Made 4:30pm appointment for Tuesday (8 days in advance which was the first time avaiable for oil change) Arrived at 415pm, and it is 635pm and STILL WAITING. I don't understand why it would take so long. What is the point of an appointment if you have to wait over 2 hours. Nobody here, but no updates, no check ins, just sitting in a waiting room for 2 plus hours. Wouldn't recommend this place for "Quick Service"

Went in about a week before Christmas and planned on ordering a truck. Met with Chris in the sales department and he walked me through the inventory and told me if they didn t have anything i liked he d help me order the truck i wanted. It ended up they had almost the exact truck i was going to order. They were very fair on price and even threw in some parts for me including a hitch and a bed cover with no added cost. Definitely would recommend this dealership. Thanks again Chris!

Our sales rep Z was amazing! Very professional, nice and transparent. Very pleasure experience to purchase the car with the him. All staffs in the SouthWest Ford are nice, made us feel welcomed, and they made the whole process smoothly! Highly recommended Z and Southwest Ford!

When we purchased our brand new Ford Bronco, we ordered leather seats. We didn t know that they d drive it to Fort Worth and add almost 300 miles without towing it on a flat bed! To top it off drive it on a tow road and not pay the toll road fees. Now received a toll road bill for $60 because it was never paid. Called and emailed the bill to the service department but apparently it never was paid. Not the way the of a new vehicle should be treated. Negative experience.

Bought 2 trucks and an after market ranch hand bumper set. Sales was good but if you re looking for any type of customer service from the service department afterwards you can forget! My 2023 Ford had massive issues the first 6 months and customer service eventually ghosted me!! Had my truck for 2 weeks and the A/C still wasn t fixed right.Then the wiring on the rear ranch hand bumper was done backwards and they were unwilling to fit us in to make it right when we found out and desperately needed to pull a trailer. I now get all my service fulfilled at another dealership. We will NEVER buy from Southwest Ford again!!

Our 2017 Ford Explorer came from Southwest, my uncle purchased it new and now we own this car and live in Martinsburg, WV. We had an issue with car battery dying and we were unable to access our car at all because it auto locked and the manual key wouldn't work. I called and spoke to a Ryan in service department, he was very friendly and did his best to try and help me with things to try. I did finally get it open with one of his ideas and I just think this is a great place because he really didn't have to try and help me with a six year old vehicle and being clear across the country but he did anyway and was extremely nice. Now I know why my uncle liked to deal with Southwest Ford. A+ for friendliness and helpfulness!

Kirsten, Ricky, and the team always take good care of us. Dealing with them is never a hassle on our end, I probably can t say the same for their end sometimes, but they always take our curve balls in stride. We couldn t ask for better folks to deal with, and it wouldn t matter if we did as I doubt any better exist.

We went to South West Ford to just look at Bronco, but did not think we would buy a car today. But Tristan came and greeted us and we told him what kind of car we wanted and he took from there. We appreciated all help we received from him and all the people that work with us. Service made a big impression on us. We are happy with the purchase we made today. Had a low tire pressure warning during a storm. Took my 2012 Ford Fusion Sport to this dealership service center and Matthew really helped me out by making sure my tires were safe by topping off the air pressure in them. Thanks Matthew and Ford!

We recently purchased a vehicle from Southwest Ford. The salesman was helpful and patient with us and answered all of our questions, but the process took much longer than expected. The finance manager (Noah) flat out lied to us regarding the pricing of an additional service program. After making it very clear to him that we had heard enough of his sales pitch in trying to get us to sign on for an additional service program, he still continued to push. He then told us he could provide a basic program for $2 a month, which included oil changes and tire rotations. We finally agreed to that. Upon reviewing the sales contract, I discovered a MUCH more substantial charge for the maintenance program than what was clearly discussed. I called him out on it and explained that I didn t appreciate his disingenuous attempt to slip this into the contract, to which he made up a b.s. excuse. Due to this unethical attempt to try to sneak in a substantially more expensive maintenance program than what was discussed, I cannot, in good faith, ever recommend this dealership to anyone in the future.

