The Glass Doctor did a great job of getting my rear passenger replaced. The where able to get me in the same day and even waited for me to get there since it was close to their closing time. I would highly recommend them!

Good people to deal with, friendly, easy to deal with. They even vacuumed old glass out and gave me air freshener and glass cleaner. I had a lot of glass throughout, and they did a great job. The price is a little bit more but worth it because they have a 1-year warranty on it that covers rock chips up to a busted windshield. I recommend trying them out.

I was very pleased with the professional, speedy and reasonable rock chip repair performed by Glass Doctor. I can barely see where the chip was! We found the entire staff to be accomodating and focused on customer service...even though we were a walk in just 20 mins before closing! Highly Recommend.

I needed a windshield replacement on a 2022 camry. I priced Safelite and Demi here at Glass Doctor beat them by $200. Not only did he beat them in price but he has a one year warranty on your windshield no matter what happens to it chips or cracks. That's standing by your work! Shawn at the front desk is very friendly and on top of what's going on. This is how business used to be done. If you need glass work done call Demi and Shawn at Glass Doctor and you will see what I'm talking about.

Fast service,friendly staff.windshield install went smoothly,and looks great.Was even given complimentary air freshener and large can of window cleaner. Instructions for after care on windshield were given. Nice doing business with local company.Windshield installer very professional with 20years experience!! Don't be hooked into insurance companies push to safelite, there in bed with most insurance companies,canceled service with them no show no communicationThanks Glass Doctors!!

Shawn at the front desk is super helpful. She has snacks and coffee! More than that, she was super knowledgeable in dealing with my insurance company and getting my repair done quickly, all at no cost to me.

Do not be fooled by this place . There work is sloppy at best the people at safelite took one look at my windshield that glass dr. Put in for me and said that must have been the first time they have ever put one in . Gel pack was full of bubbles messed up my rearview mirror . Just saying people DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice folks who seem to know what they are doing. Did a great job pretty quickly. It was more than quoted on the phone but a tricky install given the car we had with a soft top.

So i will be posting this on all the social media platforms that i can zhink of to make sure everyone see's this and is made aware of the service that Glass Dr. Offers. I took my car to them and they sure we can replace your windshield and do the calbration no problem. So i dropped it off 8 am about 4pm i called woundering whats was going on the very nice lady told me they are having some issues but they will call me when there done . 6pm same day no call so i go up there to see whats what and they are still trying so they say can you bring it back i said sure the lady said i have to collect the deductible from you . AND I DID . Dang thats where the mistake was mine . I came back to let them finish and they said we call xou when we are done - 7pm no call so i go up there and there they are still not finished !!!! So the guy says it must be because we are using a aftermarket windshield i need to get a OSB windshield i said ok he said can you bring the car back on a later day to get it finished fed up and just ready to have it done i said yes . So i do and dropped it off 8am 5pm i just up there and sure enough he is still trying the aftermarket windshield and did noz even order the other one so i tell them i want to just get a refund and ill go somewhere else SafeLight . He said no problem just bring the old windshield back i said of course ... Well when i go to bring the old one back it won't fit in my car so call and the same lady who has gotten familiar with me said they would go pick it up from safelight , well i go to get my refund and they told me that they cant go pick it up and its not there problem . Long story i know but i want to make sure to grab attention .. and now with his reply You can See what kinda place it is !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very kind and professional. Stayed past their regular hours to get my windshield fixed before I left for a road trip the next day. Very grateful! They make sure everything is just how you want it before handing your keys back over. Will be recommending their services for years to come.

I would definitely recommend Waxahachie Glass Doctor. They were friendly, fast, and did a great job replacing the windshield on my 2023 Kia Sportage. I was a little hesitant because their price was half of what Safelite quoted but they did a great job and their glass is high quality. A rock hit my new windshield without even a ding. I also got a warranty and a big can of glass cleaner that is the BEST!

Excellent service and a great price! They were able to fit me in for next day service, my insurance had another company scheduled for over a week away and I went here instead. The window replacement was less than my insurance deductible They even cleaned the inside of my car better than I normally do. Thanks again !

