Went out n to drain a rain water drain above windshield and sunroof, simple ! Not with these guys , after supposed to blow out line , pour water to test it nope they want tear it all out, and wouldn t let me see what came out of drain this is a total Cracker Jack operation DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Now I know why there slow . People on cell phones messing around in back room , selling parts out of the shop for their personal income instead of focusing on company customer service ! Worst shop experience I ve ever had in my 50yrs . Don t worry guys I ll find a real shop that people actually want to do there job also the clog was up front they had the back end open ??? Seriously

Very professional. The owner and his wife are so nice. They go out of their way to help with your towing needs. Saw some of the bad reviews and they all seem to be from people doing illegal parking and don't want to take responsibility for their actions. I have a friend that owns a towing company and he has to deal with the same people. It's always the towing company that are the bad people even though it's the car owner not following the rules. Keep up the good work Everything Auto! Never had them do any repairs so I don't know anything about that side of the business.

The young lady that takes the calls (Riley?)and the and the guy, Ellis, I think was his name, we're exceptional at customer service and helping me get a headlamp bulb changed out on my brother's Lexus. Firestone quoted me $125.71 and they couldn't get it done till the next day. Went to everything auto and they were under $55 and had us done in 30 minutes. As we were leaving my brother said so are y'all equipped to do everything.... Ellis responded... I mean it's in the name... Fantastic! I've done business with Everything Auto for years. Over the years I've seen a decline in service and an increase in prices for work and wait times for service. I've taken my car in three times for AC repairs and each visit cost me more than the time before. Then their mechanic stripped my oil drain plug during the last oil change and failed to mention the error. This has cost me the expense of buying a whole new oil pan and gasket, not including another $300+ in labor for another auto shop. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The owner Tod, steals money from his employees after having them work 60 hours every week. When I asked for a pay stub he blocked me. This man is only focused and how much money he can make from his customers instead of fixing the main problem with their car. He is extremely cheap on the repairs and will overcharge to not fix the original problem. He had us put JB weld on a woman s catalytic converter instead of fixing the welder so we could weld the part in.

Everything Auto's tag line is "Home of the $15 oil change." It should say Home of the Bait-&-Switch! I was there on 12/27/22 for an oil change. The woman at the counter said they could do the full synthetic oil change for $49.99. I asked how much for the synthetic blend, but was told they were out of that oil. When I said that I would just take the regular $15 oil change (I have gotten it here in the past, the total included tax & a Haz Mat fee), she told me that not only were they out of that too, but that they never intend to get it again. Since I was already there, & didn't have the time to look for another location (I figured that the supply chain issues were probably effecting everyone), I decided to get the full synthetic oil change. I tried to pay up front, but was told to wait until they were done. After about 30 minutes I was called up to pay. The bill was over $68. I reminded her of the $49.99 quote & she told me the rest was TAX. What, 40%sales tax?! I told her it was not possible. After going through the receipt on her computer, she said that I was charged $15.20 for an oil filter. There was never a filter charge in the past on the $15 oil change, & her quote was a complete change for $49.99 + tax. Now I realized why they wouldn't allow me to pay up front, as I would have said, "H*** No!" They would not reduce the charge to what she had quoted, not give me my keys until I paid in full. Their website says that the oil filter is included with the oil change & quotes the same frices as at the shop. What a scam. The sign for the $15 oil change is just to get you in the door. Don't ever use this company. They seem like they will do whatever is necessary to get as much money from you as possible.Service: Oil change

Went here for an oil change. It was about $20 less for full synthetic than I usually get. A few hours later I noticed some type of leak, and kind of panicked instead of trying to find the source. They were about to close so I wanted them to check to make sure they tightened everything. They checked it right before closing which I really appreciate even though it ended up having nothing to do with the oil. Definitely will be back!

All of these reviews seem to be accurate. Charges too much for parts. I went to the dealerships website and the part was much lower. Please beware. I will always look at reviews online before going to a mechanic. My regular mechanic back home has close to a five rating.

These bad reviews are from people that were looking to get their vehicles fixed at a discounted rate! Discounted rate= bandaid repair. I took my vehicle there and within a week I had my car back was it cheap? No! Did they do everything right? Yes! I m not rich enough to pay for cheap car repair!!! I need my vehicle fixed correctly the first time and this is exactly what they did. So if your looking for your vehicle to get correctly repaired the first time, then go see these guys they also updated me regularly on the processService: General repairs & maintenance

I debated whether giving just one star. But, we did have some good repairs here over the years.Why I'm not coming back to this shop is because two times now I've gone for second opinions only to find out that the cause of a problem was bad work on previous installs from everything auto. Everything auto wanted to charge over 1k. We ended up paying just a few hundred somewhere else.In both cases the other place charged only labor because they removed and replaced parts. Basically, fixing a problem by correcting mistakes.Something is very wrong with everything auto. Whether it's a lazy mechanic, incompetent management, or a combination of all I do not know.I will not be bringing either of my cars back, not even for oil changes. Which, by the way, advertising a $15 oil change and yet always being out of it is kind of false advertising... And please put down mats or something because getting oil all in my car anytime I brought it in just made things way worse.

