Everyone there was helpful and Courteous, had me in and out in 1 hr, I had problems with my lights on the trailer, two guys walked around it and assessed the problem, got every light working, and right side turn signal flashing, thanks again, great job.

Absolutely Horrible experience. DJ couldn t even patch a small nail hole and get the tire to bead. Had them put my spare on.. took tire to a real tire shop and they patched the small puncture and got the tire to bead no problem!!

As for the Weatherford TX Shop im Very Pleased with All EMPLOYEES & Especially with the work they perform,OUTSTANDING.I also like to Add not hearing any foul language or cussing which is very unusual compared to other Shops especially when Women & Children are present. JOB WELL DONE ***

I didn't go to the shop, I went to Pilot. I had a hot shower, and got lunch at Wendy's. Both were clean and staff was friendly. I had a great stop.

I called to inquire about replacing my tire valve stem as it is leaking air. The gal on the phone said we don't have them here. So I asked which ones do you have. M ind you they are a tire truck shop. And valve stems are standard in Size. She then continues chatting with another customer while I was on the phone with her. Ignored me. And then put me on hold with out even saying a word. I'm typing this review right now. On hold for 30mins so far. Horrible customer service. They really need to educate their staff.

I am very pleased with front desk Mike. He is hard worker, performed excellent job, customer oriented and I can say definitely as an asset for the BoSS Truck ShOP

I wouldnt recommend using there service calls. If you wanna be upcharged triple the price come here. If not I highly recommend other tires shops with better prices. Theft of service.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!! This is a place that I would NEVER recommend the service was terrible. Their price mark up on parts was insanely high. We called the place where they received our supposed NEW turbos from to see what the price of the parts cost. It was less than half the price that Boss Truck shop sold it to us for. On top of it they weren't NEW turbos they are remanufactured but they kept lying to us telling us they were new. The first turbo was priced to us at around 1850.00 they charged us around 4000.00. The second Turbo was priced to us at around 1300.00 and they charged us 3000.00. When I pulled out of their shop everything they took off and replaced was loose . I had to spend over 2hr tightening up all their work. Had oil leaks and exhaust leaks because nothing was tightened up when they were done. I'm a small self employed business trying to take care of my family by honest hard working morals. I don't expect anything for free nor do I think people should work for cheap wages, but this is not acceptable. I hope this post helps the next guy working hard to make a living not get taken advantage of. Unfortunately we were in a situation to get our job done and the load where we said we would have it and no time to pull out of Boss Truck Shop and regroup. Nothing like kicking a man when their already down.

Would not recommend this place. Left me sitting for 2 1/2 hours then called and said they couldn't do it because they only had one person working and they were going to close. Thanks for leaving me hanging.Service: TiresService: Tires

The worst place where do I start. Checked in at 7 a.m. check out at 1 p.m.. worst customer service. They don't have the parts. They have to go get it from Dallas and they will charge you. My total parts was about a hundred dollar. Labor was $400. I couldn't believe it. I could have done it myself. It should take an hour the most. 1 mechanic. They will rob you I repeat.. mark my words please give them a review. People need to be informed about this place. It will be the last place I go there next time around. No customer service. They don't even deserve one a star. I will remember this place nightmare nightmare nightmare.

They arrived about 1 1/2 hr after we called to inquire if they could reattach a drive shaft on our motorhome which had been towed to a tow yard following an accident. Mike set up the job; Evan did the job in 20 min or less. We cannot be more happy to recommend them for all your big rig problems. They are nationwide, but these two Iowans are pretty partial to the Weatherford, Texas shop!!!

I called the shop in advance and they waited for 30 minutes for me to arrive. They were going to shut down for the night bc it was slow. I much appreciate that. I also appreciate the work Jose did on my truck. He put in a wheel seal and halfway through the job discovered the bearings were scarred up so he went ahead and replaced them along with the races. Put new brake shoes on too. The old ones were drenched with oil. Great work, Jose.

Replaced Sensor and said was the cause of all my issues. Got 5 minutes down the road and Check Engine Light is back on. U-turned around and went back to find out another sensor was the issue. $800 into repair and oil change and need another repair done. Nope not at this place! Prices are extremely high and people lack knowledge. Recommend this place only if there is no other option and I live in Weatherford and there are more truck repair shops around for less labor cost and better know how.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I read these 5 star reviews and wonder if either they are reviewing the same shop im at. It may just be my luck but everytime I'm here, they say its gonna be atleast 6 hours, and they say it with a grin, like they are proud of it. Also they say they only got one mechanic. My God, either hire more or close the damn doors. Such a waste of time to even stop

These guys did a great job and gave us a fair price on 4 drive tires. The staff also had nice comments about their manager, who was not afraid to jump in and help get the job done quickly.

Very bad experience called them as a favor with a flat tire because I work directly across the street and they charged me 38 25 for a patch and it never held air. Called back and was pretty much told call discount tire bad way to run business. took my money and that was it. Horrible attitude when I called as well. I could have bought a new tire for that

This place is awful!! We went in for a tire change, they had 5 bays but only one mechanic working. We waited over 4 hours for a 15 minute tire swap. I would have left but they kept telling me I was next but never was...in the waiting room they came out and asked another guy who was getting a service if they could just stop and continue in the morning??? From now on will go to the Petro and deal with the chaos instead of this poor excuse for a shop.

Called these dimwits to ask if they had a Secondary Air tank in stock for cascadia and they didn t but I asked them if I got the part they ll be willing to change it up for me. And the guy on the phone laughed that it s not possible you can t change the tank in a parking lot and have to tow the truck to the shop. That says a lot about these guys changed the Air Tank by myself

We have allowed this place to totally screw us twice because a friend recommended them highly. The first time we had a problem, our friend called them out on it. The issues were resolved. We came back because of timing. This time, the girl yesterday gave us a timeline and expectations we would have no trouble getting parts or repairs completed by Monday. The girl at the counter this morning claimed not to have a mechanic until 3pm but would order our parts we already knew we needed this morning from Kenworth. She now says Kenworth is closed until Monday. That s funny. They were opened when I called, said they are a 24 hr service, and no one from Boss Shop called them today. When arriving to pick up our truck to take someplace else who could do the job, we found out the girl we left the truck with and who took all of our information, never even wrote up a ticket for the repair.

This place is the worst I ve ever been . Refused to change a fleet because I was loaded . Under 80,000 pounds . They said their jack couldn t lift my trailer so a no name roadside service guy came and had it changed in less than 30 minutes. This place sucks they don t even deserve one star......

needed tire repair on my diesel pusher RV, replaced two tires and a third repaired. did good work though slow since all work is old school. If you are in an RV call ahead to make sure they have tires for you, Mine are 275/80x22.5 but some rv's have non standard sizes like 295's.they can order anything you need ,the crew is nice.not sure if they can do oil changes or other engine work on rv's though.also convenient location on Interstate 20 behind the Pilot gas station in Weatherford TX

I broke down on a Sunday night when every other tire shop was closed, but this place fixed my tires and did the work for free! They are amazing angels that saved me and my little girl from going through a lot of hell!
