My riding mower broke down so I was looking for another. ATS was highly recommended by many people. I came in and worked with Cody and Levi and they were both top notch! They answered every question I had and they were very professional. Not once did they try to sell me something just to sell it, but they also never bad mouthed other companies. If they didn't have what I was looking for, they recommended other businesses that did. I didn't have to leave tho, they had exactly what I wanted. I bought a brand new Hustler XD from there. I love it. Thanks guys!

Even though they're an hour away, this is the only shop I use, especially for my Ego battery-based gear. Their knowledge & service is great, their communication is excellent, and they find a solution first time, every time. Very highly recommended.

Everyone there was positively wonderful. I am an older woman who has 2 acres and purchased a heavy duty weedeater from them. They were so kind to walk me through how to keep the weedeater running because I couldn t. They took the time to walk me through step-by-step how to start it cold, how to start it warm, how to get it to start again after it has been idle for a while. I can positively say I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Mike and his team are the best! I live 20 miles west of Stephenville. My Hustler X One had a throttle arm loose. Sadly, I took it to a guy closer to me. After 4 months and two trips, and lots of dollars ( he said it had all kinds of problems), when I got it back it had half the power and blew smoke. He then said I needed a new engine. I knew then he didn t know what he was talking about. Then after calling Randy s Small Engine, he explained that only a Hustler dealer had the diagnostic ability to work on a fuel injected engine. The other guy was just throwing parts at it, flying blind. Randy sent me to Mike at ATS and I owe him a huge thank you. Mike had my Hustler X One running perfectly in one week!!! Don t waste your time taking your Hustler to anyone else.

Great place to go if your looking for a kids toy or serious lawn equipment. Team was welcoming and not pushy. Billy was extremely knowledgeable and not only found me exactly what I was looking for, but struck me a deal that fit my budget. Don't expect to get a showroom experience as most units are outside and slightly weathered. Think of a Napa, some dusty items, but they have what your looking for.

When they perform a Full Service on a Commercial Zero Turn for $484, and completely forget to check the corroded battery that's covered in grass and dirt, then proceed to try and charge for labor and parts to replace the batter they missed in the first place....Avoid using the Service Department

ATS did a quick turn around on my Honda mower for oil change, tune up, and changed out the mulching blades for a reasonable price. All personnel were polite and friendly throughout the whole process.

We purchased a new mower from ATS Outdoors, and then some unforeseen circumstances prevented us from picking it up like we had planned. ATS went above and beyond and delivered the mower to us for free, even though we were outside of their typical delivery zone. Kelsie made the entire purchasing process so easy! We will definitely be recommending ATS Outdoors to others!

If I had the choice I would give this company 10 stars! ATS Springtown is The Best. My husband Kirk and I have done business with them for over 10 years and in a world where it seems no one has integrity anymore, guess what...this is a company you can count on! It doesn't get any better than Cody, the owner, and his staff at ATS Springtown. They are the best outdoor equipment shop you will find anywhere! Thank you so much Cody and crew for all your help through the years!!!

Over the top customer service and care. From registering your new equipment with the manufacturer (warranty purposes) to sending you home with a full tank of fuel, I don t know anyone better for your commercial or residential lawn care equipment needs!

Great service. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I also like that they don t try to upsell you or recommend products you don t need. They just tried to get you the right equipment for your circumstance.

We just bought our first ever zero turn mower from ATS Outdoors and our experience was nothing but pleasant. We went in to LOOK at their selection and were left with no excuse not to buy immediately. We were offered 0% interest to finance and the mower was delivered for free. The staff was incredibly helpful, answering our many questions about zero turn mowers and other outdoor equipment. They were never pushy and advised us based on our needs, not what would make them the most money. We were SO impressed by their service and will return for all our outdoor equipment needs. The icing on the cake was the referral fee both we, and the friend that referred us, received for buying a mower here. If you need anything from battery operated push mowers to extremely high end commercial grade zero turn mowers, give ATS Outdoors a chance to walk you through their product line. You will not be disappointed!

I've worked with Cody and Team ATS as a fellow dealer and, more recently, with dealer software. ATS is extremely professional and organized, and they take care of their customers. If you're in the market for a new mower or are looking for a repair shop, these guys are top notch!

These guys have always been super friendly and knowledgeable. We needed a sleeve for our Spartan tire and had already had them order bearings, we didn t find out about the sleeve until I had driven an hour there. They pulled one off another mower. Of course they will replace it but that really helped us out so we didn t have to make another trip.

These guys know their stuff. Aaron was very knowledgeable with my equipment and took the time to listen to me about the problems I was having with my mower. Class act bunch of guys at ATS. I drove over a 100 miles from East Texas so I could get my machine fixed right the first time. And will return if and when the need arises. Thanks

Went in needing a part for my Echo weed eater. They found the part I needed quickly and it had a different type of trimmer head. They took the time to explain the proper way to put line into the new head. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great experience.

From sales to service, this place has top notch customer service. We went in looking to purchase a new mower and didn't really have much knowledge of mowers. Brandon took the time to talk through a ton of questions and information with us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase and made sure to get us into the right lawn mower. He even delivered the mower to us himself, because we weren't sure how to operate the machine. Way to go ATS! We will highly recommend you guys to all of our family and friends.

I wanted a new String Trimmer and wanted better service than what I could get at a Big Box store. Mike and Brandon were get help. Left with a good deal on an Echo Trimmer.UPDATE .A year later my Echo started loosing power. I always use Non-Ethanol gas and when I could not resolve problem I took it back to ATS since it was under Warranty So a week later after I was already charged $51 to look at it I was told it was the Carburetor and would cost $150 to replace. I asked the guy how much did I pay for the weed eater last year.. He said around $180..so I told him, Why would anyone in their right mind pay almost as much as a new one to have this one repaired He basically was at a lose of words. I went and got my Echo, went home and ordered a new carb and $30 and one day later was cutting weeds!I did not buy my Echo from a Big Box store because I thought I could have good service when I needed it Oh well, guess I ll get my stuff elsewhere now!
