Took my truck to them had a motor swap done. They did a great job motor has been running great. Just dropped off 2 more let you know how they work out. Danny is good at keeping me updated. He is also great on phone. Appreciate you guys

They were able to get my Jeep looked at weeks before the dealership. Identified the problem quickly and had the repair done the next day. Thank you TDP.James

Spent close to $2,700 on steering issues on my 07 Dodge Ram 2500. Had an auto parts store grade steering box installed and it was thought to be faulty, after a week of driving the steering issue was clearly present and I took it back where an upgraded steering box was installed. Texas Diesel Power stuck me with paying for half the labor on behalf of a faulty part they ordered?? Still had issues and lots of slack in steering so I took it to another leading shop where they explained that the issue was very very common for these trucks, and installed $20 bushings in the intermediate shaft while I waited for a short period of time. This cleared up my entire issue. Texas Diesel Power techs are great for part installs but clearly lacked diagnostic skills in my situation. $2700.00 is a lot of money!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Kevin has always taken really good care of us. He is very knowledgeable in what he does! I have Deleted my 2014 Dodge and 2 of my 2017 king ranch trucks. And have been very pleased with everything. If there has ever been an issue he takes care of very promptly. Getting ready to delete my 2017 dodge 3500. Keep up the good work Kevin and team!

I had some work performed on my 2nd gen ram here, actually two times now the first was a timing case gasket set and front seal and now more recently a set of injectors. I can tell you that honesty and integrity and doing the job right is the focus here at this shop very straight forward approach. As I sat and waited for my truck, I witnessed first hand how John and Kevin cared for other people's needs and would tell them you don't need this its all good or hey IT didn't cost as much as we thought. That was very nice to see! The techs are very highly trained, professional and courteous! It is worth the drive to bring your truck to these guys! I know I will be back!Thanks guys for taking care of my truck and making it affordable!A+++

From the symptoms of my truck I was expecting an expensive bill. The tech found the problem in under an hour, and was able to fix it with 1 small part. Total cost was just over 300. They were honest and took very good care of my truck.

My 08 6.4 powerstroke had an oil cooler clogging up and I had the guys repair it. While it was in their I had them delete my dpf and stock tune it. The work was done in a very timely manner and the the quality was great! I ve had zero issues after having the work done. Also these people are very upfront and fair with their pricing. I highly recommend Texas Diesel Power for any work you may need or want done

Took my 96 f350 to them for no start and lack of power they got it fixed with no problems I mean truck runs alot better. Paul was very knowledgeable and they called me with updates

They are expensive$$$$. They use a gas machinist to bore and hone diesel blocks. They charged me 12k to rebuild my 07 5.9 and the motor burned 1 gallon of.oil in 1k miles. They had to rebuild it again. Which took another 2 months. Then after the second motor, my turbo blew up.. guess what? After that first piece of junk motor "cant pull a 8k lb rv over 70mph" they built. It made my turbo heat up, trying to find the power from that gas motor hone job with no cross etching!!. They charged me 1.7k for a new stock turbo.. THEN my truck started making a new sound. They said drop it off. And never looked at it. This was all in their 1 year warranty. I HAD TO SELL MY TRUCK AFTER THIS. It was just never right, they didnt care. Save yourself the headache and find a better shop. JOHN just likes his racecar and Kevin is a liar, he told the tech he knew my truck wasn't right but to send it out anyways. They will just let your truck sit in their unprotected yard until you have had enough and come pick it up. Out of the 1 year warranty period my truck sat for 4 months.

Went up here and got my 11 f250 king ranch deleted a few weeks ago and when I got the truck back from this shop it was shifting so violently that I thought something was wrong with it. I called Kevin at the front and asked about getting a stock power and trans tune for it so this would stop and I was repeatedly told oh my tuner is not here right now I ll call you in tomorrow about it two days pass, so I call back, I m therefore told again some typical lie to get me off the phone. I wait a week and call AGAIN only to this time be told a complete lie about stock tunes not being available.Let me just give anyone reading this or anyone considering using this dump some advice...DONT, once you ve paid these guys (ridiculous amount of money btw) they will not do anything for you. I will never use such an unorganized shop again.

I don t do this normally but for a place with such a good reputation they sure did keep my husbands truck for 9 months. After about seven we get a call that someone in their company is ordering unnecessary parts and selling them saying they re putting them in the trucks. So the owner needed to go over the truck to make sure that hadn t happened. Impossible. Every time we drove by it was sitting there rotting along with the tires. The brand new ac isn t working now that we have it back, wires were cut, turbo wasn t done right. Truck wouldn t start. $9.9k, 9 MONTHS and his damn truck wouldn t start. Not sure what they re famous for. Ridiculous.

One of the few mechanic shops that I really trust. I've called them for advice multiple times and have never been disappointed. When I've had to take my truck or tractor to them it has always been a good experience.

Hello my name is Curtis R. I wanted to give a quick review of my experience at Texas Diesel Power, in Weatherford TX. I brought in my 1ton Dodge to have TDP to install a heavy duty Southbend clutch into it. When I called, I talked to Kevin in the front office. He was very friendly and very and knowledgeable about what I wanted to accomplish. Everything went very well.He had his mechanic Colton do the job on my truck. If you need work done, I highly recommend you ask for Colton, he does very good work. I highly recommend Texas Diesel Power for any type of work needed on your diesel trucks.5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!Again thank you Kevin and Colton, for the experience I had at your shop.

I took my welding truck up there 3 days later it was done they are fast they are honest price price is reasonable they did good work I had another diesel shot put new injectors in my truck do all this stuff and they broke a bolt off strip 3 and Texas diesel power told me about it right away truck runs great will always do business with these peopleServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

Everyone there is very nice and helpful. I didn t even bring my truck in and they were willing to help me figure out what was wrong with it over the phone. The only shop I will take my truck to. 10/10

Mine is actually in their shop right now , so far so good, from what has took place so far , I would recommend them over all the local Ford dealers , been there done that and won't go back

During extended travel through Colorado Arizona and New Mexico cooling system failed. Kevin was most helpful in coordinating major engine repairs. Now "She" runs like new.

I have been to these guy before these guys alway shoot sraight with me Took my truck to Roger Williams in Wetherford and they told me I needed a new turbo and a few other things I was not happy with the with there judgment call and took it to these guys and my computer need to be rebooted saved me a Lot of money hope this can help somebody who need profession work done there truck

I thought I had a turbo going out. It ended up being a clogged air filter. They could have easily went the dishonest route but they didn't. First class group of guys!
