The guy taking care of us did an incredible job! He consistently updated me and was kind and had great communication skills. We had an oil change and then a problem with the radiator fluid. We also did a state inspection, and the inspector was very gracious and kind and prompt. Highly recommend this place. The employees are golden.

This is the second oil change service for my vehicle at this location. The service staff are friendly, and treat customers well. Since becoming a widow I m cautious where I get my vehicle serviced.This Jiffy Lube has had my business and loyalty since I walked through their door.

I got my oil changed. I sat outside. When it was done I went inside to pay and still didn't notice the tiny little sign on the counter which said "no cash". All I had was cash. So I had to walk to 2 different business to get exact change to pay my bill. When I was walking back, I saw one of the employees walking back from the gas station across the street. I don't know why that made me angry but it did. Why didn't he offer to get the change surely he could see I was limping? I was hurting and tired. Maybe I shouldn't have been so mad. I didn't say anything to them I just paid, got in my truck, and left.

Definitely will not be returning to this location. I arrived at 7:15 to be 1st in line for the 7:30 opening. The young kid who was in charge of opening told me I had to come back at 8am because he was the only one there. I let him know I had a company fleet vehicle and HAD to get the oil changed this morning because I had work meetings all afternoon. He told me to park at the 1st Bay and wait on another associate to get there. I asked him to please make sure my vehicle was done 1st. I knew other people would be arriving soon. He said he could not promise me that. All and all I ended up waiting there 3 hours as I watched people coming and going. Every time I asked him what the hold up was he said they were waiting on approval. Then I see them removing the tires. I'm thinking thats strange since I was there for an oil change. Apparently since it's a fleet vehicle they want to make as much money as they can. After changing the oil they should have communicated to me that they were going to replace the windshield wipers, replace engine and cabin filter and rotatate the tires. All services I didn't ask for. Aside from the longer then usual weight the employees were heard several times swearing out at the bays and playing music far to loud. There is another oil change place across the street from this location. I would recommend anyone who reads this to take their business there instead.

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. They did point out a few things with my car that needs fixing and when I told them we were aware of them and have made arrangements to have them fixed they didn't push the subject.

We went to this Jiffy Libe for what we thought was an oil leak. Turns out it was a large rift in the transmission hose! The techs at Jiffy Lube were very helpful and willing to work with us to get the vehicle fixed, as it would have been hazardous to drive it at that point. They explained everything fully, even what likely caused it from when the transmission was installed just a few months prior from another auto repair shop. Jiffy Lube took care of it quickly and did everything they could to get it to a reasonable price, considering it was an emergent situation by this point. The guys were communicative and professional through the entire process. Kudos to the team, and a special shout out to Jagger! Stellar guys.

Very bad. Worst of all. No senior discount. Lied about checking tire pressure. Didn't vacuum because the vacuum was full. Really?Charged me same price of oil & filter change yet I had my own oil & filter. No lube. No cleaning windows. Oil drips as drove out. Worst service I've ever had. And I'll never advise anyone to go here. 5 guys standing talking.Yet Worst service.And they didn't care that i was so displeased agitated on their performance.

We have been coming to this location for all of our oil changes and inspections, never had any issues. Today my husband takes his work vehicle which also goes there every time the oil change is needed. The tech decided to tell him AFTER the work was done that they did the oil change, cabin filter, wiper blades, and air filter. He never asked for any of that just an oil change but since the tech saw it was a fleet vehicle he made the assumption to do what he wanted, he told my husband "it's not your money". Well now you have lost a customer with 3 vehicles and we will be taking our business somewhere else.

They were super busy and still had my oil changed in about 20 minutes. I like this place. The oil changes are a bit more expensive than Wal-mart but they are quick, friendly, and do a good job. Thanks guys @ Jiffy Lube.

Wish I could give them 0 stars as that s the rating they deserve. They ran the same wiper scam on us saying we won t pass inspection unless we buy their two windshield wipers for $65. The manager also refused to honor the 50% off state inspection coupon they sent to us that was valid. It s surprising how blatantly obvious they are in regard to completely scamming people.

Cameron had a terrible attitude. Watched him treat an elderly customer with no respect. Never said thank you and had a look on his face like he didn't want to work. He should not be in the customer service business. EVER!!! He also didn't honor my coupon. Terrible experience! Good quick service. Imo over priced for fuel filter service on a 17 ram 2500. $590 for both fuel filters and oil and filter change.But not very knowledgeable when it comes to diesels because they Rev to 7000rpms. Lol I had to educate a few guysService: Oil changeService: Oil change

The entire team was very professional and knowledgeable. They figured out what was wrong with my A/C within 5 minutes of looking at it, something another place locally wanted me to drop off my vehicle overnight for, just to look at it. Once the part arrived, jiffy lube was able to get me back on the road with a cold A/C in no time. I will be bringing my Jeep there next week. Highly recommend.Service: Air conditioning

WARNING, don't take your vehicle here for inspection. I have a newer truck perfect condition. They tell me it needs new wipers we just replaced! Then charge me $65 JUST for wipers, the guy said..pay it or we won't approve your inspection. I won't be bringing my two other vehicles here those are due this month as well, you just lost my business forever!

So cold outside, but the jumped right in and got my oil changed in about 15 minutes,. And it was about $25 less than the place in Hudson Oaks .