Some auto repair shops use religious connotations to build loyalty but fail to to take ownerahip, others operate on best price in town but fail to deliver on service. Everything Auto takes pride in their work and delivering on expectations. I was taken back by level of detail and quality of service and parts. Thank you for taking care of me and my family as you understand who is behind the wheel and the precious cargo it transports.

I was trying to save money by having this shop assemble some certified bilstein front struts for my vehicle rather than doing the whole install, which i would do later myself. A week later the right side shock collapsed because they didn't install the leveling ring properly. I was denied reimbursement for the hack job because the manager said they didn't have the liberty of ordering the shocks for me through their supplier. Total b.s. and not going there anymore.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I would say this place is really starting to change looks like they got new management and Manager Bacon was so kind in helping me with my vehicle I really don t leave reviews but it was something about his spirit that left me with a positive outlook on my car I m glad I got my baby back and I will be stopping in more often Thank you

After initially quoting me a price for an oil change and rotation of tires, I asked them to check my power steering because it was making a sound, they call to tell me that the fluid level is fine but dirty and need to be cleaned. I okay the work, and it takes them another hour to complete. No big. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle, I notice that there is oil splatter all down the lower section of my car on both sides. I bring it to the attention of the "customer service" representative at the counter. This just thrilled her she tracks down Jorge/George and tells him to check it and clean it up. So he pulls my car back in. I watch him through the manager office window walking around snacking and the grabs a towel to try to just wipe off the oil drenched vinyl. Pictures show the splatter that he claims is "road grime". When I told the lady that this was not acceptable, she became argumentative and of course I did too. She then tells me she can "cash me out and I can go wash it". This is the service, and the reason their Google rating is a 3.6 stars. Poor customer service. Low quality work. Very disappointed in this facility. Then wants to tell me she did me a favor by not charging me What should have been charged. Because it's my fault the girl they had open up was new and quoted me the wrong prices. Perhaps you should have called me with the correct prices. Maybe consider more thorough training before you leave someone alone. Now I'm off to wash my vehicle for the 2nd time this week. I'd suggest pay more at a more reputable service center.

DO NOT USE. They ruined my car. They charged me more than quoted then forgot to put the oil back in my car. I had to buy a new car. I took them to small claims court and was awarded $9,000. Please do not take your car here for mechanical issues. They are very very dishonest, will change parts out of your car that where not broken in the first place. They use after market parts, I have taken my car here for years for oil changes so I have trusted this place however after allowing this shop to fix a knock in my engine I feel so ripped off. 800.00 later my car still not fixed and they changed parts that didnt need to be change in the first place since problem still exists. When I got a second opinion my thoughts were confirmed, it was a totally different problem. I am hurt since I feel I have been very loyal to this place. Their new employee at the front desk charlene is so rude and disrespectful. I will never ever bring my car back here.

Tod & Phil took excellent care of me today! Dropped off my car for an Oil change, and check engine light issue. Phil met me 30 mins prior to opening to take my keys and write up the ticket! Tod thoroughly explained my O2 sensor issues that was causing the light. Took the extra time to find Ford-MotorCraft parts at prices cheaper than the dealership. Offered to build a plan if I couldn't afford to get all the work done today, sometimes that's important for us all. However, I agreed to do the whole job today, and after the parts arrived from the supplier, my car was finished and ready in about an 2 hours. Thanks guys for making this easy today, and for being so helpful!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I don't know what any of the other reviews say..bit let me tell you this. E.A Phil and the rest of the staff have been absolutely amazing with the service and care of my son's vechile. I cannot say enough about how compassionate Phil was in understanding our needs and finances. Sure they took a minute to complete the job,but there were other cars there. Being worked on. Complete crook charged my girlfriend 416.00 for Diagnostics on an engine no breakdown refused to itemize just flat rated $416 would not even explain what was checked just told her new engine complete crook when questionedabout bill the owner said he would call police and trespass me. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! They sell these coupons, door to door, for $50 with coupons saying free oil change but when you go to check out they tell you there is a disposal and tax fee! False advertising! One time I went and the guy didn't put my power steering cap back on! I don't know if they are under new management or what but the chicks who work at the front desk now are no where near as nice as Robert was and just want to charge you more money. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

I ve been coming here for a couple of years now for my cars, and the service has always been great. But yesterday when I went in for an oil change, the mechanic who did it took my phone number from the paperwork and proceeded to text me asking me if I was single or not. I m not sure if management knew he was doing this, but it was totally unprofessional and should never happen to anybody. The service is always great, but it will definitely affect my decision to come back.

