Rafael has awesome customer service. The techs there are kind and efficient. The pricing is very reasonable and the service is quick. I recommend Gomez Tires to anyone who has tire needs!

This place is amazing. Took my car in to have a tire plugged, it was quick and he was so friendly. Then he gave me and awesome deal on some new tires, we ended up getting a full set for two cars. The tires came in quick and he was so flexible in working on a time that worked for us to put them on. I now have a tire guy! He can be yours too!!

This place used to get the job done for a great price, but lately I ve gotten terrible service out of here. The new guy doing all the work is young and doesn t seem to know a whole lot about tires. And they charged me $5 (claiming it was a diagnostic fee, when he diagnosed nothing at all) just to jack up my car and let it back down 10 seconds later after I changed my mind about letting him work on my car. The time before, he tried to sell me a used tire that had a crack running down the center of it all the way around. The elderly lady helping run the shop gently massaged the used tire and said it was a good tire, but upon closer inspection, I noticed the wear on the tire and rejected it. Then he charged me $5 for air $10 to get as far as jacking up the tire, having me reject the tire, and letting the car back down so I could try finding my size tire at another shop. I am in disbelief of how different this place is run without Luis there. I will not be returning here, which is sad because it used to be my go-to place for tires.

Took my rim to get a new tire installed for my 3 wheeler , he lost 4 of my bolts ,he decided to put other bolts that did not fit ,tire loss air 3 days latter. I when back and told him that i wanted the original bolts on the rim and tire fixed ,he also put together the 2pc rim ,backwards, he took 3 weeks and never replace the bolts or fixed the tired ,i have to buy new bolts washes and nuts and pay again to get the tired fix ,they dont know what they are doing had no choice to just pick it up,very bad service, Dont go there.

These guys can probably fix a flat such as patching the tire due to a nail or something. God forbid your valve stem goes out, if your vehicle is equipped with a tire pressure monitoring system, then they don t have the tools to work on that. They decided to tell me after the fact and then broke my TPMS sensor in the process. Afterwards they decided to go ahead and charge me for the repair even though they just cost me five times that by causing me to have to go replace the sensor.

Be sure to ask if they balance your tires before they put them on. They don t. And didn t ask if I wanted till I asked.. And ask if there s tax on the price because when you get your final bill, They didn t mention that either.

The Best tire shop I ever been , super clean , everyone is polite there , the service is at point the found what was the problem with my car why my car was shaking , I got a brand new set of tires I even got offer to get it finance besides that I got a FREE balance
