Excellent Service! We had tire trouble while traveling on 12/22/23. Discount got us right in, diagnosed the problem, told us exactly how long the wait would be and got us fixed up with new tires and back on the road. So grateful for their help and friendly service. Highly recommend this location!!

After a bad experience at a different Discount Tire, this store was a breath of fresh air. Alan was extremely helpful and reset the tire sensors for me. He also was able to find a reasonably priced used tire to replace my aging spare.Highly recommend this store and their courteous attitude while fixing the problems caused by another store.

Had an awesome experience here this evening.My trailer full of feed was bouncing so bad I couldn't go over 10mph, so I stopped here to have them check the air on my truck and trailer tires. This was about 15 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. The tech was there almost right away, checked and refilled all my tires for free. Super nice guy.Then we realized that one of my trailer tires had separated (old tire that was on the trailer when I bought it), which explained the bouncing. At this point it was already 5 minutes after closing, but they never batted an eye. Found me the right tire and replaced it within 15 minutes max! Very reasonable price and great service.

Went to get tire checked (low tire light) because I purchased certificates for my tires when I get new tires a few months back. This particular location is unprofessional. I would NOT have bought new tires from this location, props to the Abilene Texas discount tire on Catclaw dr, you make Discount tire proud, weatherford location NOT SO MUCH. Air compressor was down so they could rotate my tires but not fix the flat. Thats fine, but let me get 1 foot in the door before you rush to me to tell me about the air compressor. I was literally met at the door by a young worker who definitely needs to work on his social and people skills

Needed a 3rd party warranty job and Discount Tire did not disappoint. Customer service was amazing and warranty job was completed to satisfaction. I will definitely use them again for any tire or wheel needs.

The good:- I have been a customer here for years and rarely had any issues.- I have bought multiple tires here and only had issues with the cheap tire brands- I have come here for nails in my tires and normally had them fixed every time.The bad:-I brought in a set of rims and end up getting them back damaged- I had a problem with a tire throwing my alignment off and had to bring it back twice to get the problem resolvedThose two are the only bad I have had since coming to this discount I have been coming here for years and the good out weighs the bad by a hefty amount.I have been going to this discount for years. Most of the time I don't have issues with any of the work they do. At one point I brought 8 rims in for tires on both sets and one of those sets came out scratched I ignored it since I didn't have proof it wasn't scratched before bringing it in.Another situation I came in for an issue I was having on a car I had gotten an alignment that morning, but my alignment was off due to the weight of a tire. I came in saying the weight from a tire is throwing off my alignment and I asked for either a replacement or for them to move it to the back of the car. They took them off and balanced them, they told me that it was due to the cheap set of tires I bought but it should be fixed. I left and came back this time someone met me at the front saying they noticed me come back and realized something must not be fixed so they took the car in and I asked again to move the wheel to the back of the car they did that and it fixed my issue. Now this is only the two bad situations I have had with them other then those in the many years I have come here all the other times have been very great they have a long wait time but if you drop your car off and come back for it it makes the process simple. They let you know when it's done by text or email and they haven't lost my faith in this company.

Took a tire into the shop to patch a hole. They replaced the tire, and it only cost me the new certificate. Communication was via text, and both drop-off and pickup was fast and easy. I'm a forever customer of Discount Tire.

My family and I were traveling for the holidays and experienced a blow out on the highway. Once we got safely to the location, we were greeted professionally by Jacob. His professionalism and character were comforting, especially with the stress of having a blow out and also not being from the area.I was able to see my options for a replacement tire on a monitor at the kiosk. The comparison option, along with Jacob's recommendations, were full of information that allowed me to make a confident decision.Our car was in and out of the bay in less than an hour! Thank you, Jacob and the team for exceeding me and my families expectations and getting us back on the road!

Jesus at this location did an excellent job with my tire rotation and correct balancing of my tires. At the end he provided me with a highly informative detail on what was done to my car tires.If you own a Tesla and you are on the fence of taking it to a different place other than the Tesla Center, rest assured that this place will handle your Tesla with care. They have the required Tesla Pucks, and they are incredibly careful.

