The Quick Lane is a great place to have you car serviced. I make a reservation using their webpage to schedule a time that works well for me. Their service advisors are extremely helpful. You can even pick your advisor online if you have one you are comfortable with. Blayke and Jonathan do a great job and are very helpful with getting all your work requests done. Southwest Ford also sends out regularly coupons for services as well that are helpful. The Works oil change is usually $59.95, which includes rotating the tires, topping off the fluids, testing the battery, checking belts/hoses, and checking tire pressure. They always have washed my vehicle as well before returning it. It usually takes about 45-60 minutes, unless they are real busy. They also have a courtesy vehicle to take you home or to work if needed. I have used SW Ford for a long time and have been consistently taken care of. I appreciate their commitment to customer service.

Quick lane my a** stopped in for an oil change they told me 3 or 4 hour wait!! What s quick about that? Think y all need to change your name to slow lane!

Took over 4 hours to do an oil change and replace 1 tire. I will not be coming back to this Quick Lane. No communication, no organization. Took 45 minutes to look up tire warranty information. I ll drive 30 minutes to the next closest one.

Will not by another Ford, at least not from these people!!! How many times can it possibly take to fix an issue, with these people/ at least twice every time!!!
