Had a simple tire problem. Kept deflating over several days, with clear consistency. Couldn't find a nail or other obvious obstruction. Kept procrastinating and just pumping it up every other day;dreaded going to one of the "big tire chain" places because I knew they'd immediately be advising me, my grandma, and my dog to get an immediate dual tire replacement and rotation, and I knew I didn't need that.Someone recommended this spot, so I thought "eh, why not."Came in, told them what was going on and they told me they'd have me ready to go in 35-40 minutes. I was skeptical; they were visibly really busy, it was peak hours.Within 3 minutes I see my car is being driven into the shop. Within 25 minutes they hand me my keys back. The tire is fixed, perfect, and I'm ready to go. They charged me 20 bucks.Five stars.

Brought my car in to get a TPMs sensor installed. Got the job done but scraped my wheel. Just got them a few days ago too. If you care about your wheels definitely avoid coming here.

Decent prices on tires. Stay away from their extra services. They have a special where if you buy 4 tires, you get a free alignment. Skip the alignment. They messed up mine and while they said I could bring it back, the wait was too long. I d prefer the job be done right the first time. My time is precious.

90$ for a brand new tire for my nissan versa? I'll take that any day. This place is super affordable!! They're very popular so expect to wait a little bit. But you can't beat the price.

Came here twice. Once when a mail was in tire and they found and plugged the hole for $20. Worth it. Second time, popped a front wheel and needed a new one. They replaced both front wheels and put a used bald tire on the unaffected tire location worse than the one already on the car. They get their tires from a distributor and throw away the ones they take off of customer cars.

I took my Jeep for an alignment and they found all the suspension issues. I did a test drive around for 45 minutes and it is smooth and feels great. Thank you for doing such an awesome job!!

I needed tires since someone stabbed all 4 of my tires in the sidewall. So I had 4 flats. I got my tires off and got some used ones. Then I had another flat the next day. I took it back and they patched it up.

Horrible! Absolute Trash! I called before showing up. I gave the gentleman my size and he confirmed they had it. He also mentioned I should show up within 20 minutes so I they could fit me in before they closed. I got there in 15. I gave them my keys and they scheduled me in, said it be about an hour. 4:05 rolls around... I'm thinking, great my cars taken care of. Nope! They call me up only to tell me they don't have my size and sorry! Im also told they must have sold the one tire during my 15 minute commute there. I waited over an hr. just for them to tell me no we can't help you. On top of that, I have a special needs child who I had to accommodate. Anyone with special needs children under its not easy to get to around alot of people and especially loud noises. This was my first choice in handling my flat tire, but no not anymore. You didn't "pork up the price" you just wasted my time!!!!!! How ridiculous and unprofessional of the staff to do this. Do you not know what's going and coming in your inventory!? Another note, they didn't even give me back my property as it was given to them. Wheel and tire not intact!!!! This place is trash and unprofessional. Don't waste your time and hard earned money here! I'm taking my business somewhere else. You guys didn't even offer a solution, like come back tomorrow or we're getting another shipment, we can you call and get it handled. No nothing!!!! I'm in sales and would never treat my customers like that. Your deadline is worth more than customer satisfaction...had you offered a solution instead of a "no, sorry, this review wouldn't have happened. Absolute garbage!!!!!!

Went to get an alignment on my car. They proceeded to say that the front driver side tire was too worn to perform an alignment and that I would have to replace all 4 tires for $500 with them as my car is AWD in order to do the alignment. Went home to measure the tread and as you can see, there is nothing wrong with my tire and its completely within limits. Took it to a competitior near them and they said absolutely nothing about tires being worn.

DO NOT GO HERE. Someone stole my daughters birth certificate was stolen out of the trunk here I am making a police report and, a fbi report if you get any service from then beware the guy Miguel wouldn t take my call I m making a report with the Watauga police report and, Tarrant county fbi for my daughter Lay it s ridiculous Texas birth certificates have a side bar code so it s been reported stolen. Super seedy place they do steal out of cars. I reported to the FTC today about them stealing it out of my trunk 4/8/2023 it s gone.

