I arrived in Weatherford in need of emergency repairs on my car, in the middle of a cross country road trip. Cody and the repair team did an incredible job ensuring my car was fixed and back on the road in timely manner. Their service was exceptional, reassuring and I truly felt like they made my situation a priority. I could not be more appreciative and thankful for their help throughout the entire repair process.

Made an appointment to get an oil change a week in advance. My appointment was at 11:30. At 1:30, I had to ask what was happening with my car. It still hadn't been touched! The staff is friendly but obviously unorganized and incompetent. I walked out of the waiting room and got into my car at 2:15.Totally unacceptable!!!The service manager seems like a great guy and was very apologetic but his crew is unorganized doesn't handle their business efficiently at all!Service: Oil change

First and foremost I hate posting negative reviews but after repeated attempts contacting the service manager, I think this is necessary. I have purchased more vehicles from Jerry's than I can count. I have used them for purchase as well as repair. I purchased a $100K truck a few years ago that is under warranty. I had several after market products installed by Jerry's at the time of purchase; however, I added a Linkswell entertainment module (stereo) to the vehicle independently. Over the course of a year I was having issues with a parasitic battery draw causing my batteries to drain after two days. After repeated new batteries and bringing the truck in for diagnosis several times, each time Jerry's would say it was the after market linkswell. I had a brand new $2500 system sent as a replacement and still the same issue. We even completely removed the unit but again, Jerry's service department said the same thing. They wouldn't even try to find the problem. It was so frustrating jumping my truck off I would of paid anything to fix it. We have an in house diesel mechanic and he felt it was Jerry's go to blaming it on the product they didn't sell. He didn't have the equipment or product knowledge to fix it himself. Common sense said it was something else. After a few more months, I finally found a company in Boyd that would look at it. They had it a few weeks but found it was a fuse on top of the battery. Something Jerry's should of found with their diag much faster. This company showed me how the diag that Jerry's was't truthful in other words and couldn't of come to the conclusion they did. They echoed what my mechanic said. I reached out to the service manager Bob, a few times and his only response was, "what would you like me to do!" I responded with no response back. He also stated he forward to upper mgmt with no response. Up until this I have had good experiences but this was unacceptable. I get mistakes are made but can't leave a customer like this. Owning up to the mistake and reimbursement would have been nice as well.Service: Electrical repair

Incompetence at its finest. From the new person not properly trained, to failing to order a part when I dropped it off for repair, this was a nightmare customer service experience. They don't have loaner cars anymore, so I wasted a day off work to wait for a service that I was told would take at least a day maybe two, that would mean renting a car. Renting a carin Weatherford for 2 days is over $200. Just ridiculous . Dropped the ball several times in scheduling and communication. I won't be back.

I was told to bring my car in for a transmission leak, emergency brake issue, and an electrical drain. After it was there for 2 weeks, I was finally informed the service techs "refused" to work on my car. They knew my car was a classic corvette before I brought it in. If they were not going to work on my car, they should have mentioned that beforehand.They replaced my battery, before my approval. I had a warranty on the current battery with a different parts store. I could have returned for free. While changing out the battery, they ruined my battery cable and never returned my calls to fix it. (See pic)The worst part, the battery wasn't even the issue, like I was originally told.They charged me for repairing my emergency brake, but it still does not work properly.The 5 weeks they had my car, the service advisor called 1 time, I had to call weekly for updates.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Transmission repair, Battery

Disappointed as this is second service appointment we have scheduled since moving to the area to have an oil change and tire rotation appointment take over 2 hours! Thought intent of scheduling service was to have timely service completed and avoid extended wait times. Most recent appointment was at 1030 and car returned to me at 1300. First service tires weren't even rotated as requested because they wouldnt locate my wheel lock in rear jack storage box because they dont access compartments, but also don't ask you to have tool accessible to them either. Feel if I'm having certified service they should have a universal wheel lock tool.Services: Tires, Oil change

