Went to the one on broadway the other day it took an hour and my car hadn t even gotten started yet. So I took my car and left I had things to do. Came to this one and they were done in 12 MINUTES!!!!!!! Thank y all are amazing.

They told me before I left my pickup with them that they could and would replace all 4 of my bald tires. When we left and got to a restaurant, I got a call from them. They said then that they didn't have any of the tires and it would take 2 days for them to order them. They also said that no other walmarts had the tires in stock. They are just regular tires, nothing special. I will not be going back to them for auto care

Last Sunday my car would not start which left me stuck at Walmart. My husband and I decided to see if the auto department could test our battery for us. We were glad to find Jojo at the desk! He was kind and very helpful! We are so grateful for Jojo's help!

After an hour and a quarter of waiting for the tire to be fixed, I went to see what the problem with this tire was!Then they told me they can't fix it based on the company's instructions! I don't mind these instructions but why i wait an hour and a quarter and no one tells me they won't fix it! My time is not cheap! Respect our time, Walmart.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but the people that run the auto side of things have no idea what they are doing in any sense. I brought my car up there for 2 days straight trying to get an oil change. 1st day they cancelled my oil change and only rotated my tires. I waited an hour for this and instead of getting my car back in to change my oil they said I'd have to wait another hour or so to get back in. 2nd day I go in first thing and I'm first in line for oil change. They have my car in the bay for over an hour with the hood up seeming like they were changing my oil. Next thing I know I look and my car is outside the bay and when I go to pay they said "what car are you talking about" they didn't even know my car was there and they had it for over an hour? How does that happen. Tried talking to people about it and nobody could help me and the manager kept saying she was confused by my request at an oil change. The mechanic eventually came out and said they didn't even know where my oil filter was and wanted me to show them. Absolutely mind blowing experience. Save yourself!

Had a problem with my car today and I would like to personally think Archie and his pit crew at Rockwall Walmart Auto Care center for helping Miss Watson out today you guys are great and I really do appreciate it

They have new management, and they are really turning it around. Will be back. Last year, it was rough. I am looking forward to the improvements.

3 hours of waiting to get tires balanced! If you value your time I suggest not wasting your time and money here! We pulled in at 12 with one car ahead of us and they ve managed to take three hours to work on my car. Get better workers or training on time management!!

When someone is there, the service is ok. But I get tired of standing at the counter with no employee, ringing the bell for assistance and nobody shows up.

I just had the most genuinely kind service that I have ever experienced at an auto shop. There is an older African-American gentleman named Casey who works at the Walmart auto center off of I 30 in Rockwall. I pulled up looking for an oil change and a front end alignment check because the front of my car has been shaking. He informed me that unfortunately he didn t have the staff at the moment to perform the service and asked me if I would come back later on in the afternoon. Hopefully he would have the proper staff numbers. He spent about 25 minutes with me this morning genuinely helping me understand, and telling some of the possibilities that might be going on with my front end tires and alignment and giving me advice on things to look for and questions to ask when I took it somewhere that did service alignment. He checked all four of my tires. He looked at my dash and saw some lights were on and had me pull around to the bay in the back, and he balanced my tires with air to the levels where they should have been and was just genuinely being a man of service. I thanked him, told him how much I appreciated him and told him I don t think I ve ever received car service that way. I want to let people know that there are people out there that genuinely want to help with nothing in return. I hope that this gentleman gets recognized for his service at this location, but I wanted to do my part and write a review about my experience.

Went in and it took an hour for an oil change with only one other car in the bay. Manager and staff were friendly but it took almost 40 minutes from the time they put my hood up to complete an oil change. I could've bought the products and driven home and done the oil change quicker.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Best place to get a decent battery. Only have 2017 and older. Also sells fast. The day of stocking I only found one I needed. Compared to AutoZone $300 bucks and O Riley's $275. Bought one for $99bucks.

David and Troy went above and beyond trying to diagnose what was wrong with my tire when i came 5 minutes after closing. I really appreciate their help spending their time trying to diagnose my issue vs making me pay for another tire just to get me out of there. Highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was on my way to drop off my present for Christmas when I got a flat tire. The manager was so nice looked at it to see if they could just patch it up quickly. Unfortunately it had a huge bolt on the side. They were able to get my tired changed within an hour. I had a few items with me that they offered to check out for me so I could just leave from the auto care center. I am happy with my visit.

