Ashley Corbin, my service advisor, was professional and attentive throughout the process. She listened to my concerns and explained the repair process clearly, making me feel well-informed and at ease.The technicians at Jerry Chevrolet were skilled and efficient in their work. They took the time to thoroughly address the issues with my truck, and the results were excellent. The attention to detail was evident, and I appreciated their dedication to providing quality service.The dealership was clean and well-organized, with a comfortable waiting area equipped with complimentary coffee and snacks. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made my time there more pleasant.Overall, I had a positive experience at Jerry Chevrolet. Great service. I've been a loyal customer at Jerry's 30+ years. As far as service I only deal with BOB MURPHY, great guy and always helpful. Always answers my questions without delay. Always has a great attitude toward customers. The car you mention belongs to my wife, 'B' and she deals with Bob like myself. The last 10 cars/trucks I've owned were bought at Jerry's.

Checked in on time. Was told should be 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Took 90 minutes. Not impressed.I miss the loaner cars that dealerships would give you so you could run errands while your car was being worked on. I ve heard some dealers are doing that again (not Jerry s). Next time will make some calls and find one.

Do not take your car here. If this is the customer service that GM stands on then I will never purchase another GM vehicle again.Brought our car in on a Friday, had decent communication with our Ashley our service advisor and then all communication stopped. My husband and I called Ashley and left messages which she didn t respond to.It wasn t until we escalated the issue to other managers on Tuesday that someone gave us an update. My husband called back again to speak with Ashley but was transferred to her voicemail with no return call. We then decided to pick up our vehicle and take it to another GM dealership to complete the repairs. Don t not, I repeat do not take your vehicle to this place.

I arrived 3 hours early for my appointment however, they worked me in immediately. They performed a front end alignment check as a courtesy and showed me where it was out of alignment that saved me some damaged to my tires. The out and filter change and alignment repair was accomplished in a I did professional manner. Before they gave my car back they ran it through the car wash. Extremely haPot with my service at Jerry s GMC Buick Service. .

The service was good, the communication with Ashley Corbin from the service department was terrible!! Drop the truck off on a Tuesday and never heard from her again, I called Wednesday and Thursday and left a voicemail for her. It took me finally calling back on Friday morning and having someone page her and having her answer her phone. Once that was done, she told me my vehicle hadn t even been looked at yet, and probably wouldn t be looked at until Saturday or the following Monday, and then, about an hour after that, I get a phone call saying that my truck will be done that evening (Friday). Just kind of funny how that worked itself out. Anyway, the point to this review is communication is key, customers just want to be informed of what s going on with their vehicle and how long they are going to be without it.

Fast, convenient, and friendly service. Laura made sure all of our requests were met by going over the vehicle when we picked it up. She provided pricing for some future service items I want to have done. And she gave me a print of our service history.

Jerry's GMC Service is the best! They're ready for you when you get there and are super fast. I had my first service appointment on my 2023 GMC Canyon. The first service on a new vehicle is free!!! And they are soooo nice and professional. Five stars for sure. Worth the trip!!! Thank you Jerry's, Jennifer Tarlton

Jerry s GMC service was great as usual. They did a routine oil and filter change and also found a screw in one of my tires. I believe getting routine service at Jerry s keeps my vehicle in great condition. Thanks to Henry Emerson my service rep he takes good care of me and my truck.

I have always found their service to be slow. It takes at least 2-3 days, if not more before anyone even touches your car, and then they drag their feet on the repairs. I've waited an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change. It's difficult to get a call back from an advisor unless you constantly stay on top of them (I've been assigned several different advisors over the years, but the situation hasn't improved).They advertise that they have loaners, but they are always at least 6 weeks out. This is not helpful at all when your car breaks down.Every time I take it for a problem, they "fix" several things that do not fix the problem, and I end up having to take it back multiple times. I just took my car in two months ago stating that there was an issue and they said there was not, and there are multiple leaks now. Would not recommend them, the only reason I've continued my service here is the warranty that I purchased with my vehicle.

The sticker on the window does not reflect the correct return mileage to have the oil changed. The dashboard indicator that reflects how much oil is left was not changed back to 100%. However, the technician was promoting extra services that would total over $600. I have a hard time giving Jerry s Service Department more money much less trust them to do any more work on my vehicle.

Great facility. Arrived on time, pulled right up to a covered drop off and was immediately met by the professionals at Jerry s. Service was quick and waiting room was spacious with nice amenities and clean restrooms. My first dealership service experience with the team in Weatherford won t be my last!

Fantastic service, was traveling to the east coast and the transmission on my truck went out. It's after 5 in the afternoon and Dylan and Erica are in full support mode. Dylan found a transmission in stock and Erica took me to my hotel. The service tech, don't know his name but he's the transmission expert, came in early and had me back on the road by 1 pm. Dylan drove my truck to pick me up and after dropping him off I was back enroute. Kudos to all involved and many thanks

Had a recall on my 2015 GMC truck. It took about 4 months to get the back order part. Part came in. Scheduled service. Arrived as scheduled and was told it would take 4-5 hours and they would call when ready. After about 6 hours called the assigned rep (Laura). No return call. Called again, no return call. Called following day got their call center. I did get a return call from another rep who said Laura failed to get the repair booked. Long story short, I got my truck back 3 days later. Laura NEVER called to give explanation or apologize for not returning my call. Thanks to Henry who DID call and DID get the truck repaired.

Excellent customer service and excellent repair work. Had truck front end rebuilt from wear and tear over the years. No small job for sure and it was completed in just over a day and back on the road.

I recently bought a used gmc canyon not from this dealership I might add and I wanted to get it checked out. Bob in the service department was awesome. Everyone there was very kind. When I get a new one I'm coming back.
