This place is wonderful. I get all our cars serviced here. They have been honest and fair every time. My car was acting crazy. I took it there for them to check. They could have made up all kinds of stuff but they told me it was something simple and sent me on my way. The customer service is always amazing too. The waiting area is comfortable and always has great coffee. Have nothing negative to say.

I had many repairs that needed to be done to my daughter s car. The pricing was fair and they made repairs expeditiously considering all that needed to be done. Post repair we found more problems unrelated to the work previously performed. They got it in quick and worked with me on pricing. When I picked it back up, the cost was a fraction of what we agreed on. They found damage that was probably caused by previous work performed. Integrity is more important to me than anything else. Jeffery s has always offered value and I trust them. If they say something needs to be done and it will cost a certain amount, you can trust that s what it is. Customer for life.

Nothing like your water pump going out when you are out of town. Looked up automotive repair shop and went on to Jefferies Automotive. Figured they been in business 40 years, so they must be good. I was not disappointed. Front desk staff prompt and polite. Contacted with complete estimate. They got me back on the road within day and a half. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

I went in for an alignment as my vehicle was pulling to the right, they took it back and discovered that the tire actually had a separation and advised I get it replaced prior to getting an alignment done, the kicker, they didn't charge me anything and we're not trying to upsale me on other services. It is a rare delight to find a mechanic shop that does seem to actually care about the customer not just the bottom line. Also the waiting area was very nice and had free coffee. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here in the future.

I needed immediate attention for my truck and a front alignment issue. I scheduled an online appt with Firestone later in the day than I had hoped just to have it moved back 3 hours.I then called Jeffrey s, despite already being after 1, they got me in the same day! Staff was great and less than an hour later my truck was repaired. They did note my tires needed replacing and as soon as that was completed they would run it thru again just to ensure it was still dead on!With service, pricing and quality work I ll be back and Jeffrey s will be my only call for now on!

I had a great experience with Jeffrey's. I had to have major work done on my Murano. With help from Aaron, who was so patient and nice, all my questions were answered and my car issues were resolved. We will return to Jeffrey's for any future car problems. This company has our complete trust.

I have used Jeffrey s twice now. First and foremost, their customer service and communication is top notch. They regularly called to update on progress and explain procedures. They were patient with my many questions as well. Quality work! This is my trusted mechanic.

Where to begin? Staff here is very professional, but not snooty-professional; you get treated as a human. Lobby/waiting area had plenty of room and seats. There was even a room with counter space and outlets. Outlets are always a plus! Complimentary coffee and water made the wait time bearable.If you make an appointment, the wait time is to a minimum. Be prepared to make an appointment and take your car another day.As for the work done on my vehicle, so far so good. My steering wheel doesn t shake anymore, and I feel safer in my car.As a teacher, I know how to research. I did my research before going in to this establishment. It was a little ways from home, but the extra miles were worth it.Highly recommended!

We ve been using Jeffery s for about 10 years now and have never been disappointed. So thankful to have found a solid and honest repair shop. Tony Aspero does a fantastic job of communicating and assisting along the way. As far as car repairs go, all around great experience - consistently.

A GREAT business to depend on. They are honest, have integrity, and have your best interest at heart. I have used Jeffreys for years. I have moved and drive much farther but it is worth it. Fantastic experience & service!! I was referred to Jeffrey's by my tire dealer, and have found my new Go To for anything automotive going forward !! Roy was awesome to work with, and the entire team there is friendly, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable/good at what they do!. Don't waste time or money going anywhere else!

Most recently I had to get brakes and rotors replaced on my wife s vehicle. Not only was the price fair but also done in a timely manner. I ve been using Jeffreys for over 20 years now and they are still the same trustworthy people as they were day one.

All of the people at Jeffrey s are the best! Everything about Jeffrey s is top notch.I drive a 2000 Chevy Silverado and the guys at Jeffrey s have it running like it s brand new.They stand behind their work and they have always treated me like I am their only customer.If you need any automotive repair or maintenance service, you ll get excellent quality and reliable service at Jeffrey s.The guy I deal with the most is Tony, although the other guys are fantastic as well.Never had a bad experience and I don t expect to.

