I thankfully found Woods through recommendations from other happy customers. From start to finish Mike, Tina and their entire shop were amazing. Mike helped me understand the process of the repairs and Tina let me know she would deal with insurance so I didn t need to worry about that part. They took their time to make sure my car looked like it had never been damaged. I will be forever grateful for the amazing job they did!

From beginning to end of this long process I was well informed, respected, and reassured by Woods collision team. I have never been in an accident before, and they were so accommodating and patient with me throughout the process. I cannot recommend this collision shop enough. I have a 2022 Kia Soul that we thought was going to be totaled, but they brought her back to life and when I got the keys in my hand, she ran better than the day I bought her! I was a little worried because of all the new tech involved, but their technicians were educated and informed, they were on top of it! Woods collision took special care to make sure that before I got my car back, it ran and handled like a dream. Woods collision is an excellent example of how family owned businesses have the ability to offer you care WELL beyond any of the big named companies. Thanks guys, yall are amazing!!!

A few years back, Wood's did a great job repairing some body damage to my wife's Acura. So, when I needed some from end damage repaired on my 2019 RAM pickup, I took it to Wood's. Courteous and helpful from start to finish, the area they worked on looks brand new - inside the wheel well, up and under the front, and of course, from the outside! This truck has all kinds of sensors, etc., and everything works perfectly. When I went to pick it up, it was even all clean and freshly washed. Christina Stratton, and the rest of the people in office were just great, they made my experience so much easier going through process of getting my insurance claim submitted,and helping me getting in to get my vehicle fixed very professional and friendly!I would recommend woods ! Every time

Amazing work here. Brought in my vehicle after it was hit and they were very friendly, gave me an estimate at a 1/3 of what others were giving me. They REPAIRED instead of REPLACED which is why they charge less. All said and done, my car looks better than before! Thank you

Took it in to have the front fender repaired after fighting with insurance company, Woods ended up getting that and some subliminal repairs approved that I was fight with the insurance company about. Absolutely a great experience with good honest people. Would recommend if needing any kind of work done. I ll be taking my other car to them to have some scratches buffed out next week. Couldn t be happier!Service: Painting

I m new to Texas and found Woods Quality Collision by happenstance - I have been very happy with the mechanical repairs they ve done on my vehicles. They ve changed my oil a couple of times and also repaired a seized lug nut that was discovered while my car was at Costco trying to get new tires installed. While in for the lug nut, they alerted me to some other issues they saw with the car while it was up on the rack, so I was able to get those taken care of during the same trip. They don t give me a laundry list of bogus items that need repairing. I recently had my cloudy headlights polished at Woods and I was amazed - my car looks like new again! Prices are fair but more importantly I don t feel like I am being taking advantage of with unneeded repairs being shoved onto me in an attempt to rack up the bill they are good honest folks and I trust them with my vehicles.

They are amazing! The staff is so sweet, and they definitely care about the experience you have with them. After my wreck/hail damage my car looks BRAND new and I couldn t be happier! They truly are the best.

I have recently used woods quality collision for repairs on my Ford F-150 after my MVA.My father has used them in the past as well.The people at woods are so kind & very helpful.I could not believe that, that was my truck when I picked it up!!! She looked BRAND NEW I 10/10 recommended using woods.Thank you guys again for being so awesome to me. My truck looks great.

Needed a new trim piece put on my 2000 Chevy Suburban. They took care of it in just a few days. Looked like brand new when I picked it up. Price was very reasonable.

I went to Woods Quality Collision yesterday afternoon to get an estimate on some scratches on my vehicle, expecting it to be fairly pricey. They were so incredibly kind and took care of my scratches right then leaving my car looking new and for a fraction of the price. I have never been happier and pleased with a company, they earned a customer for life.Service: Painting

They did excellent bodywork and paint blending at a very fair price on my car that was damaged by a grocery cart. It was ready on time with no unwanted surprises. Would definitely use again (but hopefully won t need it )

They manipulated a difficult situation my family was in and made it worse. If you live within 50 miles of another auto repair shop I strongly recommend you consider them over this place. Our visit cost more than it should have because I trusted them with my car and as an advocate for me as a customer.UPDATE: You aren t including the whole story either. You know what happened. As for your concern, The misplaced trust has more to do with how you handled the return of the rental car than the fiasco with the vehicle pickup. Any business that operates that way is ethically disappointing for a customer and certainly will not get my recommendation.Yes you reported damage....on the undercarriage. Did you climb under the car just to be sure? Get out a microscope for good measure? Point is folks - don t leave a rental car to be picked up at their lot - they will take advantage of it. Law or not you made money off that from enterprise and congratulations on your find. I m sure all your customers would appreciate knowing you re looking out for that.