Every time I have gone into Discount Tire with a problem or for new tires, they aim to please. Their service is excellent. I do not always have an appointment and know that it may take a while due to so many ahead of me if I do not. They are always fair and diligent. Thank you!

Visited discount tire in Weatherford , Tx on Wednesday February 28th for an unknown issue with a tire. Place was packed! I was greeted in a very reasonable amount of time, was advised i was about 7 tickers back and about an 1 1/2 hour wait. And in about that time limit my tire patched, no charge, and on my way.

This business was very fast in selling and installing our trailer tires on 10/27/22. We took a trip with our travel trailer and x2 tires flattened on the road. They close at 6pm but we showed up at 5:50pm and the entire staff still serviced us. The business Pep boys next door was no help. I called Pep boys prior yo discount tire at 4:45pm but was told they were full for the day even after I asked if they can install new tires. Discount Tires cares about the safety of people vs profit in my experience.

I have been with Discount Tire since 2008. Once, in 2016, i went away from them, and went with a statewide tire co. under someone's suggestion...worst decision ever. I returned directly to Discount Tire and haven't wandered since. If i have a problem, yo, they solve it. Check out Discount, you will not regret it.Tires, tires, babyToo oldToo old

After telling me that they can t leave the key in my car. I make it back before 5:00 to find it unlocked, smelling of vape, and the vape box trash left on the drivers side floorboard. I have asthma, allergies, and a very young daughter. Absolutely unacceptable.

I like the place just wish they had sales on tires. They have had good customer service. And treat you well no matter if your getting 1 tire or 4. I went to Costco first but they act like they don't have time for you.

I got there about 5:45 got my tires rotated and new windshield wipers and was out before 6:30. Next day I was getting my car inspection and come to find out they forgot to put the windshield wipers on, I had to buy some at Jiffy Lube so my car would pass inspection

Set an appointment and arrived 5 min early and it still took 35 min to even start work on the car Feb 12, 2022. This has been my experience at this store every time I've come in the past couple of years. They've convinced me to spend a few extra bucks at another business that will appreciate my purchase. I've bought at least half a dozen sets of tires from discount tire and I've seen it go down hill.

I had 4 new tires installed today. Right after that I went to Honda of Weatherford to get my oil changed. (About a mile down the road) They lifted my car after quick inspection Honda technician alerted me to a big stick jammed in my rear wheel damaging my rubber boot. Somehow Discount tire technician did not see it even though the stick was resting on inner side wall. How can you trust them with your tires if they won't even alert you about a big stick stuck in your wheel. Please see pictures.

Can not thank them enough or be more appreciative. Huge huge huge thank you to Austin, made a bad day into a better one. Will only come here and only recommend this place. Tires can be an unexpected adventure, I had my puppy with me, and they welcomed us both and made us feel comfortable.

Alan was very helpful. We had a flat tire 3 hours from home. Called to see if they had the tire we needed and got there 1 hour before they closed. Ended up having to have a whole new set of tires. We were back on the road within the hour. Everyone there was very professional and friendly! Would definitely recommend if you live in the are

Had a blowout halfway home of a 3.5 hour road trip. Had to take spare off and drive to this Discount Tire. Brandon was quick to help me out AND was thorough enough to apply my tire hazard so that I was not paying full prize for a brand new tire. Brandon definitely made a very stressful situation better by going above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of, oh, and did this all with my two kids with me. Thank you, Brandon and your awesome team for helping this dad get home safely with his family.

I really appreciate the employees doing their best to work me in on a busy Friday. Customer service is great! They are very, very busy at this location, but when I got a new set of tires, and they put my spare tire,jack, and tire tool back under my trunk. I really appreciate that extra effort!

Excellent service. Treated very kindly with great professionalism. Work quality is exceptional. Very busy store and wait time for service without an appointment is very long, but in an air conditioned and comfortable environment. Overall - well worth the wait.
