Travis, Zade and the other gentlemen at this location were amazing. Cool, calm, collected and so kind. I had a ridiculous wait at another location with poor staffing and zero answers. So I called the Express Care location to ask if they were open and they let me know they were free and would be waiting for me. They need a raise across the board, honestly, they are not a corporate location and you can tell. I got a full oil change and inspection done within 15 minutes. If you want great service and friendly smiles this is the place to go! I won t give anywhere else my money.

I was one of those customer. I showed up last minute needing to get my oil change so I could go out of town for Christmas. I pulled up and told the man who greeted me Zaid, and he said not a problem he d do his best! He was great and very helpful. Got me out within 30 minutes or so!

They broke our oil pan causing us to be without a car until they could fix it. That being our only car we had to find a ride to pick us up in Waxahachie and take us back to Venus where we live and we were late picking up our son from school due to this. Then had to borrow a car the next day to get to work and doctors appointments. Then after all the inconvenience of not having our car for 24 hrs not only did they still charge us full price for the oil change but they had the audacity to ask us to help pay for the replacement oil pan. Will not be taking our car back and definitely would not recommend their services to anyone.

Seems to be an ongoing issue that the manager knows about. They mess up the drain plug/ pan and the owner will not return phone calls. Anything to avoid taking responsibility of the damages that his workers cause. I m looking at a near $2500 repair due to their incompetence and excuses.It s been 2 weeks annd counting with no call back. Put in a request call back as well from Valvoline corporate and still nothing. Looks like this location and Valvoline corporate does not care about their customer base.

Got an oil change here today. Full synthetic. I got a coupon on the website for $25 off 108 bucks. It ended up reallyYy being like 71 bucks. In the end it was pretty fast. I did have to get out of my car. Wasn't so bad though. My baby wasn't napping all the guys. There were very respectful and nice and it was great service. I'm definitely coming back.

Definitely won't be taking my vehicle back for oil change piss poor. Put two screws on one side not even tight because they ripped out. 2022 Volkswagen I guess they decided I don't need all the screws in my skid plate. Now I'm gonna have to order a new skid plate and get new screws

Had to get my car inspected. Great service and so impressed with the young man that assisted me. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't needI'm almost 80 and he was very respectful

They overfilled the oil which caused it to it to explode. Long story short, had to get it fixed which cost over $600. Spoke with them they won't do anything, the owner will not call us back. We put in a formal complaint but he just does not care. Don't ever use them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys are quick for a oil change. Went in and less than thirty minutes they were done. WOW!! Now this was just getting oil change out only. But I'm sure they get other things done quickly because other people were there and in and out don't know what they had done. Thanks VALVOLINE!

My vehicle sticker notes that I am due back for an oil change March 17th of 2023. The young guys that checked my vehicle said that my vehicle fluids were good and my oil look good in color, and that it is not dark in color. They were courteous and very kind with their service. They will check your fluids for you to ensure that everything checks out for you. They said that my oil have my use left, regardless of what the sticker shows. They said that I am not due back for another 1000 miles, so I left.

I had been going here for years. Staff was nice, service was quick. It was the only place I would go to get an oil change. I decided to change the oil today in my 4runner, and notices 3 bolts for my skid plates were missing ( 2 on the front plate, and 1 on the drain cover, front plate should have 4 and drain cover should have 2). I have heard the staff mention how much of a pain it was to change the oil on 4runners because of having to drop the skid plates. After changing the oil on my first 4runner, I changed the oil on my second, and the exact same 3 bolts were missing. I will not be going back. This is unacceptable. I work in yhe oil field, and if I would have needed the skid plates because of where I drive for work, I don't know if they would have done their job properly with the missing bolts.

This was only my second visit, but Zade helped me both times and is always such a sweetheart! It was a poor choice on my part, but I went with my 2 small grandbabies during a downpour. He made the inspection process super-easy. I will definitely continue to use this location!

It was terrible, they charged me twice as what the service is worth, they never informed me that I was gonna be charged before hand, so I had to pay the ridiculous extra charger for a simple oil change, they re waiting time was also 1 hour plus, terrible service. Fast, friendly service, but was confused they didn't mention replacing my wipers during oil change. They were really bad and every place recommends it even if they are barely needing to be replaced. Biggest concern, no employees were wearing masks a few weeks ago when I was there.

The only place I go for oil changes for my truck and wife s car. I have tried several others in Waxahachie and had them attempt to sell me services I did not need ( one even tried to convince me to replace an air filter I had replaced myself that morning!). These guys don t do that.This is where I would feel comfortable sending my wife to.Service: Oil change

Below is my original review. I won't remove it.. but I am making an edit. I had to take the car to our mechanic to see why it was leaking oil.... mis aligned the threads on the oil drain bolt which caused a leak. Unfortunately I won't be using Valvoline anymore. Can't trust after mistakes like that. Went from a five star to a two star review. Sorry folks... details are important.Didn't try to up-sell me anything. Changed my oil quickly and I left.A little more expensive that some places but the quickness was worth it to me.

Love this place. Craig Rudolf is a great owner & they do a wonderful job! Fast & great price!! They took care of my Mercedes & my Jaguars as well. No trips to Dallas needed.

Absolute best place in town for an oil change. Honest, extremely quick, and best customer service in town. Guy let me know what services I was due for in an informative, no pressure way, which I really appreciated. Also, regarding the review below about not doing an inspection- I worked at an oil change shop years ago- those machines are serviced and kept up by the State, not the shop. Their inability to do an inspection has nothing to do with the SHOP keeping their equipment up to date. Just wanted to correct what I felt was an unduly fair review.

Called prior to my visit and Darius was very helpful and polite. On my visit they communicated very well and were all very nice and pleasant. It took them a total of MAYBE 10 minutes or less to change my oil. Also got $3.00 off my oil change because it was ladies day! Yay! Very great and clean business with great employees!! Will revisit with no doubt!
