I can t speak to their Sales Department, but I can speak to their amazing Service Department. I had a major warranty with my 2023 Colorado, not their fault, and I was looking at being without a vehicle for several weeks. After explaining the situation, the Service Department at Jerry s was able to get me in and complete the repair after only a few days. The part needed the complete the repair was on back order, but they were still able to get fixed quickly. Even though the Service Advisor assigned, Amanda, was going to be out the day it came in, she coordinated with another advisor to take care of me, Dylan. Great job, Jerry s! You made a customer for life!

Bought my car last week at your dealership and had one of the best car buying experience there. My salesman David Meza was friendly and he treated me like family. Also, the finance manager was able to get the lowest interest rate available. Just a great dealership to buy from!

Bob Murphy, the service writer made me feel important and treated my situation as a top priority! I am so thankful for allOf his help, and also how quickly they repaired my truck and transmission issues. They found me a nice loaner vehicle when they were completely out. I feel like they all went above and beyond to make my situation the best it could have been. Bob was very good with communication through the process and even spent time with me after everything was done, making sure I completely understood everything. I wish I could give him 10 stars!

Montey did an excellent job at listening to our needs, showing is the vehicle that met them and not pressuring us which allowed us to make our decision confidently. Dustin also did outstanding. He was informative and supportive of his sales personnel. The whole process was smooth and easy.

I called got Charles Kincade on the phone ask about a certain certain car yes I got one.I told him about 30 minutes but got hung up in traffic. When I got there meet him talked for a few took a drive told him this it what we want the finance department was wrapping up. I new was in for another trip but Charles found a financial representative who stuck with us and worked the deal Great guys had a very good experience can't say that about many car lots

Let me just say the service I received was outstanding. Well taken care of without a question. Helped in every way possible. Made the process really easy and less stressful. I definitely came in contact with an angel (Greg). Wouldn t have done business with anyone else. Very happy with my decision. I know who to contact whenever I should need another vehicle again. As a first time car buyer I was very nervous! Car sales doesn t get the best rep but there were no worries needed at Jerry s! From excellent customer service to top notch facilities it was a wonderful first time experience! Gregg was amazing and helped me through the whole process!!! Lee and Dustin were awesome. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, and I was out in no time. James went through all the features of the car and helped me through my technical difficulties and I was on the way! 10/10 recommend

When I brought my vehicle in the past, I was met in the bay. Last two times I had to come inside glass door and wait while 2 to 3 guys were standing around talking. Then the lady at desk asked what I needed. The service on my vehicle seemed good and the guy told me I need new tires at next oil change.

Arrived 20 minutes for Scheduled appointment for Oil change,tire rotation and In Cab filter change.Waited 21/2 hours for service this was on Tuesday, well Thursday I noticed that the tires had not been rotated so called Friday to notify service department they said they would go back and look at the camera well they called me back to VERIFY that the tires were not rotated on the Driver side but were rotated on the passenger side was told the Tech forgot. Was advised to come back up Saturday and the work would be completed. After we had already waited 2 1/2 hours on Tuesday we decided to go to Discount Tires and have the work done which only took them 20 minutes. Was not Very Happy With the SERVICE that Was Paid for At Jerry's GMC and did not get Done. However the Service Writer was Great.
