Worst shop experience EVER! spent over 5k just in labor at this place and had to bring it back 4 times and the truck still never ran right. Left me stranded 5 times in the side of the road. Almost 1k in towing that I was never reimbursed for or compensated for in any way. They charged me almost 600 for AC service and it worked for one day, which they never fixed. Multiple leaks in fuel and coolant. Never installed 600 dollars in new parts when I paid to have it bulletproofed and after I found out, I had to hassle them to get my parts back. In an attempt to find a battery drain, they cut several of my wires and never put them back including the wire to my horn. After having my truck this time for a month, they weren't able to fix that either. Don't waste your money on these guys unless you just like getting ripped off.

I have been going to Texas Outlaws for 3 years. I no longer recognize anyone there and my last experience there will be the last time I go there. I took my truck in a couple weeks ago because the cruise control was not working and there was a squealing noise coming from the engine. I got called saying that my truck was ready to be picked up, so I got a ride from my friends to go over there and pick up my truck. When I arrived I was told that the truck was not ready and that they did not realize that somebody had called me telling me that it was ready to be picked up. They then told me that there was nothing wrong with the truck and that it was working perfectly fine. They said they could do the oil change on it, so I said to go ahead and do that. I sat down in front of their building with my service dog who had alerted to my anxiety. The mechanics thought that I left with my friends and started talking about the situation. I called out that I was still there. They finished the oil change and I took my truck someplace else. They had it for 2 days for diagnostics and they found that the cruise control switch was burnt out, and that my truck had two oil leaks after they found the engine covered in oil and ran dye thorough it. The new place is still currently fixing my truck. However, close to a year ago I had my engine replaced by Texas Outlaws and the new place I took my truck to said that they did not do a good job putting the front end of the engine in, so ladies I wouldn't bring your trucks to Texas Outlaws. I've had a lot of repairs done by Texas Outlaws from transmission and engine work to maintenance, it's a shame I no longer trust them.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission replacement, Transmission repair, Oil change

My son has a diesel truck in AZ that has been broken down for over a year and I called and asked if they had a few minutes to talk through if fixing it made sense. He went overboard to help me, I called twice, he was quick and very confident with his recommendation. It s what I needed. He didn t have to help me and I m so grateful. I wanted to leave this review because I am sure he had a million other things to do and yet he took the time to help me out.

By far the worst possible experience you could ever expect to have a mechanic shop. Their mechanic Jay had me convinced that I needed a new engine for my vehicle. He gave me a whole bunch of technical terms & reasons why I needed the engine either rebuilt or swapped. After purchasing an engine online and calling to check in with the repair update, I found out that not only had they never worked on my vehicle, but they never even looked at it. So now not only am I stuck with a broken down vehicle but I ve got a spare engine I have to try & sell myself. Save yourself the trouble & don t risk using this auto & diesel repair shop.

These guys are awesome. They got my truck in on a Monday and out on a Thursday, with updates to me daily on the progress each and every step of the way. Not only have they earned my personal business but that of my work trucks from here on out. I will be highly recommending them to others I deal with on diesel repairs.

I was looking at a truck for sale in Weatherford and brought it here for inspection prior to purchase. The guys here are friendly and very knowledgeable. They took the time to evaluate the truck honestly and found several issues that would have turned into thousands of dollars to repair if I had decided to purchase the truck. This the kind of service you hope you find everywhere you go, but rarely do.

Charles and Jack at Texas Outlaws are friendly, honest, and highly experienced diesel mechanics. They go out of their way to answer my questions and make repairs to keep my old diesel pickup running like new. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and I trust these guys 100%.

I brought in my RV to have a fluid leak repaired. They found it, fixed it, test drove the RV as I had asked about the seemingly lack of power. The problem was fixed in a timely manner. Very fair price. Highly recommend them.

4th time customer, don't recognize the guys from anytime I've been in there. Charged an extra 100$ from what I was told and got home with a flat tire that was fine before.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Great diesel mechanic shop. Work was done quick and correct. They worked on my DIesel motorhome when no one else would touch it. Highly recommend this shop for your diesel needs

Did a great job on rebuilding tranny an rear end but the new 21 year old mechanic locked in front hubs which caused the transfer case to explode an do about another $3000 or more in damages an then denied it being their fault

If you have a diesel vehicle...don't take it anywhere else...Charles and the guys are the best around the metroplex...first class service and honest to a fault...and while you wait you can visit their gunshop next door.
