They were helpful at first but after we had already got the vehicle we were CONSTANTLY putting money into the car and after we had done paid over $10,000 on payments plus well over $1000extra on stuff bc of it constantly breaking down we had enough and asked them if we could possibly get into a more reliable vehicle, they wanted us to come up with $1500 for a down payment. I understand a business has to run but gosh damn $1500 after they knew we were CONSTANTLY repairing stuff since the 3rd week we had it. $500 may have been more reasonable. Oh yeah and it was almost paid off too by the way.

Bought a Pro4X Xterra from these guys in great shape. Needed minor work like the transmission line was leaking and needed a new clamp. About a month after having it the rear end went out and they helped me cover the costs to get the new parts. Really good people here, not the typical "buy here pay here" dealership experience here.

This is my 4th vehicle purchased from Howorth and I have never been dissatisfied. Amy and Ty are great to work with and make the process as seamless as possible. Definitely recommend purchasing from their lot.

Yes I do not recommend this carlot to any body out there that lives in Weatherford/willow park/ Hudson oaks. These people here say that are family oriented and love helping working with there customers no they do not they do not and I repeat do not help you about in any kind of way they tell you one thing and then the next they are lieing to you. They are snotty people they are not nice people at all. So I really do not recommend them to anyone at all. They are very expensive they price some of there vehicles higher then you would get a brand new carlot so that's another thing about this car lot. So if you know what's best for you and your family I would just keep on driving by and go to the next car dealership.

I had to make a hard decision today, but first I want to say AMY hands down is the best, by far I had the best car buying decision ever, she is kind and patient and her communication door is always open and willing to help, with that being said I just returned a Ford Taurus that runs great, I have to give up payments for medical reasons, runs so smooth and drives, it s ready for the road it don t need anything low miles and new tires just talk to Amy she will help you

Fast and easy to get in a vehicle with a down payment. Easy to make payments. My car loan was sold to a company in Houston Texas and the main branch is in Flordia. They charge 6$ extra dollars to process my payment they call it a Convenience fee. Which isn't very Convenient. Other than that they try to help their customers.

A wonderful experience! I was searching to purchase my first car and was recommended to Howorth Auto. Not only was my car in great condition and affordable, but the service was fast, efficient, and extremely friendly! 10/10, I will recommend in the future.

I got a 2001 4Runner I had issues. I told them about it they took care of it really. Find out it was bad one. Put me in other one. They really took care of me. I would definitely buy another one car from them great people.

These people are scammers, thieves and cheats. They tried to sell me a truck that was dirty , had a broken rear brake lens and was leaking coolant from the radiator.I put $250 down to hold a vehicle. A week and half later I went to pick up the truck. The truck was filthy ( coffee stains on door, debris and dried drink in the cup holders, dirty carpet) . I figured they would clean the truck before I picked it up. I was wrong. Amy tried to argue with me that In the 20 minute test drive I got the truck dirty.I had to text Amy , who was out of town about the broken tail lens. She had her son replace it while I was there. This should have been replaced before I went to pick up the truck.I opened the hood to do one last inspection and found out that the radiator was leaking heavily. They said I could wait 6 weeks until their mechanic was back on duty. You would think that before they were to sell a vehicle they would inspect them mechanically.I opted not purchase this truck . These thieves kept $150 of my deposit and claimed that I changed my mind. No one is going to wait 6 weeks to fix a vehicle they have not even purchased.Buyer beware****These people posted that same truck back on Craig s list the next day! They have been posting it every day since with a known major mechanical issue!DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I went there really needing a vehicle after I turned 18. I really liked one, a 2003 f150 fx4 lariat, me not knowing what I was really doing payed 5,000 down payment on an 18 year old truck that they priced at $15000, I put myself into a hole and cannot for the life of me get out of it, $400 a month on a 18 year old FORD has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life so far. Heavily do not recommend doing business

I bought a 2008 4 runner a few months back and it has been one of the best vehicles I ve ever owned. Also getting the vehicle was a quick and easy process. They work with you an make everything extremely easy. 10/10 recommend them for vehicles.

