I needed a new headliner installed for my Audi RS4 after I botched one trying to do it myself. They did an amazing job and were very well priced. The customer service is also top notch there.

Love this place! We have a Lazy Boy recliner that has been in my family for at least 40 years and Ricky and his team re-cushioned and upholstered it and it looks brand new! He also fixed a tear in our RV dinette booth. They do wonderful work and are so easy to work with!! Will definitely use them again!

I needed a convertible top straightened out on my car they said they were way behind so I said OK. He wanted me to send pics. Of my car I sent them by text because I don't do emails waited over two months (not weeks) then finally got to speak to Rick after speaking on and off for weeks with the receptionist Rick said to se d him pics. By email I said I sent them by text over2 months ago after all this I figured if I was having all this problem before any work was done that I should choose someone elseVery bad experience with this company

I would have given this a ZERO if possible. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. When I walked in the owner was talking so mean to receptionist. He did not stop when I walked in the door. Once finished, he turned to me. I took in a leather sofa cushion that needed a new zipper. I had previously dropped by and they told me I needed to buy my own zipper and they would replace for $25. He talked down to me and would not let me explain what I needed to be done. He was so rude to me. Would not let me talk at all because he knew it all. I told him I was quoted $25 and he commented that he would have charged me $35. I went ahead and left cushion for repair. However, on my way home, I turned around and went back. It bothered me so much as to how he treated me as a customer and how he rudely treated his staff. As I walked in, owner was still in front office. I told him that I had changed my mind and would not let him repair my cushion. Told him that I could not get over how rude he was to me or staff. No apology but a smirk! Owner needs to take a class in how to treat your customer!

I have read some of the negative reviews and am shocked. I had a great experience. I can't even imagine these circumstances based on my experience. They did a great job, they finished quick and I paid what I expected to and what he quoted. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them!!

They were able to repair my leather sofa cushion chewed on by the dog. They explained what they were going to have to do and did exactly that. It looks amazing and completely unnoticeable unless you really look at it. Cost was $200 less than quoted elsewhere and done in 24 hours!

Spoke with Rick when I went in with a chair to be reupholstered. He seemed very knowledgeable and made some recommendations that I hadn't thought of. He couldn't give me a "finish date" however. Which was ok with me, but might not be for some folks. I will post again after the chair is completed.Follow up: Our chair looks great. The wait was 4 weeks and worth it.

Worst customer service ever. Arrogant! I brought a valuable antique chair from Spain to have leather back upholstery repaired. Owner was very short upon initial consultation. Estimate seemed fiercely overpriced, yet I left the chair with the promise it would be done in 3 weeks time. After not hearing anything back my husband went to check on status only to find the chair in the same spot in the showroom and nothing was done. When questioned the owner was very condescending, stating he never promised to have it done "so soon". When I learned this, I rushed over there and grabbed my chair. No apology ,just a smirk since there were other customers present.Furthermore it seemed that the chair had been in worse condition than before. I can only imagine that fellow customers plunked into the chair over the weeks it was just sitting there, compromising its' delicate condition even more.

I went in on a Friday about 3pm, the man working the front desk was rude. He claimed he never heard off full grain leather, so I showed him samples that I had. He was very rude and quoted me a price for his top grain leather $10,000 for a sectional sofa. He told me to buy new at the Room Store. I got estimates from 3 other upholsterers for $4,000. I can buy full grain leather hides at Tandy Leather in Keller or the shops can order from their suppliers. This place must be a tax write-off.

Brought in a leather automobile console to be reglued, they re-glued it and ripped it in another place. He told me they didn t do that and got mad at me. When I took the piece and went on my way home he called me back and said they would fix it. So he fixed it and I told him and that I would pay for the original piece being repaired but he wanted the rip to be paid for also. He got really mad when I told him I was going to give him a negative review, and then told me to get the hell out of the shop. Arrogant rude and just about every negative adjective I can think of, that would describe him.

This place doesn't deserve one star, but that's the only way I can rate it. I walked in asking for info on leather seats in our truck. The guy immediately cut me off and said I was looking at approx $1800. I told him that's $700 more than what the dealership quoted me. He smiled and said, "then I suggest you leave and go to the dealership". Happily walked out to spend my money elsewhere. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They obviously don't want any business.

Pricing was comprable to other locations and the work was done very quickly. I came in Tuesday morning to get a quote, made an appointment for Thursday morning to have the work done and was able to pick it up Thursday afternoon. Will post pictures of the work.

They do nice work, but be sure you get any price quotes or agreements in writing because they will tell you one thing and charge another. This is what happened to me. I won't do business with a company that doesn't keep their word.

This was the second time I used Collins. They did a great job both times. Will use them the next time I need work done on my boat upholstery.

Owner wouldn't let me finish my sentence, once he heard it was a small project he said I should just buy retail. I wanted to explain I needed something special, but wouldn't give me the time of day.

Think they're alone high-priced the work I wanted done I don't believe was worth $1,100 I think it could have been done cheaper because the last time I went there they redid a seat for me for $400 and now they want $1,100 so their prices have damn near double
