Complete crooks charged me once on my card, luckily I got a refund from my card. When I talked to an idiot called Al, he said why don't we charge your card again to make sure you get your disc brakes. What a complete rip-off company. Liars and thieves. I reported them to BBB.

Do not use this business!!!! I paid them $2105 for a 1957 Ford Thunderbird 4 wheel disc brake kit. I never received any parts or refund. Called them over and over no one answers the phone. Also emailed countless times. Someone occasionally answered email to string me along. I was told my order was shipped multiple times but it wasn t. Then I was told my money was refunded, checked with the bank and it wasn t. Then no response at all. This place STOLE $2105 dollars from me . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I wish I could give negative stars. As like every other review on here, I was strung along for months. I ordered my kit May 2022, didn't receive it until mid September and when it finally arrived the kit was missing major components(no booster or master cylinder) every item was poorly packed and damaged when removed from its packaging. Not one caliper finish was the same, everything was scratched, rotors are gouged, missing hardware etc. The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I have been in the automotive business for 13+ years, and have NEVER had a worse experience. I barely got responses from calls or emails, and when the missing and damaged parts were brought to their attention with emails and photos, they went dark. I will make sure to file a claim on BBB with them, and will be contacting my credit card company to reverse charges. I wish I could do more to help others from making the same mistake I and others have made. DO NOT GIVE THIS "COMPANY" YOUR BUSINESS, you WILL regret it.Service: Brakes

Purchased disc brake conversion kit front and back totaling $2,055 like everyone else this guy AL gave excuse after excuse both by email and phone. After disputing with my cc company they sent me 2 tacking numbers a month after receiving the tk#'s I received 1/2 the order still out $1,300 they are stringing customers along taking their money until the time has exceeded where you can't dispute any longer with your credit card company. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers and looking into taking legal action against this company. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company they will just take your money.Service: Brakes

Ordered a brake conversion kit on 6/8/22. I paid $1342. They took the money from my account and never sent the brake kit. I have since filed a BBB complaint and I m working with my bank as I needed to file a chargeback. Spoke to a guy named AL, who kept giving excuses about back orders and being short staffed. He basically just wanted to string me along for months. They stopped responding to messages and won t refund the money. I wish I read the reviews before letting this company steal my money. Update, 9/13/22 after multiple requests for refund, they mailed a kit. The parts are for a completely different vehicle. Everything is damaged. The master cylinder and booster weren t shipped at all. Thieves and scammers.

Ordered in November of 21' and 14 months later still nothing. Thankfully I didn't need parts right away so the consistent excuses of supply chain/COVID BS wasn't a big deal. Now that I'm looking for a refund, AL has quit responding. Unfortunately for them, my banking institute will do all the legal battles for me, so it's no sweat of my back. Ordered April 4th 2022. First they charged my credit card twice for the order. Got that resolved. It is now early September & I have 1 part and a bunch of excuses.Always my order is sitting on the loading dock & will go out the beginning of next week. NEVER HAPPENS. I've been hesitant to leave a negative review but honestly they make a lousy product and even worse customer service.From the date I purchased the kit It took 8 months and dozens of calls/emails for all the parts to arrive (Same thing each time..."I'll ship them out today.....). I was beyond frustrated but was just happy to finally get all the parts.Some parts still didn't fit right but it's a retrofit so I expected that. Over a year after my purchase I finally got the truck on on road. At that point it's like a rabbit hole, having spent $1500 on the kit you're just happy to be on the road again.One week later a bracket bent on the rear. Called them and left messages for 2 weeks with no reply. He finally answered but while we were talking "his computer crashed (I've heard that line before.......) Said he'd call me right back but haven't heard a word. At this point even if he calls me I wont buy new brackets from him. He said "2 weeks to ship them" but in reality it could be 2 years and he'll just have more of my money.I will be throwing the kit for the Ford 9" in the steel scrap bin and going with a different product. I'm sure the front conversion kit will be scrapped next year when the bearings that don't quite fit right wear out.Service: Brakes

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They don't deserve one star. Also they seem to go by Superior Mustang Parts.I really wish my husband would have read these reviews prior to ordering from this company, if you can even call them a company. Google should not allow thieves to advertise and get top placement when EVERY single review states that they lied and/or stole from them. We experienced the same as most, end of April ordered a custom brake kit, were charged up front! And told it would ship within two weeks, then it never came. My husband called they said they had issues and it would ship in a couple more weeks. We eventually received part of the front kit, incomplete. Then another box came a couple of weeks later for a portion of the front. Each time he talked with them the back kit shipping date was extended. Well after a few months of waiting and the man telling my husband if he didn't like it he could have a refund, we finally decided to get a refund. Well a month after he said he would refund, and several calls where he said "oh I sent it", we STILL have no refund. And now they are not answering when we call at all. I cannot believe people like this can stay in business. There are ZERO even half decent reviews. Our mechanic has the front brake kit for my sons truck, so we shall see if it even works! The worst experience with a company EVER!!!!!

DO NOT BUY PARTS HERE!!!! Complete waste of time and disappointing, I ordered a front kit for my 57 Chevy to see how I liked the product, since they make complete Buick kits which are hard to come by I figured on using my 57 Chevy as a test Subject instead of my 61 Electra which was dismal. I ordered the front kit June 10th, and at that time they did not take my money until the 27th. They said in the invoice, emailed receipt that once the order was shipped I would receive a conformation email and a tracking number. I received neither, after several phone calls I was told I should receive my kit the week before 4th of July, then I was told July 3rd, and if not the 5th. After not showing up on the 5th I called and after being put on hold for a while I was told they were lost somewhere in California, me being in Ohio.... and that they would make a new kit to ship the next Monday evening....with that I cancelled the order and I was told that it would take 10 days for a refund, after day 11 I called and they said it would take 3 more days due to improper billing? for those of you who have a classic and want to convert it to disc Brakes Wilwood just came out with a new line, and I will be checking it out for my Buick, and if your on a budget. Summit's house brand disc conversion is cheaper and easy to install, I have Zero complaints for the front conversion on my 57 Chevy, and it was a very easy, quick install.