The best of the best! I had a flat tire a few blocks down from Hamm s - the first flat of my life at 30 years old! They literally came to me - helped me put my spare on within minutes and drove in front of me back to the shop to get a new tire put on. I had my 3 year old with me & it gave me peace of mind to know there were such professional & kind people there to help us. 10/10! Will never go anywhere else!

This place used to be a good place for affordable tires and for used tires etc. Not anymore they are high on everything now. They tried charging me as much as i paid for some used tires a piece just to put them on. And had an attitude also. Iur family and friends all used to go to their. Not anymore and I dont recommend that anyone else use them either unless you like paying more for sub par service and having people give you an attitude. We had used them 20yrs or more andamongst fakily we got about 20 cars at least. They wont be in business long probably

This is always a great place to get new and used tires for cheap. They've also fixed my ball and axel after an accident many years ago. They've been great in helping me with all my tire needs.

this was a great place to take my car for an alignment! after a friend told me to never go to firestone, he said Hamms is reliable and does good work! they are fast and efficient ! will def use again!

Not inexpensive, not fast, not pleasant to deal with. The good news is I found a good tire shop after dealing with Hamm's. There's much better tire shops in the local area.

Called the day before about getting a pair of tires. The guy tells me he s got plenty of used tires in my size but he couldn t fit me in until the following day. Alright no worries. Showed up at 8am, gave the guy at the counter my info and took a seat. An hour later, (after my car has been in the air for 20 mins) dude pulls me outside and tells me they don t have my size. What? I called, my car is up in the air missing the back tires, and I ve been here an hour! How are we just finding this out now?? Horrible experience and a waste of my time.

Just simply called to get a price on a brake job., was told to bring it in. I asked I just need rotors and pad on the back thats it noting hard. how much for that., He said the guy needs to see it that they cant give a price without seeing it. FIRST SHOP TO EVER TELL ME THAT FOR BRAKES..Then I asked can I get a ballpark price kinda what's to be expected.. NOPE cant do that. mechanic needs to see it. They guy sounded like he didn't even want to be there. And had no care to try to keep a customer..SO BYE I WONT BE USING YALL EVER AGAIN> and I wont recommend customers to you either. and have been using you guy for over 15 years.. You wont ever get a single penny from me again.That let me know the guy doesn't know brakes that good. and I'm glad cuz who wants a HACK BRAKE JOB>

Garbage place. Guy at the front counter has an attitude and acts like it's an inconvenience to even speak to you. Total trash tires too. They gave me a tire that was even worse than the one that got replaced. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. These people are miserable and deserve to go out of business.

Do not get any used tires from here. It made car shake going over 60mph. The tire I got made had uneven tire wear and they refused to refund me the money. I got used tire for $45. Most tires are under 30% tread left. Not worth it when I can get a new tire for $50. The young white dude was professional and courteous there.

I went in, thinking I wad going to have to buy a new metal valve stem for $25 and possibly a new pressure sensor for $60. They were able to simply repair the one I had. Gratis. Awesome, honest people

Overall a good experience, the inside waiting area is run down, but all the services was good, I went in for a tire repair which they performed quickly, but the over inflated my tires and not all at the same pressure, weird for a tire place and took a star off for that

I took my car in to get my tires check for a leak and they broke one of my wheel studs. Took them over 2 hours to replace, but they completely screwed it up and now I can t even get my tire off. Not only did I have to pay for it, but now I have to get it fixed again because of them.

We've been recommending Hamm's for quite a while when a customer comes in and needs to have a motorcycle tire patched. We can't do it at our shop for insurance reasons, but we trust Hamm's to take care of our customers and they always do a great job. We also use them ourselves if we run into a difficult situation on some of the larger motorcycle tires. These guys always come through!

Bought a used tired from them 10 days ago, now it s flat. No warranties on used tires as well, be careful doing business with them.