I used Jerry's service for years when I drove a chevy, recently got a different brand. Dylan was my service tech the whole time. They did what needed to be done nothing more nothing less. As a dealership service department they have very specific guidelines for what they can and can't do. Some reviews here seem to be missing that fact. They misdiagnosed me one time, missed something another time during diagnosis. I brought it back and they didn't charge diagnostics and replaced a part that went defective. Loaners were usually available on the fly, which made it very worth the premium price. This last year they ran out of cars from the covid/ chip thing so I had to get rentals instead of a loaner when my car broke. The few loaners they had were all dedicated for scheduled service appointments. Before this last year I would have to have a rental for maybe a day or two if I brought it in without an appointment. Always got me into a loaner as soon as possible. Great service.

I'm very upset wirh Jerry's. My car was in the shop for 8 days.We had bought the extended warranty. The warranty reimburses up to 50 dollars a day for rentals. Well they opened the warranty for only two days even though they had it 8 days. I only get back $100.00 when I spent $800.00. People buy extended warranties for a reason.Im very unhappy for the first time in a long time with dealing with Jerrys.

I have been a repeat of customer of Jerry's and the Jerry's Chevrolet Service Center for over 10 years. My last purchase was at Jerry's Cadillac, but ALL of my service is done with Josh at Jerry's Chevrolet Service Center, and the reason for that is Josh truly cares about his customer. This particular service required me to leave my car for an appointment due to a suspension error code that had popped up on my car so while there Josh and his team changed my oil and rotated my tires. I trust Josh to shoot me straight and not repair things that are not needed and there was actually NOTHING wrong with my suspension so I left Jerry's with a oil change, tire rotation and a VERY clean car. I will never believe that Josh's attention to detail and the care he has for his customer can be matched.Service: Oil change

Scheduled appointment for oil change tire rotation fuel filter 3 hours later I have to go find out what is going on and they tell me they just started it. So you decide if you want to come here or not.Update to this review after the very long wait they rotated my tires and serviced my truck free of charge.

DO NOT take your vehicle to be repaired here. My husband and I took my Taho in twice. The first time they said all I needed was transmission fluid. I m not a machanic so I didn t know better. A few weeks later I m still having problem. So we take it back. They then tell us that the issue isn t covered by warranty so we have to pay a small fortune out of pocket for the repairs and they had my vehicle for over a week. We finally get it back and after a while we have the SAME problems. Except this time we can t afford to take it in again and be without a car for that long. So we have to wait until we can afford to take it back in. Well we finally get it it but with someone else. Come to find out that the shotty repairs done by Jerry s almost cost me my engine. We were told that whoever did the repairs did it incorrectly. We contacted Jerry s to see if they would help reimburse us due to their mistakes and we were told no that we should have come back there. Why would I go back to the place that only damaged my car?!? So please save your vehicles and go somewhere else.

Had my son's canyon for 2 weeks and couldn't find the noise he had reported. Charged over$201 because he "smoked in the loaner" which I checked out myself and that truck is clean and smells like a new truck. Get his truck home and saw that the leaf spring is messed up on the passenger side. They returned his truck with no gas and a flat tire. (Which we had agreed to get fixed elsewhere and not purchase a new one but even Wal-Mart fixes flats for free and they wouldn't even offer to fix it and charge me for it) son today thru won't even answer the phone for me so bbb is next

Josh always takes care of my service needs, He makes sure issues I have are taken care of , keeps me informed , and check out what I need . Everyone in service Dept is great they care . The ladies who help with loaner are always nice , helpful.

Horrible service. Rude staff. Told me it was normal for my car to be doing something that I've taken to 4 different places and all of which have told me that it's not okay for it to be shifting the way it is. Sounds like trying to avoid fixing their mistake of a product. Sounds like a lawsuit

They said they rotated the tires same tire on right rear and air in it was.low. got charged 115 for rotation never happened

Brought my dually in for check engine light at 06:30 am and they fixed it plus changed the oil called me at 3 pm to say it s ready Mr Allison! :)