02/29/2019WORST EXPERIENCE AND PLACE EVER DONT GO TO THEM!Tina and her husband were supposed to take my car to my house but they never did kept making excuses and kept my car at their location, a month or so had passed and they still wouldn't bring my car so they told me i either sold them my car or pay them for the amount of day my car was on their property!! I will always remember the way tina laughed in my face as she got what she wanted then i was left to deal with toll tags that had been ran when the car was not in my possession anymore and they registered the car under my name i should ve made a police report in the end they SCAMMED me i do not recommend !!! dont trust them

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I have had my car back for a year now (don t really drive it much) got new tires put on because they couldn t fix the front end correctly it wore my tires down. Still having problems with the front end that was SUPPOSED to be fixed the first time. Not to mention I had to take my car back to them AFTER they fixed it two different times to fix something else that started messing up AFTER they were supposed to fix it the first time. Was told by another shop that the only thing fixed was the cosmetics of it NOTHING structural was actually fixed and replaced like they were supposed to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

My car broke down and I needed to get it towed to shop, I called to get a quote for a tow and they were able to give me a great price to tow it without charging me an arm and a leg. They dispatched the tow truck within minutes of me asking for my price. Which was awesome and fast service to me and so helpful. Other places wanted me to wait 4-5 hours to tow it. Tina and her team were great, had awesome customer service, very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommended them for any of your needs.

I called them this morning because there was a noise coming from under my boyfriends car. He drove it up to WOODS QUALITY COLLISION, in Rockwall when they opened this morning, and they looked under his car and noticed a piece of the under carriage was dragging, the mechanic screwed it back in place and was so AWESOME!! They are professional, honest and stand behind their work. I have used them as well when we first moved here, and their mechanic took great care of my car and had to fix a previous mechanics work (out of state mechanic) and I haven t had an issue with it since. Definitely love these guys and will be using them for all our car needs!! Happy customers Services: Body & Trim, Brakes

If I could give a million stars, I would. Woods Quality Collision first helped me out with a speedy and smooth car repair in 2018. They handled EVERYTHING, and it was the most stress free experience I have ever had. I was recently involved in an accident again, and in my shock, called Woods and spoke with Tina. She called me the next day to make sure I was ok, and to check on us. When I dropped the car off that afternoon and mentioned that I had to go to Plano to pick up a rental from Enterprise, she told me that wouldn't be necessary, and she called Enterprise for me and FOUGHT FOR ME to get a rental they had just repaired. Theresa then followed me to Enterprise, entertained my three year old while I handled the business end of things, and even installed the car seat for me!!! She took the car back to the shop for repairs. Did I mention this was the day before Thanksgiving?Chris in the front office called and checked on me, plus kept me updated on my car repairs and took care of all of the insurance business. The entire time I felt like a member of the family.And when, after getting my car back from the shop a week later and GPS dropped me in the middle of the country and I got stuck in the mud in the dark, up to my knees in water and yuck, I called Tina. I explained my situation and that my daughter was with me. I didn't have any funds for a tow. She told me we would figure it out. She met me there personally with the tow truck driver. Yall, "there" was in the middle of the woods. She kept me company while Mitchell and Jarred worked to get my car out. And when they noticed my gas light was on, Tina insisted on putting gas in my car for me. She turned an incredibly scary, unfortunate, experience around and made sure I was safe and sound.Woods Quality Collision is exceptional at customer service, and they are more than a auto body repair shop. They are a team of excellent and caring individuals who go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of their customers and do more than I could ever have anticipated. I cannot say enough good things about the multiple experiences I have had with woods over the last two years. I am so thankful for Tina, Chris, Mitchel, and the entire team at Woods who took care of not only my car, but my daughter and I, too. You can't go wrong choosing Woods Quality Collision.

I recommend and I recommend again! Incredibly, professional, polite, punctual -everything you hope your tow man is going to be. I had lost/poor signal in the area I was stuck in, I was having trouble getting through to my insurance company and the first tow that had been sent was incorrect for the type of tow that was needed. This tow company s employee was able to contact me through the information my insurance company had sent and once he (the tow truck) was on scene he was able to help me connect to my insurance company to ensure my tow. His helper was also very knowledgeable and the entire process was made much less stressful with their expertise! He was also able to assist my friend who had also gotten stuck (happy birthday) as well as a third customer. They helped us with connecting to our appropriate insurance agencies, made us feel more comfortable considering the circumstance and got all three vehicles out in a very timely manner! Please call them for your next tow!