I like the staff that I interacted with and it was a quiet environment so I was able to do a lot while I waited. Now I did not get the service done that I came for but that's because other things needed to be done and I couldn't afford to get it done. Other places would just take your money and know that it would be pointless for the service you paid for when other things are needed for the repair to be successful. The only reason a star is missing is due to parking it was very tight and unmarked and since there's so many things in one place I was confused on where I needed to park and go in and everything needs an appointment which is understandable but inconvenient when you can't be seen the same day you're there. I will recommend this place for all your automotive needs just know call and make an appointment before coming in so you don't waste your gas and time.

My work needed some expensive work, so I wanted to get a couple of opinions. Jeffery's gave me a comparable quote (without me having to bring the car in initially), communicated with me professionally and quickly, and did a great job on the work. They also gave my brother a REALLY good quote for work he needs done, so now they'll have two new customers!

I was in high hopes I had found a good repair place. Unfortunately this isn t it. I received an estimate for my repairs. I spoke with my service advisor who did explain all of my trucks issues. We made a plan for the repairs. I called back to inquire why the estimate is so high. My advisor was at lunch. I was told he would return my call. The person I spoke with said the parts cost alone was 1100 dollars and it would be OE parts.I called the dealership to learn my cost would be 558 dollars. That s the counter price. Not Jeffries cost which is even less. I called back and was told my advisor wasn t available. At this point I decided to pick up my truck.I told the man on the phone I am coming to get my truck. I arrived and was disappointed to learn that no one had any interest to address my choice to take my truck elsewhere for repairs. I paid my diagnostic fee and received my keys. You would think someone would at a minimum ask why I m taking my truck. Sadly no one asked and my advisor didn t have enough interest to call and possibly maintain my business.I m sure this review will fall upon deaf ears as is the usual in my experience.I will continue to seek a quality repair place to service my small fleet of trucks

This was my first time at Jeffrey s. I needed an alignment. The person who set up my appointment, the person who helped me when I arrived, and the person who brought my car out when it was finished were all very professional and courteous! I will definitely come back if and when I have a need to.

I've got a problem vehicle and the issue has been very difficult to diagnose, but Jeffrey's automotive has always given me fantastic service. They were unable to repair my issue, but Ford has had 13 tries and they couldn't either, so I totally understand. Still yet, they were kind enough to keep my vehicle and attempt to fix it for me. They didn't even charge me (which is unheard of these days.) They will definitely have my business in the future!

Had a great experience at Jeffery s. Just had my car diagnosed because I was having some issues. They told me exactly what the problem was and gave me a cheap solution instead of trying to get as much money out of me as possible like most mechanics. 100% recommend them and will continue to use them.

Office staff are very courteous. Technicians gave an accurate diagnosis, parts prices are good. Work performed was done very well and very quick. Overall price was the best in North Texas. I will definitely come here again when needed.

This was my first time to use this business & they are very customer service oriented. They are quick to give updates on the progress of your vehicle s repairs. They give you an estimate before starting work & they take walk- ins with no problem. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them.

I took my car here because the low oil pressure light came on. I was thinking it was probably a bad oil pump. The tech guy called me back and said it was putting out low oil so the oil pump could be replaced. They would not do that because they said that driving it with the low oil pressure caused damage to the engine. So I needed an engine replacement for $6500. I told them I could not do the repairs because the car was not worth that much. They understood and sent me on my way.I took my car to some one else for a second opinion. They fixed it for under $600 and said there was no engine damage.I had some really high hope about this place because it came highly recommended. Will not take anything my car back there.

I went to Jeffrey's Automotive on a referral. This place is amazing....they do everything. With an appointment, I was in & out in a reasonable time. The counter guys are all friendly & knowledgeable.The work is good at fair prices. I will be coming back.

Jeffrey's Automotive has been a trusted family business that have serviced my family s cars for many years. We have always taken our cars to Jeffrey's Automotive because of their excellent, professional, extremely knowledgeable expertise on many of our cars. Stephen Gosart is usually the one that works on our vehicles, but any of the mechanics are great there. I have trusted & used their awesome repairs for many years myself & could always count on a job done right, & with such friendly customer service. I still appreciate & applaud such an outstanding auto repair shop as Jeffrey's Automotive. When it s done, it s done right! Wishing them the best & many more years!
