Made an appointment online, they called 5 mins later to make sure they had the right screen to replace on my phone, they did. Dropped it off and they told me it would take an hour and a half. We left they called 30 mins later it was done. Phone looks brand new and all features work! They were quick , respectful, informational and got what I needed done same day for a lower price than competitors.

If you are considering this location for the purchase of your next car or truck battery you might just as well take a baseball bat to head as you will soon discover that is the treatment soon to be realized from this location and its employees when dealing with any warranty claims.Me and my wife had one of the WORST experiences today when dealing with what we now believe is a faulty battery.The back story is a month prior we stopped at Batteries Plus with a concern that when starting the truck 1st thing in the morning there seemed to be a pretty strong draw down when starting the truck, so much the concern that we live about an hour from that location. The person (we believe to be the manager of the store) tested the battery. When testing the battery, he did notice that it appeared to have about 70% life left but in his opinion not enough to take any further action but for us to keep an eye on it. He did further elaborate that if the problem continued to come back, he would make it right and replace the battery.Yesterday the truck nearly failed to start and remember what the guy from Batteries Plus said last month, we felt today was a good day to finally resolve the issue with the battery after all the battery has a 4 year warranty that we were 18 months in on.Today when we stopped in it was like a scene out of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Obviously, the person who we spoke with last month wasn t there but what was in place was two of the MOST unprofessional absolutely worst employees to encounter. At one point both me and my wife began filming the encounter with the intent to protect ourselves and to hold as evidence to in the matter of how poorly Batteries Plus of Weatherford performed.We have now decided not to hassle with this 3rd rate company anymore and buy a new battery from a company that knows how to take care of their customers. It is pretty clear Batteries Plus does not honor their warranty and you're only wasting your time if you deal with this location.

Had a great experience buying two deep cycle batteries. Exactly one week later, I called to return the cores and was told I wouldn't be able to. Turned out the same gentleman who was super nice the day I bought the batteries, was the same man on the phone with me. He was very rude, contradictory, and wrong about the store policy.Anyways we finally figured out that he wasn't paying attention when I said at the very beginning that "I had already purchased batteries and wanted to bring old cores back that I didn't have the day I purchased the new ones"...he thought I was trying pawn off batteries without having bought any batteries.So I thought, well.. instead of bringing these cores in and getting the money for those. I might as well return the new batteries since I was still inside their (in my opinion) very short 12-day return policy. So that's what I did. If the older gentleman, whose name I won't mention, handled himself at least as professional as the day I purchased the two deep cycle batteries.. Well, let's just say I would've had potentially become a lifetime customer. I have a fleet of trucks and two boats. I was also ready to buy a marine grade 24v 200ah lifepo4, and another marine grade 24v 50ah lifepo4. If anyone reading this knows how expensive these types of batteries are, then you know, they lost a lot of business.At the end of the day. Integrity, self discipline, and positivity go a LONG way. Principle matters, and I'd rather spend my hard earned money where I want, and it's not their anymore.

Very friendly service. I had errands to run. The associate let me leave my phone and pick it up later. I ve also had a key fob fixed in the past. Fast & friendly service.

Treated very rudely. Attendant was a know it All attitude telling me my battery wasn t available at any of his stores. When I found it on his shelf I was treated awful while checking out. Not to be sounding like him but owning several Automotive stores this man would be fired if I witnessed him treating customers like he did-

I purchased 2 batteries for my diesel pick-up earlier this year. It was a great experience with fast friendly service. At no fault of theirs my batteries had an issue during June and the helpful staff made the exchange very pleasant and fast.

I always have a great experience when I go into this store. I also love that most of the services they offer has a lifetime warranty. Just recently, I took my key fob in for a new battery. I had done this a year or so ago. When I went yesterday I was made aware that there was a lifetime warranty on the battery. I didn t have to pay anything! So nice!

I went to this location of Batteries + Bulbs to get a lifetime guaranteed watch battery replaced. The older male technician could not open the back of the watch. The younger male technician was called. After about ten minutes he announced to me that he could not get the watch back open. When I pointed out that the battery was covered by a lifetime replacement guarantee, he picked up the watch, said something I could not quite hear, then went back to the work station. For more than 40 minutes he tried to remove the watch back, while sighing deeply and muttering under his breath. After being in the story for 55 minutes, he brought me my watch and announced that he couldn t get it open. The many scratches in the photo below were not on my watch before I entered the store. As I was leaving, I noticed a prominent sign that read how proud Batteries + Bulbs are to be of service to their customers.

Went in to buy a battery for my motorcycle. They had it in stock and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I also witness some of the employees helping another customer load up 20+ golf cart batteries.

The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you make an appointment online there is usually a coupon! I ve used them for cell phone repairs and a new car battery. All jobs have been done professionally and quickly. I would highly recommend them!

Ordered (3) types of batteries for Christmas toys for pickup at store. All were in stock and my order was ready almost immediately after I hit the submit button. Good prices too! Less than Walmart, H E B, Walgreens, etc. I m very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Batteries Plus!

