Kinda weird I waited 2 hours for an oil change. Didn't take my van back for over hour and 40 mins. I recommend calling ahead of time and making sure they have availability. Even if you have a appointment doesn't mean you'll get it on time. Guy was polite but the service was slow slow. Staffing issues definitely contributed toward the delay as well

The guy at the front was good and the oil change went well. However, I was shocked to see how filthy this location was. The lobby looked like it hadn t been swept in weeks. Cobwebs were all over the legs on the chairs. The restroom was absolutely disgusting! I went in and immediately turned around. I understand men work here, but they should still keep their restroom clean for their customers. As a woman, I was super uncomfortable with the level of uncleanliness and would not return.

Wanted to give a shout out to a young man named Mason, that told me they have been very busy today. I told him no biggie, since it wasn't flat I would come back. Long story short as busy as he was with just 2 of them, he helped me and fixed my tire. I appreciate him helping me, considering he was very busy!! THANK YOU AGAIN.

Mason is a real gem, the rare honest mechanic. I spent 2-3 hours in the waiting area listening to him train 2 new employees. His work ethics are outstanding. For example, explaining to the new guys why & how he ordered a part without an extra "housing" because what was there was in perfect condition, and it saved the woman a few dollars. He was teaching them not to replace perfectly good parts even if it was a little more of a nuisance to order the broken part without the good piece.I hope I'm making sense here.In other words, if you have part A that is broken, and it is located inside part B, and part B is in perfect condition, then only order part A even if it's a little more difficult for you to order or if it takes a little effort to separate them, most places have part A inside part B so you have to order from someone else, but the lady who owns the vehicle has limited funds so we need to help her all we can.That's basically the gist of it. I don't remember the names of the parts. He is an outstanding human being. You can absolutely trust him.

Saturday: PB ran diagnostics ($100) on my car, but when I asked for an estimate to fix, they seemed like it hadn't crossed their mind that I would need work done. Said they would call the parts shop and get back to me 1st thing monday.Monday: Morning...nothing. Mid-day...nothing. Afternoon, I called them and they hadn't yet called anyone on it. But they would check and call me back in 10 minutes. End of day...nothing.Tuesday: I called them again. They forgot about me, but will check on it and get back to me. End of day...nothing.Wednesday: They call and let me know the repairs would cost $1000+, but they didn't have a tool necessary to do the work. If another PB doesn't have the tool, they will have to order it. It is an expensive tool and would not be delivered until Friday. I said OK and let them keep my car.Friday: They call back and said they did not order the tool because it was too expensive. Because of that, they cannot do the repairs and I would need to come pick up the car. Why they could not have told me that on Wednesday, I have no idea.Summary: $100 spent and no work was done during the full week (of broken promises) they had my car.Post script: I took the car to a dealership. They performed their own diagnostics. The repairs ended up costing $300 ($700 less than PB was going to charge).

Absolutely horrible service. 6 hours to mount 4 tires as I watched the employees walk around on their phones and smoking their vapes. One gentleman had waited so long he demanded his keys and drove next door to Discount. The guy at the computer could not figure out how to print a reciept. The staff appeard to be higher than cheech and chong which explains the whole experience.

Great experience. I scheduled an alignment appointment online and got there 8 minutes early. They checked me in and got my car in within 5 minutes. They kept me informed of my cars status by text. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Went to this location the other day because my tire light came on I got help by Scott he made sure to take his time answering all my questions made sure to keep me updated and just made this whole process so much smoother! I highly recommend going here! Thank you Scott and the whole team of pepboys of weatherford will definitely be coming back!!!

Excellent service-fast and professional. Mason was great as was the technician who did the alignment. They (Weatherford, TX location) are my new go to tire shop!! They have the best tire prices anywhere and are very courteous and helpful. I just had them replace all four tires on my wife s car and we re very satisfied. Thank you Mason and the techs!!

First time at Pep Boys and we are beyond impressed and will be back for any future needs! We brought our Sonata in for breaks this past Saturday and Mason went above and beyond for us!! They were able to get us right in and took amazing care of us. Thank you Mason for such great care you really make a difference and are truly a blessing.

Needed 4 new tires was able to drop it off the night before, and they had it ready to pick back up by 1 pm the next day. No appointment needed, no hassles were given. I appreciate the good work, and look forward to my new tires.

The Weatherford location is run by Mason, a kind gentleman who failed to listen adequately. I specified that my car died because of a dead alternator, but he and his team only replaced the battery. I had to go back to their shop the very next day when my car almost died on my way to work, and they finally acknowledged it was a bad alternator. I was then charged for the labor for the second set of repairs, which could, and should, have been avoided had Mason listened to me, or put in a new alternator in the first place. The good news is that you will be treated with respect at this location, and I have no issues with the courtesy of the staff. Still, I believe I overpaid for a mistake that the technicians made when they should have fixed their own mistake for free.

They easily could have told me something was wrong with my car. I honestly don t know cars well, so they could ve taken advantage. They didn t! They were very respectful and polite and told me ultimately nothing was wrong! Excellent service!

Good price on some good tires. Went in at scheduled time. They got right to me. Had them check some normal wear and tear parts, they were honest and said they were fine and didn t need to be replaced. Excellent customer service. Excellent team. Will go here again

A few weeks ago, I brought in a car my son was looking at buying for a pre-purchase inspection. Eventhough PepBoys doesn't offer that I still felt comfortable with them doing a 120 point inspection before purchasing. I don't remember the name of the 2 guys, but it was about 6pm so they were doing this at the end of the day. As soon as they got the car up a lift, I believe his name was Arron, took some pictures of the car with his own phone and was showing them to me and explaining what they were finding. After looking at them he asked if I wanted to continue with the inspection, meaning what was found wasn't good, or proceed with the inspection. I told him no, and thank you for in a round about way, letting me know this car was not safe for my son. Afterwards, they both took time talking to me and recommending good reliable cars for my son to purchase. They said, tell your son if he wants to know what car to spend his money on, just have him come talk to us, we work on all of them. Very nice and helpful guys. I would definitely recommend this place for any service.

They seem to be very attentive and helpful and appeared to know what they were doing. They were not able to get the work I needed approved by the warranty I held but that wasn't their fault.

Bad customer service. They ll put your car in and then ignore it for someone else s, then claim they re actively working on your car? They also broke one of our tire tools and didn t tell us until confronted with the long wait time. Luckily next to a Discount Tire so we the customers could go grab a new tool! (Five star to Discount Tire for helping us out)

I'll be honest I was a little skeptical due to some poor reviews from a while ago, but I decided to give them a try after seeing so many good reviews in the last year 1/2. So my sons truck needed an alignment, I called and they had us come in at our convenience, they got us right in, got it done in a very timely manner and did a great job. Then a couple weeks later we had family in town visiting and on their way here the a/c went out in the truck. I thought let's give Pep Boys another try on a much bigger fix then just an alignment, so we made an appt for the next day, got us pretty much right in with very little delay, they found the condenser to have a hole and leaking, they even showed us the issue with the glasses and dye that was in the system. We left it there for less than a half a day and they had it all fixed up, blowing nice cold a/c once again! The work they did looked to all be good, it was clean, worked good and proper. Keep up the good work and we will continue to come back!

When I dropped my vehicle off the check engine light was not on. I have been to this PepBoys for a few years now and I know when they are done they reset the check engine light. This new ma ager refused to do this for me and insisted the light was already on. IT WAS NOT. Regardless all he had to do was take 3 minutes to reset it. He probably ly lacked the knowledge to do so. I DO NOT like the new manager at this store. The previous manager was SUPERB which is probably why he got a promotion and is no longer at this store