They do a good job at a fair price. The staff are friendly and kind. They seem to always want to get it done fast, like anywhere else, but at least you know you are going to get it at a good price. Rarely will you find an oil change for less. In the end, all we care about is having the oil changed, done right, and at a decent price. No one likes to pay more than they have to pay and especially in todays market it is never good to waste money.Service: Oil change

Good store in Rockwall, decent service and always clean, I wish they could keep DEF in stock and unsweetened Tea almost always sold out in the the 12 pack bottles.

This is the cheapest place to get an oil change. Even with coupon it would be hard to beat. The only problem is that everyone seems to know this. So there is a very long line. It took me 2 hours just to get my oil changed. If you are looking for the less priciest place this is it. If you want your oil changed and are willing to pay $10 more than go somewhere else with a coupon.

We would ve used this place but was turned away and told they aren t doing tires today. Had no reason for why they weren t doing tires. No one was at desk to help, had to hunt someone down, and just wasted our time completely. Extremely frustratingService: TiresService: Tires

I got there at 11 am for a tire rotation. At around 1:15 they asked for my keys so they could start working on it. I got my car back at 2:15 pm. They showed no respect for my time. Never again.

I would like to first thank the very friendly lady that helped me first by checking my battery voltage. I am so sorry that I did not get her name, I believe it was Joyce. She was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and you could tell she loves her work. She turned my whole day around from a horrible experience at the dealership where my car is warrantied. She was helpful and happy to help. She also reassured me that David who would work on my car was very good at what he does. I was in and out very quickly, thankfully they had the battery needed and a tech who knew how to change my difficult battery. Thank you David for doing it quickly. He also checked me out and was very courteous and helpful when i asked questions. It was very refreshing to talk to the entire staff and not hear people complaining and having the "i hate my job" look all over their face.

Yea went Sunday morning website said open at 7. Turns out they opened at 8 whatever no big deal I wait. 8 hits there is no indication of it opening two guys then come out and proceed to bring parked cars into the auto shop. Still no indication that it was opened still closed off. I said alright I guess i have to go inside and give the damn keys to them.So I went inside and there was no help inside. Not for of lack of people mind you there were employees they just weren t helpful. But I m very patient and I wait unfortunately another customer walks in who is less patient than me and demands help. Next thing I know I become the guy that s waited an hour for no service and I ll have to wait three hours for service so I left.

Went by today due to one of my tires being a tad low. I was a bit concerned that there was something in the tire causing it to leak out slowly and Marvin came right out and inspected it for me. After determining that nothing seemed to be stuck in it, he did help to make sure that all the air in my tires were as they should be. So helpful and polite. Could not have asked for better service!

WORST EXPERIENCE. I called for 3 days and every day the system was down. Finally got through on Thursday long enough for them to schedule my appointment for new tires on Saturday morning. I get here and there s no appointment in their system. So they have to reschedule and I leave my car and they said 1hr- 1.5 hr wait. I get here at 2 hours and THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED ON MY CAR. Never again. Employees were not helpful at all. I will never ever return here

Absolutely appalled with the customer service I have received. I will never bring my car back to Walmart s service department nor will I recommend them to ANYONE. Dropped my car off and was told to my face I would get a call when it was ready. An hour and 45 minutes later I call and they tell me it will be another 45mins-1 hour. Fast forward an hour and a half I call again only to not have my call picked up. The department closed without calling to let me know my car was ready. Upon arrival to pick up my car, which was just sitting out in the parking lot with my keys sitting in the service department counter, they let me know that the guys never call when cars are ready and my car was ready TWENTY minutes after I called and they told me it would be another hour. NEVER had worse customer service in my life. Now I have to travel 3 hours home and was set back over an hour and a half because of this department. Absolutely ridiculous and I would give 0 stars if I could.

I've been here a few times. Horrible service and wait times. I had a special lug nut so I couldn't replace my battery myself. Took over 2 hours. Everyone hates their jobs. Employee started yelling with a customer while I was there.

The absolute worst customer service, almost on the verge of being unethical. The worst Male manager I have ever encountered. Given incorrect information about a battery life rebate. Then tried to charge a core charge. A 45 minute wait was actually 2 hours. Super disappointed. Never again!Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I have been to this Walmart Supercenter Auto Care Center several times in the past I have always received personal service and care. But it's not just me I have observed other customers in there they treat everybody just as well. They are kind and respectful, pay attention and they are professionals. Whether your getting your oil changed or a tire installed. Truly reminds me of when you got small town service years ago, and everyone gave you a wave talk to you and smiled. There are other Walmart Supercenters but this is the one I choose to go to.