Garbage. Jeff sold me the wrong batteries at 4x the price retuen policy says the packages can't be opened and they must be unused... but he installed one battery and the other I didn't know was wrong until I opened it to install it and the FOB said it takes 3032 not 3016; made me pay for an install??? On a car FOB battery. No questions, no communication. Just the work and the extra charge. Don't let this place take advantage of you. They're scammers. x2 (3032) batteries everywhere else are $5. #Canceled

I had a wonderful experience with Batteries Plus Bulbs. The have hard to find products at a decent price and you get great service too. I placed an order online and when we went to the store to pick it up, they issued a refund to my card because the product was actually cheaper in the store. I'm pleased.

This is the only place I will take my phone to be fixed! The most kind and professional people I've ever met! They were more than helpful and made sure I was 100% taken care of! I highly recommend going to this store for anything! The Assistant Manager was the most helpful! He made sure my phone was completely fixed and even have a good sense of humor to help lighten the mood! Seriously a great place!!

The store was nice and clean the staff were very nice. I had my phone in for a screen repair, before the repair the attached my phone to a charger to check my battery!! The guy behind the counter commented on how great my battery was and ask me what I did to keep such a great battery charge. The next day after the screen repair I notice my battery not staying charged!!!! I have not been able to keep it charged for a few hour with very minimal use!!! Beware of this store, you never know what you are going to get back when they fix your phone screen!!!!!!!

I break my phone a lot so I've had to go to phone repair shops often, this place is the best! Blake is the best, literally fixed my Galaxy S9 in two hours. Also excellent customer service, super friendly and you can tell they're actually really knowledgeable about phones and stuff. 10/10 would recommend again

Your store associate, Cassidy, is great! Plus, she installed the battery! OK, I know I'm old, and that shouldn't amaze me, but it was really good. I just hope the X2 Battery is as good as EnerSys says it is. I've never heard of them before. Thanks so much.

We recently had to buy a marine battery for our travel trailer and my husband just happened to look up B+B on-line. They had a special offer for ordering on-line and picking up in the store. The nearest store is about half an hour away from us but we decided to give them a shot. We were so pleasantly surprised with the experience! They were super fast and courteous and we were also impressed with all the different products available in the store. We will definitely shop there again for all our batteries and bulbs!

They never could get the car FOB they sold me to work and I had to make multiple trips to try it.I have had good luck with this store and this chain in general in the past, which is why I chose them to get my key FOB replaced. I gave them my VIN over the phone and they ordered the FOB because they didn't have it in stock.They left a voicemail that the FOB was ready so I went in over the weekend to pick it up. The man who rang me up just gave it to me and tried to send me on my way. I said "how does it pair to the car?" and he told me it would take an hour and he couldn't use the machine so I would have to come back another day. We came back the next day and they tried to pair it but were unsuccessful. They told me to try the dealership, but the dealership will not work with aftermarket FOBs. I spent $130 on a key that is essentially worthless to me now, and am less than impressed with both the lack of effort and lack of results on this purchase.

I went in to find out which battery was in my husband's watch. She went ahead and sized the battery, placed a new one in it, and even set the time. When we went to the counter to pay her computer wouldn't load, so she said I was good to go. Amazing staff, and clean store! I'll be back for sure!

We got a battery for my watch at a Batteries Plus store in Fort Worth a couple of years ago. The manager there said it had a lifetime guarantee and would be replaced for no charge.The watch has been stopping and starting, so a new battery was needed. We intended to go to the Fort Worth store next week and get a replacement battery.We were in Weatherford and saw this Battery Plus store and stopped. The manager looked in their computer database and replaced the battery for no charge! What a treat!The service was beyond expected. The manager was professional, kind, and friendly.Parking was convenient at the door of the facility with wheelchair handicapped accessibility.Obviously, we are returning satisfied customers!!!

This is my second time ordering online and picking up in the Weatherford store on I-20. Both have been the easiest transactions I've ever experienced. I show up, present my receipt and am in and out in just a few minutes. I mostly order online and I have not encountered another store that handles this smoother.

Took my iPhone 6s in for a screen repair, but the worker broke the fingerprint scanner. I had them put the broken screen back on, and took it to another place. Turns out, they didn t plug everything back in correctly. The other place fixed the screen and the button for $10 less than Batteries plus. The only reason I didn t give one star was because they didn t charge me. Also, they state 30-45 minutes for the repair, but they never contacted me to let me know the repair was completed. The staff needs more training on customer service and iPhone repairs. I won t be going back.

Ordered 2 truck batteries online, easy to do and got a 10% discount! Went to the store 30 mins later and they were in a cart waiting for me... very fast and easy purchase. Salesmen was very helpful.

Scheduled an appointment online to have my screen fixed on my iPhone at about 9:15 this morning. It would only let me schedule the appointment for 11 am. So I showed up at 10:40 to drop my phone off and it s now 11:15 and I m sitting outside with all the lights off and the doors locked. Even though it says they open at 10 am on every website I ve looked on.Update: Called back in and Jeff took care of my problems in a timely manner and all is well.

I found the online ordering and pickup process very convenient. Also a decent battery at a decent price. I do wish they would figure out a different way of handling that "environmental fee". Online said I would get the $10 back for the core.