Great place. Had my windshield replaced. Called and got a quote, and had my car in to be repaired within a few days. I feel the price was reasonable. It was way more affordable than going through my insurance to have it fixed. The staff was professional. I like the 1 year warranty, with chips and cracks fixed, and windowsheild replacement should it crack again. My car was vacuumed for me and the all the windows cleaned. I would return in the future.

I initially called and left a message because it was outside their regular business hours. I got a callback within the hour even though they were closed. I talked with the owner and we arranged for my car to be dropped off within a few days. I needed a new windshield and he was very thorough collecting data about my car and even asked for the vin number so he could order the part. When I took the car in he realized I had not given him some necessary details so he ordered the correct windshield and had me come in the next day. He installed and calibrated the new windshield and explained the entire calibration and error checking process. I highly recommend this business because not only are they great people but they re honest and highly professional: rare qualities these days.

I took my 2003 f150 Screw for a new windshield. I bought this truck new. Appointment was 1:00PM and they were waiting on me. They got right on it. This was the first ever windshield replacement, and the original did not want to be removed. Anyway, they did get it out and the new one in. No extra charges or anything. They, did extra by vacuuming it. I will say job well done.

Deny was amazing to get me in on a busy Saturday to quickly fix a chip before it became a crack and more expensive fix. He and his assistant were welcoming, kind, professional, and did an AWESOME job! Highly recommend! While I hope I won t have to go back, I know where to go if I need to.

Had front passenger window replaced. Done in less than one hour. Great customer service. Same day service. Friendly staff. Nice clean waiting area. Would definitely use this location again if the need arises.

Amazing. Dropped my car off in the morning. They told me they were really busy so I expected them to keep it overnight. They got it done that day. The glass was so clean it was like I was looking at nothing. They even vacuumed my car and almost a week later my car still smells amazing

Shawn was professional and efficient at scheduling and giving phone estimate. She is very welcoming in person as well. There is a nice clean waiting area with clean restrooms if needed.Josh explained the process replaced my standard windshield with no programming needed in less than an hour.My truck was cleaner when I left than when I arrived. He cleaned all the windows and vacuumed.The end product is just what I asked for at a competitive price.

I took my 2022 Palisade to Glass Doctor for a chip in the windshield. They told me the repair would NOT come out nice so I needed a new windshield. I agreed to a new windshield $903. When I picked my car up the heads up display (HUD) was titled out of view and extremely blurry and could not be adjusted to correct it. I showed them this before I left and they agreed it was a defective windshield. I took it back the following week for them to put in another windshield and it was better but still so blurry it makes you sick to look at. So now in the same text yes text message they told me its the HUD unit that is causing the problem and but putting in an OEM windshield would fix it. Bottom line they are forcing me to sue them in small claims court. I know they think I will not sue but they are wrong this is a new car. They might do good work on non HUD cars but have no idea what they are doing when it comes to HUD cars.

Not many choices in the area for glass replacement.. lady was nice and courteous and the prices were not horrible... attention to detail not so great but sufficient

I was having a EXTREMELY hard time trying to get my windshield replaced. After talking with Glass Doctors I really wish I would of started here, they took care of insurance and everything else!I was a complete pain and extremely frustrated with the amazing lady I spoke with but she was patient and put me at ease. I had a new windshield the next day! Really appreciate yall going above and beyond for me!

Ignore the 1 star reviews, Demi gets 5 stars. Ask him about the bad reviews, he's honest about them and explained the situation. You will see they are undeserved. I mean, why would you keep going back and spend $2500 if you aren't happy? Doesn't make sense. And then 1 star reviews with no comments? Come on now. A wiper fell off? Please. These 1 star reviews look to be from the friends and family plan, check the names out, all in the same time frame. Besides these, look at all the other 5 star reviews and you'll understand what's going on.Anyway, my windshield was repaired to flawless condition. I actually called a few places and Glass Doctor was a few dollars less, plus they got me in right away. When all was done I couldn't see the repair, all my windows were cleaned and there were even snacks and a drink available while I waited. Other customers came and went, picking up vehicles and nobody complained while I was there. I'll go back, and you should too. Yup, a 5 star experience.