This place is absolutely the best dealership I've ever encountered. Super easy, super fast, and honest people. They went out of there way to help a young fella with semi bad credit get a truck he would never dream of having. The best used car dealership in town, no doubt. By the way, if your vehicle that you purchase from them has issues talk to them about it first. They will do what's in their power to help. God bless this company!Also this is my second purchase from this company. I'm crazy satisfied. I WONT MESS WITH ANY OTHER USED DEALERSHIP AGAIN. HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY.-Tyler Breshears

I had less than stellar credit and was able to have a choice in which Toyota 4Runner I wanted. From start to finish- purchase to payoff this was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever encountered. Amy is awesome!!!

Dont buy from here. Dont make my mistake.They'll lie right to your face to get you to sign. They also cleared the check engine light with the obd so that it didn't show until after I signed and hit the milage that triggered the check engine light. Crooks.Response to owners responseDO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! BEWARE!!! If what I've said is not true then why do you want to talk in private with me at all? I'd rather voice this publicly so that others will see yall for what yall are and not fall into your traps. If you read other reviews you can plainly see that this is not an isolated event but that my experience is shared with many ppl. Thes ppl are lives and thrives. You can read this review and others and mine and clearly conclude that my experience is not only true but very wrong. I trusted yall and you took advantage of that. I'm praying for yall tho that Jesus will show you the error of your ways and turn your hearts from doing ppl wrong and that when that happens that he blesses you and your company beyond belief. I only asked you to hold up your word but I pray that he cause you to speak plainly with out deceit to your potential buyers

Amy and Ty were awesome to work with. I was stuck at work Monday-Friday, with limited time to shop vehicles. Amy worked with me through text messaging, phone, etc. When I could finally show up on their lot to see the vehicles, it was completely and totally NO PRESSURE selling. They handed me the keys with a smile and said let us know what you think and they let me inspect the car myself without hovering or getting in my space. I decided to go with a vehicle that was slightly more than my budget, but they were by far the easiest dealer financing I ve ever been to (including CarMax). I will be shopping them again, and would gladly recommend them. I wish more used car salesman were like Amy and Ty.

Sold me a car knowing the underlining issues.I paid cash for my vehicle that came with no car mats. I have offered to drive back up to the dealership. I have asked the owner to send me floor mats considering I paid cash on the spot. They won t work with me. This place is one big fa�ade.Do not shop with Amy or Ty Howorth

This is some of the nicest people I've met in Weatherford, great customer service, great prices, and great car availability. They are willing to work with what you have and help you through everything. Amy and her husband have the most Beautiful smiles.Highly recommend!!!!!!

I bought a tahoe and now got a 2nd car from them a scion...got approved on the spot they helped me with my down payment, I didn t have it all but she worked with me all the way. Also the payments are low and that helps one a lot!! Very friendly place! I recommend you stop here if you see a car you like...I m sure once you do, you will be driving out the lot with it.

Can't say a bad thing about this place. Amy was great. She had everything done via text and email before I even showed up at the lot. The vehicle was very clean. I was assured that any issues would be handled. Great customer service.

People are on craigslist trying to seriously search for a car and they are posting joke ads listing cars for double what they are worth or more. Would not do business with these price gougers. 3 ads in a row of joke prices

I always give a good word when one is due. I have been wanting a 2000 4Runner since I was in my mid 20's. For me, there was just something really cool about the 1999 to 2002 models that stood out for Toyota. Well, in the process of me finding the right one I ran into a few bad apple dealerships that were unethical. So, when I drove from Lewisville (55 mile each way coming and going) not only did I find one but there were actually three 4Runners. I felt like a kid in a candy store.My experience with the Howorth's was absolutely refreshing and much needed. They streamlined the process and even delivered the vehicle to me in Lewisville from Weatherford so I wouldn't have to drive back out. The drivers knocked on the door, handed me my keys, waited for me to come out and look it over. Absolutely amazng principles here!!!!

There is no such thing as a 5.....unless you come to Howorth Auto and deal with Amy and her Husband.I've dealt with big Auto lots and small. No Auto sales and I mean no Auto sales has ever treated me with such kindness and dignity as Howorth. Thank you Amy for helping me get my life back together.

bought a truck from Howorth about 6 months ago or so, late review but we've been extremely pleased with our purchase the truck is excellent and the customer service was fantastic they are such great and easy to talk to people and there's no beating around the bush.. My credit was slop but they got it done for us and we are happy and will be back for another vehicle from them just for their wonderful service.