Located Southwest Ford on Ed Wallace's (longtime car talk radio host) Inside Automotive website listing of recommended dealers. Contacted Sales Manager Chris Bonnett via email with the link provided. New Car Sales Director Joseph Houck emailed me shortly after with a proposed vehicle based on his understanding of my wife's needs and desires. Perfect match. Joe proposed a very good transaction that had no force-fed items. Deal. Matt Geszvain handled all the in-person aspects knowledgeably and efficiently. My wife thinks he is very sweet (I won't go that far). The visit with Noah Ford in the financial office was very easy. All the interpersonal interactions were excellent.Wish all dealers used the model Southwest used with us; low pressure, transaction integrity, absolutely no surprises. Highly, highly recommended.

This place has no customer service or knowledge on communicating with the customers. My sister came in for an Oil service pay $200 and was left stranded within minutes of leaving the facility. Staff never called back and the car is still there. We went to the facility to get further information but they all seem clueless. The staff is rude and since they are a 3rd party Co. which was what they keep saying can not do much. Please be advice the company does not belong to FORD. One of the staff members got upset when we asked questions and rudely left papers on the floor and walked away. At the moment my sister stay without her car and still no knowledge on this matterAvoid this place and read the comments this company overcharge people since is a 3rd party company.

I have only good things to say about the ppl at Southwest Ford. They were very courteous & knowledgeable. Found me exactly the truck I needed at a price I could afford. I was very particular about what I wanted & could afford. In the past 4 MONTHS, I had test driven a dozen trucks, visited 2 dozen dealerships, spoke with a million salesmen & twice almost settled for much less. I now own the truck of my dreams. Thank you Miranda, for making this an enjoyable, comfortable process. You are, by far, the best, most informative & approachable salesperson ever! Not at all pushy & made this a very positive experience. I'll be recommending Southwest Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

I highly recommend this place to get your new/used car, Joseph wells was exceptional from the time we walked in just to see the vehicle we were interested in, until the time to process the paperwork to acquiring the vehicle. Went in to purchase a used 2014 F-150 and had a great experience amongst banking complications on my end. Jordan my salesman was great to talk to, very respectable and a stand up guy. Nick the sales manager was also super helpful and went above and beyond to help me in my situation and got me all sorted out in the end. They were very nice to talk to and work with. I left with a superb truck and a overall good buying experience. I live in the Austin area and the dealerships that are local to me are no where near as pleasant as the folks at Southwest ford.

Would not recommend. Raised interest rate, from what Ford Motor Credit offered. Went to another dealership and they gave me 5.9% and said I was already approved. Called southwest ford and told them ford approved me for lower and they finally agreed to match it but it was too late.

Cammie, Cammie, Cammie, with preowned sales was amazing to work with. To be honest everyone we spoke with at the preowned department was a dream. Multiple managers came up and introduced themselves and offered any help for anything we would need. Shout out to Joe Vance and Noah Ford. Cammie was a joy on the test drive, listened to what we were saying and made the whole process so easy. We loved the transparency from everyone there and just felt as if it was a very personable experience. Andrew Anthony in finance made our finalization of paperwork easy, he didn't haggle us for add ons, he listened and gave us exactly what we wanted. He held great conversation so much so, I had to pull my husband away from his office. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I love my new jeep!! Thank you!

I was traveling from Frisco with my wife and 2 dogs for a holiday week long stay with family when my 2020 Ranger decided to have a spark plug shatter and ruin the engine. Luckily, I was only a couple minutes from Southwest Ford in Weatherford. They diagnosed the engine failure, showed me I was still the mfr drivetrain warranty and told me my options for repairs. I decided to trade in and got a new F-150. Johnny Garside, my sales consultant, was very helpful, showed me everything they had on the lot that was within my criteria/range, let me ask a lot of questions, and was even nice to my 2 dogs that had to sit alongside my wife and I during the negotiations. Everyone (sales, service, finance) was very nice and accommodating during my visit, and we left with a good deal on a new F-150. I just wish I had not been caught unprepared to negotiate my trade-in, but overall it was a good experience. Thanks to all at Southwest Ford.
