This guys are PRO! And they are a really specialist on customer services and knowledge about 4x4! Sometimes u get places where people don t know! But this guys can withstand miss information on parts on what u really need and what the money can get u! They make your money count every Pennie! They will walk u trough they knowledge and is the best for u heavy duty truck! Or your toy! Man I have a amazing service! Every time I step and spend into this store! Hope u guy well and My man I m really greatly grateful! To meet u guys! U doing a amazing job!Thanks and guys are a really one of a kind like the LONE START OF TEXAS! I met some of the guys here at a Parker County Jeep Club meetup, so I already felt good taking my Jeep there. Got the death wobble coming home from a trip - they were friendly and welcoming. Didn't charge me to put my Jeep up on the rack and see what's what like a lot of shops do.No hard sell - they showed me here's what we found, here's the cost to replace the OEM parts, and here's an option if you wanted to beef it up a little more than OEM.They were able to get me in quick, and Kyle was awesome - friendly, explained the options, obviously super knowledgeable. Great experience - would return in the future.

Awesome place to do business with. Ordered a N-Fab front bumper and they had it the next day ready to install. I'd also like to add that they took the extra time when installing it to modify and adjust the bumper since the tolerance was so close to the grill and fenders. They made some adjustments and it now has plenty of room between the fenders and grill so it will not vibrate and rub on each other. Kyle and Jason at the front were more than helpful answering all my questions, and trust me, I had a lot of them. And Matt, the tech in the shop took his time and did a fantastic job with the install. Would definitely come back to do more business with them.

Big shout out to 4WP for supporting the Walk for Alzheimer s event. I was the lucky winner of the wheels raffle. James made the process of picking out wheels and tires educational and an overall great experience. Wheels came in quickly and they provided outstanding installation services. So relieving to know there are highly skilled professionals in Weatherford that are on top of their game. The entire staff was helpful, followed up when my parts were ordered, TOP notch installation for my Bilstein suspension, and they took time to discuss all my concerns. As a female, we get treated differently coming into a place like this and these two answered ALL my questions without making me feel inferior and made sure to inform me of all things I didn t know to ask.. my jeep turned out exactly like I wanted it to. The team at this store are great. When the store first opened, they installed a lift, tires and wheels on our Tahoe and it turned out exactly like we wanted it.Fast forward nine months and we noticed there was a lane assist issue at highway speeds. We initially took it to a dealership where we were told they couldn t find anything or replicate the problem. So we brought it back to this store and in less than an hour they identified the problem and had it fixed.The techs know 4x4 s and these guys take care of their customers. Highly recommend the 4WP s store in Weatherford!

Matt, the install manager/lead is very knowledgeable and conscientious regarding all modifications he is associated with. He does not do anything to jeopardize the safety or quality of the vehicle that he is working on. Like Matt all of the employees we have met at 4WP are professional, easy to work with and very knowledgeable on 4WP accessories. We will be back! Great experiences at 4WP Weatherford.FAR

I've been taking my jeep to Kyle and the fellas since before they moved to Weatherford. This time they installed my control arms and gave fantastic service. They found a few lose shock bolts from me installing my own shocks and tightened up for me while they had it. Great group of guys and very personable too.

BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS today 2-5-2024 I was given a 4 hour estimate for time it took to perform a certain job at the Weatherford Tx location. Knowing full well the job detail shouldn t take as long as estimated. The job took 2.5 hours but at checkout I was told I had the pay the 4 hour agreed upon labor cost an extra $232.50. I refused and stated labor cost given was an estimated time. James and Jeff both need a math class. And, a refresher on how NOT to attempt to screw customers out of their money. My suggestions to future customers is watch your vehicles while in their work bay and those who are working on them and have an idea on how long it should take to do said work. Stay with your vehicle and watch them closely perform the work or you will pay for labor that isn t being done. Or inflated hourly charges. I will be speaking to corporate headquarters in Compton Ca. about this practice being normal. AGAIN I SAY CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!

Johnny was very helpful with arranging our Tundra front end alignment, he was very knowledgeable, followed through with the drop off/pickup process, and communicated very well with us. The Toyota technician there did a very nice job on the alignment. Would highly recommend this shop.

Purchased my Lift from 4wp online and was disappointed in the overall experience and issues with the product itself. After working with the online support, they had me manually break the lift in order to get a refund... Ended up going directly to the manufacturer to explain the situation. Fortunately they acknowledged the error on their behalf, built a new lift and had it sent to 4WP Weatherford for the installation.After showing up at the store and speaking with the manager, I quickly realized this is where I should have started in the beginning. Without hesitation, they expedited my installation, apologized for the issues, and actually made me feel like a valued customer. So much so, that I returned and worked with Kyle Jones who helped me get my Wheels and Tires also installed and purchased from 4WP. The tech who performed my installation was detailed oriented and ensured that the fitment was perfect.Thanks again to this team for winning back a customer since I was ready to throw in the towel. You guys rock!

This place is great. I have purchased and had installed many upgrades for my Jeep at 4WP. The counter staff are very knowledgeable about all kinds of off road vehicles and how to upgrade them and the mechanics are top notch.

Everyone was helpful and stayed in constant communication, I wish I had more things I wanted to do to my truck. Kyle my sales associate was on point! So added this bed cover today 9/23. Google wouldn t let me add another review, but once again everything went great!

Purchased an awning for my Jeep ended up getting one that was to long and would end up looking ridiculous if I put it on my Jeep. I contacted Doug Holleman and guys at this 4wheel parts explained the issue and they jumped on it found me an awning that would fit and got it to the store the same time as the original order would have arrived. Doug and 4wp team was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable I found my new home for service and upgrades. If your looking for anything 4x4 related,lifts, or just oil changes these guys can help. I recommend there service to anyone!
