I d like to give a BIG THANKS to Merissa, Nick, and Luciana. They went above and beyond from helping with a simple QUICK oil change to additional help with a lightbulb fixture. People really do matter and this place is lucky to have them there. You guys made day yesterday, thank you once again.

Got my state inspection and a car wash. Fast, friendly, and the only shop I ve ever been to that s actually clean. Will definitely be using them from now on!

My experience is entirely with the car washes. Their options vary from 5 to 18 dollars and have a great baseline cleaning. Membership options are available, and there is always someone to wipe down your windshield before entry into the car wash corridor. Not only do they have free vacuums, but also microfiber towels available to use as well to really dry the car before driving.

I have been to this location 4 or 5 times this year just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Today I had to bring my car to an different mechanic after my check engine light came on again. I was JUST at Quik's two weeks ago...my car hasn't stayed "fixed" for long since using this establishment. They've left a flashlight under my hood, shop rags up under inside my car, AND replaced my radiator with a faulty one and had to replace it again. I've given Quik's several chances and almost $3K of my money. I'm a single mother, so disappointed to find out I wasted my noney.Glad I found someone who could fix my car finally.

I have been getting oil changes at Tony's for years and I have never felt taken advantaged of. I have also had many repairs done at the shop behind the lube shop! I was a little disappointed when they stopped the full service car washes but the have started offering detailing. It would be awesome if they started offering a basic car wash (windows, vacuum, wipe the dash) again!

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years for oil changes and inspections and have never had an issue. Brought my 21 Ram 2500 there a few days ago and they did the oil change and brake fluid flush. A couple days later I noticed my registration had expired the previous month. Would have been nice if they had noticed it but I understand it wasn't their job. Brought it back to get inspected and found they have a new inspector. He was a little rude, but I ignored it.. Then he comes and tells me that my clear windshield tint is an issue if you look through it from the side. He said he passed it this time but next time he won't. I sure hope this guy doesn't chase all your regular customers away! When I got the windshield professionally tinted I researched and made sure what they were selling me was legal before I let them do it. I will say this.. if I bring it there next year for inspection and this guy fails it I will find a new place to do all my oil change and inspection business with.

First time here since I moved to the area, and they were very nice! Overall great experience. I think I'll make this place my go-to from now on.

What I especially liked about this place is you can get a basic wash for $5 (free vacuums) And then add on only the services that you want. I got the wash and for $3 more I got my rims and tires cleaned.(Unlike the more expensive "Star Express" on Rude Snow near by)

I just left two other places to change my oil and it s a diesel truck and my oil wasn t available. Pulled right in, first line. The staff was very knowledgeable of their trade was in and out in no time at all. Highly recommend this place and moving forward this will be the only place I go

Roadrunner usually got me waiting 2 hours for a state inspection. When my dad came here it took only 15 - 20 mins inspection and thats including the wait time. When I went here, there was something wrong with the machine so it took close to an hour wait time, around 45 mins, but the owner and his employee made it all up to me with a $22 premium car wash.This is by far the best state inspection experience Ive ever encountered and Im not exaggerating in the least bit. These guys here have excellent customer service. 5 out of 5 stars on everything from service, price, customer service, and accomedation compared to road runner on n tarrant.I know it sounds like im stretching it a bit, but im really not. Please give them a try. Im going to tell my cousins, and friends about this place. This place is a hidden gem!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I have been a customer here since 2008. Excellent service and Very Professional. In fact the manager, Jesse, is the reason I ve been coming back for years. So someone pulled my Cabin Filter out and claimed it was missing. I have never had someone try to pull such a slick move I do not recommend, they will tell you whatever to get you to spend the money. I really found it strange I was missing a filter so I checked the camera that sits in my dash and saw the employees pull out the old filter (wasn t dirty at all) Gino is the only name I could get off the receipt but I believe he was the one I talked to not the one working on my car.Service: Oil change

A very popular place with the locals! Currently I am using just the car wash for unlimited washes per month for $14. I'm told by Chris the manager that you can use the car wash up to five times a day if necessary. The vacuums have a lot of suction & the car wash makes my car shine bright! Well worth having a monthly membership!

