Amazing work! Took care of our work truck. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with a center cap and they took care of it super fast. Austin really went above and beyond for us.

I gave you a 5 stars so you can take this as a positive comment, since you guys started this business on the 1960s you should be more concerned about your business and take it more serious and professional so your business can keeps going! I came to change the Oil and I did ask to check another issue that I m facing, first, the front desk lady didn t tell me how much does it cost or anything about the oil type that she would provide me! All what I heard is ( keep the keys inside the car) and then they did finished the oil change and didn t check the other issues that I mentioned to check on it! And they didn t tell me they will change the filter or how is it my oil condition or anything about my car! As I see someone complaining that you guys need to take care of the communication! Communication is the key, if you can t handle it? Then bring someone else to manage the business because from my side ? I didn t feel I m welcome and I felt ignored by the people who work there, I wish you can fix this matter and take it seriously so you don t lose another client like me bcz im sorry im not coming anymore, wishing you all the best.

Dealt with Austin . Honest guy. Definitely coming back. ,11,21,24 follow up a few months had a issue with my tire . Austin once again to the rescue.. got me back on the road at a fair price... Honest crew there . Great service

Was greater soon as a arrive and was taken care of that same moment. Austin who ran through the process took good care of me and gave me all the info that I needed. He was very polite and helpful, didn't try to sell me nothing that I needed but just what I came for. If I ever needed help with my tire needs , most definitely Wil be back.

These guys are professionals! My brother recommend this place to me after he got his rotors fixed. I am very happy that I found this place. One of the staff, Austin, was so helpful and more importantly he was HONEST. I am a 23 year old female, so I've dealt with dishonest mechanics in the past. I will 100% be returning in the future.

On 11/14, I took my vehicle for an oil change. I aso requested to have my brakes checked. The guy at the counter assured me that a road ready check would be done( at no add tl cost). Upon paying, Angela went over the findings with me, at which time, I asked her if the tire pressure had been checked and her response was Oh yes, it was good . After getting in my vehicle, I checked my inside guages, they showed all tires PSI lower than recommended. I drove into the air check bay and requested that air be put into the tires. The tech with the dreads proceeded with body language that communicated maybe I had asked for something other than. His coworker mentioned that sometimes the sensors are off. The guy with dreads responded Don t even go there . Long story short, I walked back in the facility to address the issue with management. It was quickly addressed. After looking at my receipt a few days later, I discovered that it read engine coolant low . I opened my hood to discover it was low so I went and purchased coolant before thinking about whether it should have been filled as a courtesy w/the oil change. I called and got Angela. I asked if that was the case and she (casually) said yes BUT that the note was from August??? At that point, I simply said Thank you and ended the call. I have attached photos, one of the tires PSI and the other of the coolant reservoir. With the understanding that mistakes happen, this is NOT the customer service I look forward to. If filling low fluids and/or tire PSI is a part of a paid service, the customer should receive ALL service which should include updated vehicle records as often as the vehicle is serviced.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there for rotate/balance after I found hammer weights on my custom wheels (these caused a terrible shake while driving; not the first time I had shakes after getting a "rotate/balance" here). The service is terrible.But for the main issue. I bought my wheels/tires at another Tire Pros shop. I drove it for a day or two and decided my vehicle had a terrible wobble and I needed to get my tires & wheels re-balanced. I took my vehicle to Day's as they are local to my area and as I was explaining my issues to the tech, I was able to watch the balance process from 5' away. I then went inside to get my paperwork, came out and noticed a tech finish up my rims with an impact in his hand. Not recognizing that the tech may have ruined my hub caps, I left only to notice that my shake was worse. I decided to take my truck back to the store I bought my rims/tires from and the very first moment the guy looked at the wheels, he said "do you know that all 4 of your hub caps are cracked really bad?" I looked for myself and realized that the tech who had put my hub caps on at Day's was using an impact instead of manually using an allen wrench to put my hub caps on. He cracked every single one of them, twice. Needless to say, I took pictures, had my tires balanced and found out one of my rims was warped. They replaced it and all of the vibrations were completely gone.I then took my truck back to Day's Tire Pros the following day and dealt with Lisa. She was immediately adamant that they would have used a hand wrench and not an impact. I told her that "with all due respect, I saw it with my own eyes, but didn't realize he would have broke them". I figured a tire shop would properly train their guys. I know this kid was a younger tech and probably didn't know any better. I was very calm but also persistent that I would like to get new hub caps as all 4 of my 2 week old hubcaps were cracked in 2 places. Lisa took pictures and said she would go ahead and get them ordered for me and I expressed my gratitude.Fast forward 2 months, Covid started shutting things down but Day's was still open. I called up to the shop and spoke with Lisa 3-4 times. She said they had been busy and she hadn't gotten a chance to order my hubcaps. She also said she couldn't find them. I did the leg work for her, gave her the part numbers and told her what distribution center was used for that brand wheel and she said thanks & that she would get them ordered.Fast forward another month, I took my vehicle in to get a free rotate/balance for the life of the tires that I was told came through Tire Pros for purchasing through them. I went to Day's and was told they didn't give free balances but I expressed that I was told they did. They rotated/balanced my tires and I got my paperwork. Lisa had zero'd out my balance. I appreciated it and then I asked about whether she had gotten a chance to order my hub caps for the 5th or 6th time. She again said she had been busy and hadn't gotten a chance. Irritated, I expressed that it had been about 3.5-4 months already. I was told I could buy the replacement and Day's would reimburse me, but after the run arounds I got for 4 mo, I just don't trust that I'll be reimbursed.With all of that, I left and still had a shake, but it was worse. I took my truck to the original store that fixed my issue the first time and they pointed out the hammer weights on custom rims and said no tire shop should ever do that. They fixed it. I STILL have 4 broken hubcaps and have not gotten help from Day's Tire . I don't want anything except for Day's to fix their mistake and provide me with 4 unbroken hubcaps. It really shouldn't be this difficult.*I'm surprised that Day's is calling me a liar with their response. If it wasn't their fault, Lesa wouldn't have offered to replace them. These weren't broken before arriving. Also, since Day's wants to be accusatory, I do not think they care about customers as I was one and they did not try to rectify the situation they created. I gave them a chance*

