I booked an appointment for a leaking oil pan, I was quoted $650 and I let them know it was my daily driver. I was told they d try get it to me the same day. Dropped off on Monday and got a call on Tuesday that some plastic pieces where the radiator hose connects were leaking. He made it sound like it was an easy fix and didn t quote me a price. I said go ahead and change it.No call on Tuesday, no call on Wednesday and I called on Thursday. They said they were going waiting to n the radiator parts, I told them I for sure needed it Friday and he said ok. I got a call Friday morning and they said it was ready.They charged me $1278.30 for everything. When I questioned him he said the hoses were expensive and three were needed. So to replace 3 hoses which are easy to connect/disconnect was $628. I don t know why he wouldn t mention that when he called.Update; after my initial review the owner calls me and ask about my review, asked me to come in person and I express my issues with communication, he apologized and explained he s on pain meds for a recent surgery, he didn t realize he hadn t communicated and offered me a refund to help compensate my sticker shock. I appreciated him calling me and discussing the issue. Initially I wouldn t have came back but after him rectifying the situation I would probably come back if needed.

Gino Napoli and his mechanics are good honest people with a wealth of auto knowledge. They have worked on my vehicle many times and always repaired the fault. I work for Gino for many years he was always honest to me an payed me well. Always knew the most about mechanics I would recommend him to my family and friend any day of the week. He will always give you a reliable service. And take care of you on prices. And always will go out of his way to fix the problem with your vehicle for a decent price.

Crazy markup on part prices. Paid 1600 for the parts for a suspension replacement when I could have bought it online for 600... decent work for the speed that it took them to turn it around and finish it. If you're in a rush and don't care about price, come here. If you are in need of repairs and don't care about the time it takes to get it done and can't pay a crazy markup, go somewhere else.

Mr. Napoli is honest and fair. My husband and I were lucky enough for him to work us into his busy schedule the day before our family was to go out of town in my husband's truck. We had received a quote the day before from Firestone that we could not afford on such short notice and they could not pin-point the issue without giving us several expensive options. Mr. Napoli let us know exactly what was going on (nothing like the run-around we got from the other auto shop) and we were able to afford his services the day of! We dropped our truck off at 9 and the work was completed by noon. I feel confident and safe in our decision to go to with Napoli Automotive Services. Great services all around! Thank you!

Had my diesel pusher serviced with them. Oil and filter changes on both engine and generator. They were recommended by a friend who had done the same. I glad I got the recommendation. Honest, reasonable place with great prices. Will be back, for sure!

We have just encoured some huge vehicle maintenance expenses--AND we wouldn't have wanted to take our vehicle anywhere else. You see, when faced with the worst, you want to go with the best. That would be Napoli. We have full confidence that we get the best service at a comparable price--or better. And as everyone knows, next to a used car salesman, a mechanic is hard to trust. Go with Napoli. You will be glad you did.

This place is fixing my car and I will say they have been very patient with keeping my car there until I came up with some money to start working on it. It's gonna take some time but they are great people to work with and I highly recommend the owner and all his staff.

Horrible, $2800 and my Jeep still was in pieces and bill went up weekly! Finally had it towed and a friend put it back together! He said he rigged so much stuff he charged me for. WARNING DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!! one star is even too much for Mr Napoli

My girlfriend brought her vehicle there for a few repairs he had the car for a month. He was breaking things on the vehicle, then charged her. His cost for labor is outrageous. She got tired of waiting around for him to finish and eventually had it towed from his shop. The bill was enormous. The guy is a crook don't go there!!

My truck broke down just outside this garage. I was short on the tools that I needed to fix it, but the owner loaned me what I needed, and kept loaning me what I needed until I figured out how to fix what was broken. He's an upstanding guy and if I lived in Weatherford, I'd take everything I own to him.