Tod and his team have been taking care of me and my family cars for years! They are honest and fair - I started with the $15 oil change but now go on a regular basis for all my maintenance needs. They are always looking to fix the problem but being aware of budget items and only recommending what needs to be done. They are not pushy at all. I recommend all my friends and family to them!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! Worst service I've ever received from a shop! These people are dishonest and crooks!!! I came in for an alignment and tire rotation. First they did the alignment and brought the car out without rotating the tires. They took it back in the shop and rotated the tires then I left. On the way home I realize the steering wheel is no longer straight. Take it back the next day and was told "we're not taking anymore vehicles today. Bring it back tomorrow and we'll get to it." The guy was offended that I brought my truck back to be fixed right. I brought it back the next day and dropped it off. An hour later, I get a phone call saying I needed $800 worth of front end work for them to be able to align it. The guy then proceeded to speak to me in a very demeaning way about how the front end of a vehicle works. 1. If the front end was in a position that it needed $800 worth of repairs to be aligned, then it never would have been aligned the first time! 2. They didn't fix the alignment or fix the offset steering wheel that I even brought it in for and refused to refund me my money. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING HERE!

Love this place! I drive higher mileage vehicles and they do a fantastic job of keeping them running smoothly all the time. Tod and Robert have always gone above and beyond to make sure I have what I need, and never pressure me into making a repair. They give me the info and let me make my decision. After using them for so long, I don't second guess them. They prioritize the needs of my vehicles and tell me if I can wait on a repair due to $$$, or if something needs to be addressed right away. Every repair I've had done, has been fixed correctly and I've not had a repeat problem. Based on where I live, I drive out of my way to use these guys. I pass several well known repair places on the way (that I've used in the past) but I cannot rely on them like I can at Everything Auto.

I had my oil change by them for about 4 years and the last time I used them they didn't do it right and they put the wrong oil in my car and didn't do the plug right ,2 weeks later my engine seized up in the middle of an intersection when I called them they got my car towed to them checked it but refused to fix there mess up , thankfully the dealership I got it from fixed my car with no charge for me ,do NOT take your car to this place! They will screw you!

I was really disappointed in the owner who didn't apologize for the poor (lack of) service as I picked up my key. Back in February I had some service done and because of my personal loyalty determined to return. The Saturday before I made an appointment for Monday at 4pm to drop the truck for next day service estimated 4hrs and probably $500 cost. Tuesday morning 9:15am I had to call them then at 10am they called me to say the pickup was locked outside of the garage area and they didn't have door key. Fuming mad, I held my tongue but told him I would be there in 30 min and the work order is CANCELLED. I arrived without acknowledgement, asked for my key then turned and walked out the door. Too bad, I was really pulling for the success of this minority owned small business, but they don't deserve my $$$$$.

Arrogant owner who does not know much about his industry. Refused to honor his own warranty. Always had to go back for a problem AFTER I got my car serviced by this company. Owner got furious after requesting a refund for the incompetent work performed at his shop. He threatened to call the police because he's incapable of maturely handling when he is wrong.Went to another shop and my issue was fixed appropriately and the problem was solved. Everything Auto put in the WRONG part. I took my old part back to Everything Auto and showed them the part they put on and it was not the same. The owner went on and on as to how it was the right part but clearly could see it was NOT! I will NEVER go back to Everything Auto for anything, not even for them to tighten a lug nut. One is too high of a rating.There is another car shop in the area, "Daddy's Toolbox." This guy is an EXPERT, extremely knowledgeable, customer friendly, and affordable. A jewel!!

Erica hate to say YOUR wrong but you are.We had great service with the other guys. These guys not so much. Lol change debatable. We took 2 vehicles in last 2 months car ran great for several weeks. Got oil change went to pick up sounded awful no oil showing on stick. 2nd vehicle alignment paid for all work they said it needed still not right we took it bk. It sits on their lot SEVERAL DAYS NOT Touched.They are NOT what it was. Business gone way down hill.Never recommend them to anyone anymore.Erica just because you haven't had a problem you can't tell others that they are wrong when they complain.We are still waiting for it to be fixed properly.I guess our car will have to have new engine.

I have read a lot of these comment that people have left about everything auto, and they couldn't be more WRONG! I have personally been taking mine and my families cars to everything auto for the past 5 years and I couldn't recommend them more to anyone thats looking for a fair and honest shop. I understand that most of the time people only take the time to write a review if they have had a bad experience, but I'm more then happy to take the time to write you a good review because they truly do deserve it! they have also saved me and my family thousands with there very low pricing. We just had them replace a radiator on one of our vehicles for $450. I called a few other places just to see how much i was saving there and it was astonishing. Hunter automotive wanted $788, and firestone wanted $862!!!!!! Robert and Tod have always taking great care of us and are extremely friendly :)Keep up the good work guys and thanks for being a reliable shop that we can count on!Erica