Charged me a different price than what was quoted. Charged me additional fees for inspection that wasn t required and lied and said my address was in Harris county. The sticker says the county in bold letters and they have to scan it to do inspections. Either way bad business not to ask the customer at the least. They did not honor original price quoted.If you pay with a card they will add an additional charge which was about $21 on my purchase. It s not the fee, it s the fact they did not disclose this when they made the sale. Just like every other auto repair shop, money grabbers. The industry needs to be more honest as a whole.

Day s Tire Pros are truly professionals with customer service at the forefront of their business model. Their capabilities is evident in their expertise they show when working with their customers for the path forward in repairing the vehicles. They listen and pay attention to the customer, their work is good and they get the job done in a reasonable amount of time rather than stretching the repair out like other shops do. I will absolutely return! Thanks Mike and Austin for taking the time to help me!

Car things tend to cause anxiety for me, but this shop put me so at ease! I needed to get my check engine light checked and Angela was amazing when booking my appointment and talking me through everything. Austin was wonderful at check out thoroughly explains the issue. I will for sure be returning for any further work needed! Very impressed with the customer service.

my vehicle broke down out of town on the way to my sons rugby match on a Saturday. Luckily Day s was open. Will, the owner, had me leave it there and we Ubered to the match and caught a ride home with my in-laws who were also coming to the match.Will called with the diagnosis. He could have easily stuck me with an out of town price, but was very fair, reasonable, and helpful. Much respect to this small business, I could tell sitting in the waiting room for our Uber that he has a lot of repeat business and the people appreciate their honesty.

Be careful taking a vehicle to this shop for inspections. The inspector will fail your vehicle for things they passed the previous year.

Very nice Staff. Neat and clean facility. They listened to my problems and started diagnosing my car and finding solutions. The work was done in a timely manner and fixed right the first time. Way to go! I have used days for over 3 years now and have no complaints. Austin was the person whom wrote up my work order. He was kind and went beyond the call of duty to make certain my concerns all got addressed. I thank everyone whom helped me.

Highly recommend! Went prior to closing on Saturday and Austin took his time looking at my tires and getting the information I needed to get a new set. Went back on Monday morning and my car was ready for pickup same day! I got to meet some of the staff and they were friendly! Amazing customer service! My new go to tire shop!!

Great service and great people. They got my vehicle in and out without any delays. Angela at the front desk was amazing at getting my tires ordered, scheduling my vehicle for service, and communicating with me up to completion. I'm not from this area so if you're near by and need service done check with them first. They exceeded my expectations so I would hope they will exceed yours as well.

I had to get my RV inspection Days tire & auto center got me in and out in less than 30 minutes incredible, and 80 % less than the dealer! The dealer told me it would take a minimum of two hours and would cost roughly $69 dollars. The Teck and office manager were professional, and efficient. I m going back for some auto body repairs.

These guys are awesome. I was traveling and got a big screw in my tire. We went there and they had the tire fixed and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes! Completely professional, no nonsense, and friendly. If you need tire work in Waller, these are the guys you want!

Everyone was awesome! I didn't have to wait for an appointment and they got me right in on time. My tires were in stock and the work was done quickly and efficiently. All the people working there were welcoming and friendly, as was the waiting room. Definitely recommend!!!

Dishonest. Price different then what was quoted. They add a 3.5% charge if you pay with a card but do not disclose the info when making the sale. They also preformed a service that was not needed. Only gave me a partial refund. A deal is a deal. Sad you can t find a shop that doesn t try and take you for every dollar you have.

My rear A/C went out on my excursion on the way to Waller. I Needed to have it fixed before our return trip being it s in the 100 s temp wise. I called Day s and they agreed to take a look at it for the standard assessment charge. They found the problem to be the rear evap valve that went out. They told me there were some in stock locally and they d have it done in the books recommended time of 6 hours+. They were nice enough to take me back to my RV and pick me up the next day to retrieve my excursion. Big shout out to Angela at the front desk and Will the owner for their Southern hospitality & overall small town make you feel at home way of business! Everyone there was welcoming.

Passing through the area and broke down a few miles from Day s Tire Pros & Auto Care with my two year old with me in the car. Will (the owner) and Angela were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and even hospitable while we sorted out what we were going to do. Will gave great recommendations for our next steps and it was such a relief to have such friendly folks to turn to as we navigated getting a rental car and managing the repair process. We could not be more grateful for them! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a kind and trustworthy auto repair shop.

Upon arrival front front desk was very welcoming. I needed 4 wheels and tires mounted on my pick up. Gentlemen at the front desk and technician explained to me they would take care of it next. They provided fast service at a great price. I appreciate it and will recommend.