I ve gotta give a big shout out and thank you to Woods Quality Collision. They were extremely helpful during the repair of my car that was involved in an accident. I was rear ended and from the moment I walked in these guys were awesome. During the process they were completely transparent and kept me updated every step of the way. Every time an adjustment had to be made to the estimate they sent me a copy and had the approval from the other parties insured. They also helped our with the rental return making it easy and painless for me once my car was finishedI can be a bit overbearing and overprotective of my cars, but the folks at woods did a fantastic job.Other than the Carfax you would ve never known the car had been in a wreck. Absolutely no evidence of overspray, bodywork or painting could be found on the car.At the end of the day I still traded the car in, but even the dealership said how impressed they were with the quality.This is one of those places you hope to not visit often, but when you do, they are on your side and help every step of the way

My car was taken without my permission the day I was moving from Dallas to Arizona. I flew out and when my car was found totaled I contacted Micheal at Wood s. It was towed out of the Dallas pound and to their shop quickly. They did the best they could to save what was left. They even took customer service to a new level by mailing all my belongings in the trunk to me in Arizona, I highly recommend this place. They ve helped me twice in the last 3 years.

I will not be using Wood s again nor will I be recommending it to friends or family. If you choose to use them, I strongly suggest not accepting their offer to leave your rental car there when you pick up your vehicle. While it s convenient, probably not ever a good idea to allow a body shop to look over your rental car prior to the rental company s pick up. It s definitely not something I will ever do again.Response to owner :You absolutely have the right as a business owner to do what you feel is necessary in all situations. As a consumer, I also am able to make a decision about who I will use and who I will recommend (or not recommend ) to my friends and family. I intentionally did not list my specific complaints with your business from my personal point of view in an effort to be kind and fair. In spite of your response that is somewhat attacking and not completely correct (extremely happy was not a term I ever used to describe my experience) I will continue to do that. I find your response to me to be a further example of why I will not recommend you and an example to other consumers of how they might be treated. I do wish you well, though. You have many good reviews. I m sure people will take that into account when making their decisions.

I'm from out of town and was driving through Dallas when a canister of what I believe to be brown paint was thrown from someone's car ahead of me. It covered the entire front end of my car and windshield. I was very stressed and found the number to Woods to get some advice on what to do. They had me come to the shop so they could asses it and told me they could remove the paint. My car looks great! The brown paint is all gone. On top of all this, they were accommodating to me and my animals. I was impressed by their professionalism and kindness. They put me at ease and did a wonderful job!

I recently used Woods for a last minute mechanical repair and they were phenomenal!! The were able to accommodate me last minute and even let me use their loaner card overnight. My car is now back to normal and running great! This business is run by some great people!!

They re GREAT for cosmetic damage..... I wouldn t take your car there for anything else. My cruise control doesn t work, I have 4 new check engine codes, and 6 new ABS codes - all of which were not there before. They replaced my motor block BUT FORGOT THE BOLT. now I have to replace my ac because the motor was way too low! They are cheap, but you get what you pay for.

This weekend I was unfortunately able to experience what it is like driving in mud; in case you are wondering, it quickly takes the "drive" part out of driving! A paved road I was on suddenly turned to mud and I soon found myself stuck near another driver that had spiraled out into the ditch on the side. She had told me she had been there since midnight; this had happened to me at approx. 7:30am. She then told me that her insurance company had already sent out like five different tow truck companies that assessed the scene and turned her away saying they could not help her. Now at this point, i was panicking; i was just trying to get scuba certified this weekend, not lose my car to a mud pit! Luckily I did not have to panic long as Woods was sent out and arrived around 8am. They set out to help the girl in the side ditch and made quick work with their truck to tow her out and get her back on the road. When they came back to assess my situation, due to the positioning i was in and my type of car, they were able to skillfully back my car out of the mud pit within 20 minutes. While they were working they told me that I may want to consider getting my tires pulled off and cleaned but once i was out they took another look and said that i'd likely be fine just going through a carwash; i really appreciated that they let me know that so i did not feel i needed to go then spend money on that as well. I always appreciate those that try and help me only do/fix what is necessary whereas other places i've been to try to convince you to fix everything under the sun immediately. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with these men as they were very friendly and helped turn a stressful situation into a more manageable one.

highly recommend woods! they are great people and helped me out when i was in a hard spot. they were super easy to work with and they got started on my car very quick despite how many cars they had at the shop. i was very surprised at the attention to detail, something the big name chain body shops dont have. thank guys!

My car got stuck in the mud, my bumper was pulled off and then my car was shaking horribly when driving. I called Woods Quality Collision and it was exactly that. Great quality of services and people.. Glen got me in first thing, explained all my options to me and reassured me that they were going to take care of me. He did exactly that!! Thank you guys sooo much from the bottom of my heart for taking care of me and going above to make sure i was happy!! Defiantly recommend this place to anyone!!If your looking for a honest and genuine place, Woods Quality Collision is the place!!!!!
