muffler I supplied for my car. This most recent time going in, I wanted a inspection of the exhaust and to get it fixed. I knew it was something in the exhaust system rattling and I had money to spend to get whatever it was fixed. But they just didn't seem to want to work on it they were just looking under my car smiling and laughing (probably bc it's a small Toyota car and they seem to mainly do trucks), he said he tapped the exhaust but didn't find anything. I literally go home right after, jack the car up and there are obvious broken welds at the Manifold/Header and a giant crack right by the Muffler on the weld from the pipe to the Muffler. I haven't gotten it fixed yet but I think I'll be spending my money elsewhere now.
