Mr.Dison is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to transmissions.He is a genuine and caring person.The same day he tore into it he had it fixed.I honestly hope I don't need to use him again,but if I have transmission problems,you can bet I will push,pull,or drag it to him. First off i called his shop before anyone else based on his reviews. When I called to discuss the issue with my 2014 Chevy Silverado transmission issue Cliff answered the phone. He listened to my issues and we made a plan when I could do without it and he could ensure it was done in my timeline. He completed the work on time and as quoted for price. I've been driving it for week now and it operates as new. I feel confident in his work as his transmission shop is the cleanest one I've ever seen inside and out. You know he has attention for detail. I will recommend his business anytime. It's nice to see someone take pride in what they do.. thanks Cliff.

Cliff at The Transmission Garage was very helpful and was able to take a look at my fianc�e s transmission during a late notice situation. We were on the highway passing through without any knowledge about the area and he made us feel very well taken care of. He offered affordable services and made us feel welcomed by respecting our time and our reasoning for being there. He truly wanted us to be safe! He obviously has a ton of knowledge and experience with what he does! I m truly impressed with the top notch service we received from Cliff.

Cliff is a great person and knows what he is doing when it comes to transmissions. I carried my 2016 Chevrolet to him and he did me right. Great work! His shop is very neat and clean and keeps the vehicles clean as well.

Cliff has been around transmissions all of his life! Very dependable and honest guy to do business with. When I started having problems with one of the aftermarket parts after he rebuilt my transmission, he stood behind the warranty 100% and got me in right away. If there was 10 stars for this rating he would get all 10 from me! He definitely has my business!!

Outstanding workmen-ship, the rebuilt transmission shifts like a dream. Went the extra mile to complete a top notch job with no short cuts. Price was fair and communication skills were excellent. Would recommend all my friends to Mr Cliff if you looking for quality work.

Called on a Saturday evening and they picked up and had me in the door Monday morning and back out Thursday morning. My truck drives better than it did when it was brand new. Best experience ever and great great customer service! I highly recommend this place for any transmission needs. Mr Cliff went above and beyond and made sure that the customer was happy and satisfied. If you need any transmission work down and your far away it s definitely worth the drive.

You won't find a better place to have your transmission serviced or repaired - it's that simple! Cliff is not only very good at what he does, but he is honest and provides excellent customer service. We couldn't be happier with the experience and it was worth the drive to Waskom!

Called Cliff after getting the runaround from both Shreveport/Bossier mopar dealers. He went out of his way to find the part we needed and ordered it for us. The sincere willing to just help is above and beyond most customer service today. Thank you for saving us!

Cliff Dison saved my family. We were driving and out of nowhere the transmission line become disconnected. We were stuck on the side of the interstate. We were able to get to his shop. God was with us and placed the right people in our path to get to his shop. I can not began to describe how professional and compassionate he and his staff were. As a mother traveling with two children, I felt so blessed to find this man and his business.

Being a woman you always worry about mechanics ripping you off, but not cliff!!!! He is my transmission guy. I have had to use him a couple time and the price is fair and he is honest on the work that needs to be done. Would recommend him anytime.

Great place to have transmission fixed. Extremely knowledgeable and polite. Completed in timely manner. Very clean shop. All he does is transmissions so he knows what he's doing. Highly recommend for all transmission needs!

This gentleman kept my car from getting towed when I had to leave it parked at a gas station overnight. I lived hours away. I made one phone call and he went and got my car within that hour it seemed. That's a different level of taking care of someone. A lot of shops treat you like you're not even a priority. This man was the total opposite. I'll pass any shop in East Texas to come here for transmission work.Service: Transmission
