The tech was very professional and had great customer service. He did my inspection and recommended me to replace my air filter. I always go to Jiffy Lube since I m on Sundays and they are open. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks Jiffy Lube.

I came in to get a state inspection and there was only ONE car ahead of me. They said wait time would be 15-20 minutes. I sat there past an hour because they kept leaving my vehicle half way to go do other stuff even though they had 6-7 people working. I have never waited this long for an inspection! Definitely never coming here again!

It was my first time taking my car for state inspection when I went to Jiffy lube. The crew at this place is accommodating. They acknowledge you as soon as you get there and try to get the service done as fast as they can. I was very pleased with how theyhandled business. Will definitely recommend

It was my first time getting an oil change at jiffy lube. Upon arrival they are quick to get to you see what you need and how they may help you. However during my visit I asked how much an oil change would be etc. I was quoted $80 for a synthetic oil change. When checking out however the total was $100 (rounded up). What the staff failed to inform me that the oil change only covers 5 quarts of oil and a filter, if your tank is bigger they charge you the extra cost for oil. This was not a big deal as the trucked needed it regardless but staff should inform you of this fact.

Very professional and thorough service. Their prices r a little higher but they provided me with dealership quality. Yes, I could've ordered my air filters or wipers on Amazon for much cheaper but who wants to have to install those yourself...

Over priced. The mechanical staff did not appear to know how to do the simple chore of changing oil and replacing an air filter. No one did any quality checks or inspection of the staff's work. Would never recommend this place

I brought my vehicle in there about a week and a half to go to get an oil change. After sitting in the bay for 45 minutes, I was finally attended to and then after about 25 more minutes I was finally able to leave. I go to start my car up yesterday And I back up and the entire floor under my vehicle is covered in oil. I was able to crawl into my truck and look and there was about a turn and a half left on the oil filter before it was fully tightened up. Fortunately, I was at home whenever this happened, but this kind of quality is unacceptable.

This place is painfully slow. They are often out of parts needed for the job. They argue with each other in front of customers. And they don t pay attention to detail. Twice they have sold me windshield wipers and then I watched them slowly walk down the street to auto zone to purchase them. My last oil change they didn t latch the hood or reset the maintenance light. I ve never gotten out of the place in less than an hour even if I was the only one there and I was getting something basic like an oil change or inspection. This place is convenient for me and that s why I have given them so many chances but there are much better places to go. I wouldn t recommend going here.Update: It also appears that the responses from the owner are fake. I tried the email they provided and all have been returned.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

What a lovely experience after going to the disgusting people at the sticker place down the street. Was greeted thanked and the work was done super fast. Very friendly people from start to finish unlike the sticker place down the street. If you need your car inspected come here they are light years ahead of the sticker place! They deserve your business, nice people.

Waited over an hour to get my car inspected when we were told there was a 30 minute wait. Finally noticed they had inspected multiple cars that weren t in front of us in line. Ended up leaving without getting my car inspected.

Had I known that the oil change was 99.00 I would have gone elsewhere. They also lost one of my hub cabs when they did the tire rotation and did not reset the service engine light. Had to ask the girl who rang me up about the 15.00 off as advertised by the sign as you drive onto the lot as she had no intention of applying the discount on her own.

There are a lot of other places in town that say they are the fastest, or cheapest, but when it comes to your vehicle why take the risk. Jiffy Lube always does a great job and every single employee is professional and respectful. They are not trying to push any additional sales on you. They just take their time and make sure the job is done correctly. I would highly recommend this Waxahachie location for the great work they do constantly! The Veterans discount is a plus!Services: Tires, Oil change

Charged the full price even though i had a coupon. They stated they could not correct the price or refund the coupon cost after my card was charged. Also, i have never had issues with my car before, but my vehicle would not start immediately after the oil change.

Right now I m fighting to get my Mercedes Benz GLK 350 repaired after this location has nearly destroyed it. they neglected to put an O-ring on the oil filter and oil spewed all over the engine. We took it back they sprayed possibly six cans of engine degreaser on the belts on the pulleys on the engine on the firewall, all over the engine, wake me in an absolute mess. Parts of the engine like the air breather tubing, which never gets oil on it with saturated and oil. The car stopped working the serpentine belt due to the amount of degreaser they put on it came off and pulled the main coolant hose away from the engine block, causing a catastrophic failure. The repairs are going to be over $1000. I ve called their corporate office six times they keep telling me the owner will call me. They will get it worked out. I have yet to hear from anyone. The general manager won t even tell me who the owner is so that I can talk to them. They are completely unhelpful. I would never in 1 million years ever suggest anyone ever take anything to this Jiffy Lube or any Jiffy Lube! They simply do not stand behind anything. And if you take your car there, you risk having it ruined by a level of incompetency that is mind blowing.

Oil change was okBut they performed extra services that was not requested. Replaced wiper blades and charged $39.99 Each. Way too expensive for $15-20 blades. Also added anti-freeze and charged $10/quart for typical $8-9/gallon.Will not be taking vehicle back.

My God mom was there on yesterday .just for a oil change they put in new filters and she told them she only wanted a oil change Nothing else ,They told her her son called and told them to do all new filters and all .But this the kicker she doesn t have have son .so when you ladies go to jiffy lube in WAXAHACHIE PLEASE BE CAREFUL they will get over on you

Jiffy Lube Waxahachie did a great job on my vehicle. They were thorough and easy to deal with. An issue cam up with one of the spark plugs. They took care of the situation & sent me on my way. I recommend them because my car mattered to the workers. Prices are really good. They help you out with coupons that are available.

$180 for oil change. Alittle pricey. Everyone is very nice and professional. I wanted a tire rotation but they didn't have a lift large enough to lift it I guess.Great place for inspections on trailers and motor vehicles. I'll take it my vehicles back to the dealership for anything else.

They got the oil change done very quickly, but then the bill came out to $140. I could have went to my dealer for $110. Their costs have gotten outrageous. I should have asked before the oil change but in the past the cost wasn't that much. It's a rip off. They got 3 stars only because they were quick.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Thank you to all the employees that worked on my vehicle to do a oil change early morning. You guys and lady got me in quickly and was out fast.The new change of management worked wonders. And the new manager is kind and friendly he is awesome if anybody thinking about to take there vehicle there, all the employees are friendly and fast doing there job. That's when you take it early morning, don't know about during the day how it is. I know for sure it gets busy. Thank you all for doing a excellent job. Keep up the good work!!
