Absolute clown show! My usual inspection provider wasnt available so I thought Id try this place.I have a custom car and I have tinting on my tail lights and I have masked out the ugly yellow reflectors on the side of my headlights. The "inspector" refused me stating that my tint and mask were "illegal". I attempted to explain that both are 100% legal and that they have passed inspection on five occasions. I also asked since when are they not legal on the off-chance something had changed Im not aware of. He replied, "Since they started writing felony tickets for it". Game over. Clown outted. I was a cop for 30 years. There is no such thing as a "felony ticket". I have no idea what this guys problem was, but he's incompetent.Incidentally, I went to another establishment and was in and out in 15 mins WITH my inspection certificate! Dont waste your time or money with this buffoon.

The guy working here seemed rude and very unorganized. I'd of given him one star had I stuck around. I decided to go elsewhere.

Was about to fail me for having a barely chipped tail light, my tail light was functional. All that did was made me not want to come back.

I've been here several times over the course of a handful of years. The gentlemen that works here has always been kind and efficient at his job at each and every visit. They have signage to indicate where to park and wait. There's also signage indicating NOT to pull into their bay. Inspections never take long, even when there are a couple of customers. It's an easy, breezy, no frills kind of place. If you don't have common sense or experience when it comes to getting services; use your eyes, ears, and words to figure out how to proceed.

2 people were ahead of me and it still only took 20 minutes. He's quick and respectful. Couldnt thank him enough as his speed let me get it done on my work lunch break.

Super nice guy, a little off at first...He likes you to park behind the building facing the bank.But still very professional and FAST!!!Thank you for being open and available even on a federal holiday!!!

Pulled up to get an inspection. I wanted to ask if I could just keep my toddler in the car because the only place to wait is a chair outside. No one came out so I went ahead and pulled into the bay (no other cars there). This man comes out and BEATS on my car (not knock, I mean beat on it so hard that it scared my kid and made him cry and I was thinking I hit something). The he comes around and super aggressively pointed at the parking spaces behind the building while he was yelling something at me. I never rolled down my window because he was acting SO aggressive and it was completely uncalled for. I just went ahead and drove off. For when the owner sees this - it was an older man with his beard in a pony tail. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I won t use any of the other locations either if this is the kind of employees they hire.

If I could give it a zero I would. The guy seemed impatient, rude, bothered, annoyed, fed up. Like a ticking time bomb. Maybe they don t pay him enough but I won t be back.

No appointment, they took care of me quickly with friendly service and no problems. They re not a garage so they have no motivation to sell you wiper blades or tires or anything else for that matter. It s a local business and a great service! Support your local businesses and get a service we all need, everyone wins.

Sent my son to get an inspection on his truck. He was running errands for the ranch and unhooked his trailer he had hauled in the inspection parking where customers are suppose to park so that they could inspect his truck. The employee in charge had a hissy fit !!!!!! Rude! Ugly and nasty. My son hooked back up and went to Country Inspection in Hudson Oaks where he was treated well. lDon t waste your time with this 4A Quicker Sticker. They treat customers badly.

We have been here twice. Once when we renewed a sticker and once after we purchased a new car. The gentleman operating it is pleasant and honest about wait times. I got the impression that he would never alter the results of his tests. Honesty is getting more difficult to find. I highly reccomend this place.

It was a quick stop inspection place nothing fancy but fit the bill.... They did their job quick and easy.They take Amex and all other cards.

Great place the guy there has treated me and my family right for the last ten years I don t even know where else to get an inspection and I don t have too because we all just go here

I walked up to inquire about getting an inspection done and the dude yells at me saying he'll be right there to assist me. He finished the car and went on to the next without a word to any of the three guys I saw waiting. Guy needs to check his attitude. Not to mention it's a shack and your only available seating options are a folding chair outside. No reason to go here when there are a plethora of other choices. What a terrible experience.

He patiently waiting for me while I took forever trying to get my insurance on my phone, then gets most of the way through the inspection before finding a fault. Instead of charging me for his time he gives me the best advice he can about fixing the problem and pointed me in the right direction. In my opinion you have to be a real POS for this guy to do anything negative to you.

When going up to the building to inquire information on having my car inspected; I was quickly & rudely told to get out of the building (understanding that there are probably laws on where bystanders are allowed to stand) but STILL it was rudely done. and when I asked how long the wait was he told me "well look at the cars in the parking lot..." & so i had asked how long an estimated time would be and got a rude snappy answer. Needless to say I left very unhappy.I went to Car Country in Hudson oaks and got nice friendly fast service. I would strongly suggest not going to 4A

I went here for a quick inspection. Jeep Laredo has only 18k miles and still in mint condition. Place tells me if failed it s inspection and to specifically to take it to get checked out at his buddies shop. Feels suspicious bc of the low mileage and it s practically brand new. Also my check engine light came on immediately after they inspected the car. I wait a few days and the light turns off. I go down the street to Firestone and it passes the inspection with flying colors. I will never go here again. Explain to me how it fails here but 4 days later passes the inspection down the street?!

My 16 yr old took his truck up to this "guy" puts his emergency brake on, couldn't get it off and closed his shop and left my son there stranded. What a POS. 7-1-2019..... 1st in line and these guys put everyone before me. Never ever will I try these guys again. Should have learned my lesson when they left my son stranded.

This is the best place. Now with a 2nd location. Car truck details as Well. Oil changes and wiper blades some auto fuses. H2O comes with car wash.