I ordered a brake conversion kit in January 2022. After months of phone calls and excuse after excuse about backordered parts and shipping company that had refused to ship their products I finally received a bunch of parts that aren t even for my truck. No master cylinder or power booster was shipped either. Worst place I ve ever dealt with, I m sorry I didn t read the reviews first.

The disc brake conversion kit I received was not complete as advertised. It was missing the instructions, bearings, hoses, spacers and seals. When I called the company I left three voicemail messages with no call back. On the fourth call I got a human and he said he would send me the missing items next day air. Two days later I got a UPS notification my shipment would be delayed 6 days. Upon delivery 6 days later the instructions and spacers were not in the box. While waiting for the rest of the parts my mechanic attempted to stage everything but found the hoses were too short. I called the supplier back and after he "checked with shipping" he apologized again for the error and said he would ship the spacers next day air. His explanation was we would have to "work around" it and fabricate our own bracket to relocate the line -to- hose union mount to reach the front mounted caliper. If we had the instructions we would have learned this earlier. When I got the spacers two days late the box still did not contain instructions. So, after all this runaround with delivery my mechanic gets things installed only to find the rotors rubbing on the spindle block. Luckily my mechanic has enough experience with shortfalls such as this he was able to grind the spindle block to make things fit. The "exacting detail" and "superior customer service" claim on this supplier voicemail hold has me very skeptical at this point. I will not buy from them again.

cant eave less than one star or I would. Ive been building cars for nearly 40 years and this has been the absolute worst experience of all time. They never sent anything that wasnt a readily available oem type part, wrong bearings for the front calipers, no booster/master, no rear brackets. Its been 4 months and Im having to source everything from elsewhere DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Excuse after excuse, outright lies and I hope they enjoy my 1400.00, they obviously needed it more than me. Simply a horrible company, horrible customer service basically none at all

I would give less stars than 1 if I could. I ordered a COMPLETE swap all 4 from drum to disc brake set. After 2 1/2 months of waiting(advertised as 10-14 day wait) I finally recieve my brakes. Upon opening item we find out they only sent the front brakes and not the back. Now its going on 3 weeks n they havent even sent the rear brake set yet... smh, had I known it would be like this I wouldve never ordered thru them. I do not reccomend this place, be smart like I wasnt, spend ur money elsewhere

We would have to concur with everyone else! Bob and his company, Classic Disc Brakes, is full of excuse upon excuss. Takes you money, tells you you'll receive the product within 10- 14 days, then "several" months later, he sends you a partial kit, or in our case, we are a custom shop and we answer to our customers unlike Bob. He sent us the WRONG parts and only partial. Unfortunately we went through this with Bob on two separate builds, for two separate customers. Now he's insulting us with riduculous emails and more excuses. He even tried to charge us for the return shipping. We had to contact the Texas Attorney General's office and file a complaint! He's already received what was sent to us and now procrastinating on our refund, while blaming it on the system. 10 days for a return, really? It takes us 2 seconds to place a refund with our Poynt system and about a few days after that to receive the refund on the other side. He's had 4 days since that morning, to process our refund, and/or produce a proof of refund. We're not living in the stone age. On top of all this, your lucky to get him on the phone, or anyone for that matter! I wonder why? He even claims he doesn't get your voice mail messages either. How convenient This guy is full of himself!

1 STAR!!! Because 0 wasn't an option, if that doesn't say it all... 75% of the parts in our kit needed modification to bolt together or work properly. Couldn't use the other 25% because they are universal and will never fit. ABSOLUTE JUNK. Don't waste your time or money with this outfit. And calling/emailing won't work, they have 0 customer service after you've given them your money.

Ordered kit Sept 6. After many delays and being told there were shipping issues multiple times , I still do not have anything from them. It is now Nov 18. Would love to have an opinion about quality of parts, I just don't havery them 2 months later. Stuck with a daily driver stuck in garage waiting for parts. I would not recommend this site!

this has to be one of the most when I say most unacceptable companies in the state of Texas they give texas a bad name with their services I purchased a kit in November of 2021 they took my money from my banking account in on December 3rd 2021 and it is now July 25th 2022 and I have not received nothing they sent a copy of a check to my bank when I try to do a chargeback the check didn't even contain my name they told the bank that they can't do a charge back because they sent me the money already but the check did not even consist of the correct information it never reached me but they showed a copy to the bank to keep me from getting a charge back so for anyone who wants to do business with this company be ready for a fight be ready for a battle be ready to go to small claims court that's all I can say

Worst company ever delt with... customer service is horrible, the product when shipped wasnt even complete, and was beyond sub par to put it nicely. I returned my order over a month ago and still not received my refund they promised! They deserve 0 stars!!!

Same problem as everyone else. Incomplete kit. Instruction for something else. No brake booster. Lies. Been dealing with this too long. I don t have $1000 to just throw away to some fool with false claims.BEWARE!!!!!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS DISAPPOINTMENT IS WHAT YOU WANT!!!!!!!!!

since November 7 2017, after calling 3 times and being promised that the order will ship out the following day I came to the conclusion that I was never going to see my power brake booster, it just sucks that my car is driveless now, it is now 01/29/2018 and still no brake booster, this company should be more honest with their customers
