Really appreciate Tommy helping me today put on windshield wipers for my son s car. His was horrible and the rain was on the way. He was kind and took great care of us while visiting for the holidays.

I went to the store on Main Street in Weatherford on January 15th 2024 around 9pm and the service was horrible. I payed $107 dollars for oil and filters for my diesel truck. The cashier put all those bottles and boxes on the counter like I m supposed to carry all that by hand. When I and him for a bag he tossed a box on the counter for me to box it up myself, cool you guys just lost a 20 year customer.

I was sold a battery for my car and not told until after the purchase that they would not install it for me. I am a single mother, and I had my toddler with me, at this time. I was told to call around to some shops in town and find someone that would install it for me. Basically, they took my money and brushed me aside, kind of like "figure it out," "not our problem" type of service mentality. I was honestly kind of shocked and went on my way, because I wasn't sure what else to do... I called my Dad, and he immediately called up there and probably offered up some not-so-kind words. & I've no idea what their response to that was. Anyway, I was able to drive down the road to AUTOZONE where a clerk/tech named Caleb removed my old battery and installed the new one I bought from O'Reilly's for free. This guy from a completely different store/business did for me in 20 minutes what O'Reilly's refused to do, because of a "flag" on the computer screen. AKA, laziness. At AutoZone, I saw multiple employees in the parking lot helping customers with installs and car diagnostics. At O'Reilly's, I saw a bunch of grown men standing around chit-chatting while a line of customers congregated in front of them. If prices are all you care about, sure, make your decision based on that. I, however, will never set foot in an O'Reilly's again after the lack of decency and outright unprofessionalism I experienced. Shame of you and your staff. I suggest to the manager of this store that it's time to do some evaluations and team-coachings. Neighborly customer service goes a long way in a community-oriented town like Weatherford. I'll be taking my business to AutoZone now and telling others to avoid O'Reilly's.

Great service knowledgeable employees. I see these other reviews that aren't so great and I was in the store during one of them and I can tell you, he didn't ask for help, he was asked by staff several times but declined help. The website is fantastic with its vehicle match. I have driven from Granbury all the way to Benbrook(29ish miles one way) to another O'Reilly's because the trust I have for them outweighs the convenience of stopping at an AutoZone 9 miles from my house.

I have given them hell in the past charging my different batteries. Hehe.With corporate companies the service varies according to the employees' hearts.Loves others as you love yourself. If you don't love yourself, then know that God loves you and be an expression of His Love.Glorify the Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ!Marcus and King are my two favorite employees. Not t that the others are bad, just are more familiar with them.God bless!

Went in to buy the cap for this part on my car and asked one of the workers to help me because I didn't know which part it was and while he did point me to the isle with various caps it would have been a lot more helpful to know which one I needed. I took this picture so he could see which one I needed.

Finally a company who stands behind the products they sell. Tommy in the Weatherford store went above and beyond to help my family get back on the road after two other companies took advantage of us for parts and labor. Thank you Tommy. Not only did they have the battery group I needed but the customer service was excellent! I needed help understanding what level battery I needed and they helped we work through the options and understanding of what would work best for my situation. Great Customer Service!

Great service! The assistant manager put our battery on for us because I didn t have my tool box in the truck. He was friendly knowledgeable and just a great guy! They guy deserves a raise!

Went in there to have a check engine light code red got it red needed a new oxygen sensor a hundred bucks but was recommended something else to clean the Cadillac converter system and it worked great great knowledge thank you Tommy

Usually I'd say it's a good place to get parts, however, last time I went in to get a check engine light done, all he would definitely say was take it to a shop.

The store was Okay - it was clean enough and had what we were looking for. The employee who waited on us rocked though. The young man's name was Richard and he handled every aspect of our visit just the way you would want to see an employee of your own act - he greeted us, helped us find what we were looking for quickly, answered our questions, handled a problem at the register with grace and speed, thanked us and was just an all around good example of how we'd like to be treated every time, every where. Well done Richard.

Excellent customer service during a busy Saturday morning. A technician tested our check engine light and used his expertise to diagnose the problem. "I'm not a mechanic, but..." he said, and he nailed it. He unplugged our oxygen sensor, and the car ran perfectly. We bought the replacement, replaced the defective sensor in the parking lot, and drove away happy. Thanks O'Reilly!

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Helped find a part that was not in store, but just a few keystrokes and it was delivered next day. I didn't get there til just before closing, so thank you for staying a couple mins after to ensure I got what I needed as quickly as possible. Thank you.

I recommend this place over auto zone any day of the week. Extremely professional and helpful. FRANSISCO is the man that helped me very kind and very helpful. He even sent me to a good place to get my car fixed. He deserves a raise or promotion good customer service is so hard to find now days. I will forever be grateful.

This place wad very crowded, maybe because I was there on rush hour. The staff weren't any any slowpokes they moved fast and were very professional. As soon as it was my turn I was donde almost as fast as I got to the counter. Was very satisfied with the help I got finding the parts that I needed.

Went to O Rileys for a battery test because our car had died and they diagnosed it as a bad alternator. After buying the alternator from them and getting it placed on at a mechanic shop, it was still showing a bad battery. Went back to O Rileys for another diagnostic test and wouldn t you know it s still saying a bad alternator after JUST putting a brand new on the car that cost us $700.Spoke with the district manager, Ron, and he proceeds to tell us there s nothing he can do about it and won t be refunding us any of our money for THEIR mistake on misdiagnosing it. Needless to say they were very unwilling to help us come up with a solution and we will no longer be using their services anymore. Now we re at square one with not knowing what s wrong with the car and already out $700.
