I was involved in an accident leaving Weatherford and John at Longhorn was nothing but caring, friendly and informative throughout the entire process of me getting my car sent to the shop. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do I know who I ll call.

Needed a tow. 100% recommend. John was helpful, nice, and very informative over the phone. I was 20 miles out, and needed to be towed 25 miles back their way, it took roughly 40 mins for them to show (traffic was bad also), the man who showed was also nice, helpful, and informative. They charged $100, not bad at all!

I usually work with tow companies to get storage amounts. Very kind gentleman called me and gave me the price and was super professional and patient and we even had a laugh. I hope your cough gets better Mr. John! Take some medicine and stop worrying your family!

After waiting 4 hours for 2 trucks promised by insurance we gave up and called these guys. Super friendly, fast, and understanding. God forbid we need another tow but if I do I know exactly who to call.

After having hit a deer and flipping my truck several times. John was there for me and helped me recover all of my belongings on Easter Sunday. He was very professional and courteous and I was very thankful for him.

John was such a blessing. I waited 6 1/2 hrs for another company and they never showed. After speaking with John on the phone he was there within the HR. He even offered to drive me home after dropping off my trucwas very kind and he truly cared about getting me home safely. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue.

Nice and honest guys!You have to make an appointment to gain access, but they made that really easy to do. Just call ahead!They were very helpful and even reminded me of a few things I may have forgotten when I was collecting my belongings. Nothing was missing or gone through and we weren't rushed. Not sure about their costs (covered by insurance).While I hope I never need their services again, they will be my first call if I do!

I let a friend borrow a vehicle and it broke down on the service road. These guys picked it up and have been nothing but aces helping me get it back. Very helpful, and didn't feel like I was being ripped off even though it took a couple days to come and get it. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if the car does get towed again I would hope that it was longhorn wrecker that picked it up.

John was really great, I called on a Saturday evening, it was raining, I didn t have a great idea of where we were... and he talked me through the location where we were stuck on the side of the road, helped me calm down a bit with some small talk and gave me a good estimate of how long till he would arrive as well as what it was probably going to cost us. Having vehicle issues is never a great time, but John made us feel better about the situation and was great loading up our motorcycle (in the rain and dark) safely and carefully. So glad we called him, hopefully I never have to again but I will definitely recommend him to anyone else!

They made a horrible day a lot less stressful! I would highly recommend using them for y'all your wreaker needs! They even sale in an online auction if yours in the market! When it was all said and done it was a true privilege and blessings to meet you John! Thank you!

I've used John at longhorn several times. He has always treated me fair. He even recommended a mechanic that I feel like does not take advantage of me even though I'm a girl and don't have a clue about cars. I've had to wait on him a little while but he told me up front that it was going to be an hour. I appreciate his honesty and I feel like he is worth the wait.

So I had a 3 day ordeal with another towing company in Weatherford who rhymes with Diller they kept saying they were on their way & never showed. I finally decided to call another company which was Longhorn wrecking. John got to my house in 30 minutes & was so friendly & efficient. After John left we realized our chihuahua was missing (we left our gate open while John was there). My husband & I drove up & down our street for 10-15 minutes calling her name while I bawled (I m currently 22 weeks pregnant & emotional). We decided to go home. When we pulled into our driveway my husband had the great idea to call John & ask if our dog was in my car as she loves bye byes. Sure enough he pulled over & she was having a blast on her solo car ride. We met him at the collision center where he was sitting in my car with the A/C on & a cup of water for my dog. Thank you so much John. I wish always recommend Longhorn Wrecking.

Left my vehicle with the windows open on their lot until I could pick it up. There was a dead rat in it and smelled. I know you can get cheap plastic tarps about anywhere now. Fkrs.

Highly recommend Longhorn Wrecker Services. I received superior service during the ice storm last February when I locked my keys and dog in my car. Thanks to John Hall for responding and getting me on the road again.

Met John up there to retrieve items out of our car after a wreck earlier that morning. He was over the top courteous and helpful. We will definitely use Longhorn again if needed.

Very polite and very fast on picking my lincoln up from eastland and bringing it back home, no damage was found and gave a coursty call once they picked it up and also told my wife happy birthday. Thanks a lot and I strongly recommend them over anyone else in the weatherford area.Thanks and God bless..The Flores Family

My husband ran over a piece of metal on 171. Both tires on passenger side were sliced open due to construction on that road. Longhorn Wrecker was our first call. Extremely helpful. He said it would take him a hour; he was there exactly as he said. He not only took care of us he directed traffic securely around us. I have never met a man whose customer service felt more like you were part of the family. Thanks again for your great service.

I used Longhorn Wrecker abt 10 yrs ago to move 2 20ft containers i had acquired. One (Xcaliber) in Graham and another in Springtown. Just recently I needed to move them again. Same John at Longhorn who answered the phone then, still answers the phone 10 yrs later. Parked them on a dime, and on time! Same great service today. Good job and I will keep recommending another 10 yrs.

I broke down in the middle of the night and called longhorn for a ride. John picked me up and brought me to a closed shop in town. Then proceeded to drop me off at a hotel, and the next morning when I needed a tow to a different shop he was there to pick me up in 10 minutes. After dropping my car off at the shop he even went out of his way to bring me to a diner so I could get some breakfast. I can t explain how wholesome and helpful he was to me after only meeting him that night. I couldn t recommend this shop enough to anyone that needs a lift.

The employees were efficient and curteous.But 200.00 dollars for a basic tow is just redicoulous,Plus mileage was another 137.00 dollars and 20 for storage.357.00 is outrageous for a tow and a 14 hour stay.I feel like I was robbed and can't do a thing about it.