I was driving & decided spur of the moment to stop at this location in Watauga for the first time even though it had been there for years as Tony's. The new name is from the new owner. I needed an oil change that I usually USED to get done at Valvoline because their coupons, but I'm done with Valvoline for good (see their two reviews) which is why I stopped there to begin with.When the mechanic came out to my car, I asked about the price of an oil change but it was a bit higher than I'm used to so I was going to leave. I could also get it cheaper at places I would have to wait longer. Gino and I started talking and he told me the new owner being a local business man and he had another location under a different name but didn't know their prices. Gino was trying to help me meet my needs already knowing I was leaving which I considered as great customer service. The more we talked, the more I thought, I wanted to do business with this young man and I like to support small businesses.Gino was surprised when I told him I was going to get my oil changed there and I told him I changed my mind because of him and our conversation. They also give you a code for a free $12 car wash (or $12 off the more expensive packages) at their car wash next door under the same name. Because of that, the oil change was more of a better value.Also, I notice a building behind the oil change building which turned out to be their third business which is a full mechanic shop that does just about any work you would need on your vehicle. I never noticed that building before, but now I plan to check it out in the future. Thanks Gino!

Most inconsiderate place I have ever gone.Ernie the manager could care less about you as a customer.If your car or truck is damaged he Will not work with you or give you Michaels The district managers phone.Did he really call IDK ) so you can call and report. What a Way to support and be involved in the community.All over a 29.00 dollar antenna or a On behalf of Quik's we are sorry !Sorry I can not read so well anymore. You are not in my shoes .and having a employee not to say anything but walk over wave at me ant point at a sign was just insulating.

Dennis is great. He was super honest and up front with me about what my car needed. He serviced it in a reasonable amount of time and he charged me reasonably as well. This was my first visit. I wanted to get a first class car wash and Tony's provided it. The staff is universally polite and courteous. The menu is quite extensive and the gentleman was patient with me as I read my options. The auto came through the process looking very good. The next station dried the car, cleaned the wheels and buffed up the interior. The whole experience was positive. We bring our vehicles here frequently for washes. Today I brought in one of them for an interior detailing. I wish I had taken before pictures. They did an amazing job! Moderately friendly service with knowledgable techs. Fair priced car wash.Update: When this place was Tony's, it was great. They truly cared about customer service and keeping the customer over profits. Ever since Quik Car took it over, the car wash prices have increased and the employees are limited on help they can offer. If you have a question about something your car is doing, they're told you'll have to pay for diagnostics. Seems to be a lot of turnover as well. The employees still try to provide great customer service but hands are tied to what extent.

I think it's always a great experience. I think they do well at the hospital and kind of Southern with their communication and hospitality. I find ponies to be my trusted place and where I advise others to go! They don't seem to treat women like we're idiots and we don't know what we're doing. I love the fact that they always have something on sale or coupons so it makes me feel like I'm getting a decent deal. I noticed these last two days as I took in two different vehicles that they made sure to do the 27 point inspection and even put air in the tires that they thought was a little low because they saw the notification on my instrument panel and I didn't know they would do that and I didn't expect them to do that

Best car wash in town! I've tried a couple others in the area which are closer to where I live, but I will go out of my way to keep coming back here. Gets my truck spotless! And the vacuums are also awesome! Only thing that could improve is the credit card reader...

Tony's is the only place we go for oil changes. They do consistent, high quality work and do not try to sell you on anything else than what you came for unless they notice something unsafe and in dire need of repair. Everyone we have worked with is respectful and professional. They also take walk-ins AND you get a free car wash voucher upon completion of the service! Although we have moved away from the area, we still drive to Watauga just to go to their shop.Service: Oil change

It use to be awesome. The guy who worked on my car was so thorough he found and outlined items I needed done and handled it. Trusted him to get the job done without question. But since it's no longer tonys everything that made it great has dissapeared. I was gonna have an part replaced the tech recommended before the business changed hands. Now can't afford to get it done right away. Not his fault I understand. Just the nature of the business I guess.

Good experience with everything except their credit card system. I think that could definitely use an upgrade. However, the wash I received for the price paid was very good. They do a little pre-scrub before you go into the wash, which is a nice touch. The car wash at North Beach and North Tarrant does not do the same, and the prices are the same for what you get. I'm definitely going to try them out a few more times.
