The process was very seamless. Had the vehicle I viewed on Carmax. They were very flexible working around my schedule to come and view! Although vehicle was a showroom vehicle and I could not test drive, I was given another Tundra just like it to test drive! Buying experience was great, they were flexible and explained thing clearly. I didn t feel like they were taking advantage of me or trying to provide things I didn t need.

Wonderful team! I had a fantastic experience purchasing my daughter's car from them. Our sales guy was friendly, they gave us fresh baked cookies (they didn't even know how hungry we were at that moment lol), Benny was our finance guy. He laid out everything for us clearly so we knew exactly what we were getting into. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Huge shoutout to Jimmy Le!Been looking to buy new car for a minute now. I ve had some sort of complication at every other dealership. Most car salesman I ve encountered, are usually greedy, pushy, and don t know what the hell they re selling. Jimmy was the chillest car salesman I ve ever met. He helped me find the perfect car, at the best price, and at the right location. Was also able to get me a better deal then any other Toyota dealership. Very happy with my purchase here at Toyota Rockwall.

Everyone is so helpful and very nice! And do excellent work! They were not supposed to fix my window tint but someone over the phone said they would at no charge and they honored it and I really appreciate it. Very happy with them. They put customers first!

Kouri was a fantastic salesperson. Took care of all my concerns and listened to me.She even followed up the next day about a concern I had and took care of it.This was a concern that wasn t owed to me.Just going the extra mile.Great experience!My loves he new car.

Got a sweet deal on a Tundra. Was helped out very professionally by Mr. Quinlan. Fastest I have ever made it out of a dealership. Wish I remembered the finance gentleman s name, but they helped me reach my budget goals. This pic is from before they washed it up nice for the road.

I used to be a loyal Toyota of Richardson customer until recently. Their service department has gone downhill and their staff are rude and unfriendly. I decided to give this location a shot since they're closer. This was only my second time here, but both visits have been nothing but excellent. They treat you like a person as opposed to just a number and they're always polite. I will definitely be purchasing my next Toyota from here when the time comes.

I was approached by Carl David when I arrived in my Toyota Tacoma. This is my first visit with my truck since I bought it from a different dealership a couple months ago (I used to bring my Scion FRS to this location all the time before I traded it in for my new job) I brought it in because my maintenance required light was on and I am still learning about my Truck, which I explained to him.Carl and I Spoke for about 5 minutes, he was thorough about the miles of when an oil change is done and a couple other things. I can say in the last few years I have gone to this location he made this experience rememberable and knowledgeable. I feel so much happier knowing and understanding more stuff about my new work truck!Thanks Carl, the dealership and customers are lucky to have such a kind and caring asset!

Josue Gutierrez took care of me pretty well. I had 5k mile service on my Toyota tundra in Cowboy Toyota and took them almost 4hrs to rotate my tires and multipoint inspection. Never gonna go there again. Josue meet my expectations with the very good quality of service. Did early 5k mile oil change since cowboy Toyota didn t do it after they kept the truck for almost 4hrs. Will definitely keeping this as my go to for all my truck service.

Awesome work! Kasey was my consultant and she was nothing but kind and helpful. Other auto repair shops wanted to replace one part, and these guys did multiple things for $150 cheaper! They even refilled my wiper fluid for me without me asking. Only negative aspect was the lack of communication between people that occasionally made it hard to schedule things.

Awesome dealership. They don t force things on you.They give you what needs to be repaired and what needs to be done down the road. I m so glad I found them online by the reviews. I love Toyota and Lexus and had many vehicles from them. Was a pleasure to deal with Cesar. Definitely doing business with them again. Highly recommend!! Such a nice dealership and facility is big. This is what car maintenance is about!!

My name is Brad, and I was test-driving a truck, in the vicinity of Rockwall Toyota, when the check engine light came on. I pulled into the service department and was greeted by Mick, one of the service writers. I asked if there was a way, they could attempt to diagnose the problem, and they didn't hesitate to help out. I was beyond impressed, with the professionalism, and genuine care, displayed by, Mick and the other staff. I am a firm believer in tipping good service. No matter how hard I tried, Mick would not except any money for his time, and that may have impressed me, most of all. I live 4.5 hours away from this dealership, so it's fair to say, I may not have any dealings with them, in the future. With that being said, I would encourage anyone, in that area, to give this dealership, the chance to impress them, as much as they did me. My car wouldn t start and I honestly didn t know what was wrong with it. I slowly discovered the battery went out. I didn t buy my car from this dealership but I was forced to come here because the other location refused to help me. I spoke with Kasey, in service, over the phone and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Upon arrival another gentleman got me situated while I waited on Kasey. I was there for a few hours but it was worth it. No one pressures me to trade my car. It was a smooth process from the time I arrived until the time I left. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I appreciate the experience. I will be returning for future services. Thank you for this experience.

Amazing! Just amazing! Got my first car there this week and I got a 2014 Chevy Camaro priced at 16k with only 50k miles on it paying 370 a month. !!!!! It's a great dealership! Honestly!

Excellent customer service. Quinn and Oscar are the absolute BEST. They got me in and out and took great care of me. Toyota of Rockwall definitely stands out amongst the other dealerships. They treat you like family. I was very discouraged and disappointed at first when I went to other dealerships including D&M Leasing in order to help with my vehicle/transportation issue, but I'm super grateful and thankful now for the declines because that just lead me to come to Toyota of Rockwall where they did everything in their power to assist me and got me to wear I needed to be. No hassling, no extremely long waits, up front, honest, respectful, kind, the list can go on and on. I'm extremely thankful for these guys helping me out in my time of need because I had truly lost hope and was pretty much running out of options. I now have a brand new car that I'm leasing which is something that I've always been wanting to do for years. They helped to make that dream come true for me. Toyota of Rockwall has the best service department of any dealership I have ever used. They greet you immediately, and text you updates as the service is being completed. I have been using them for service for 3 years, and they never disappoint. 5 stars for sure!

Just recently purchased my new 2023 Toyota GR86 from them, and I have to say it was an amazing experience! Even with the difficulty of me wanting a specific model with specific trim and options, they still stuck it through and got me what I wanted.I wanted to thank a few people specifically:Clayton Paul helped me with the initial phase of picking out exactly what options I wanted, colors/packages etc. He was very thorough in making sure I got exactly what I wanted, while also giving me a picture of what to expect price wise.Once the car arrived in the USA, Glen Coy made the acquisition process as easy as possible, walking me through the final contract, updates on shipping time, and helping me with the financial side as well.On the note of finances, I wanted to thank Scott Smith for walking me through all the litigation, and dealing with my bevy of questions regarding Toyota's warranty. It spoke volumes that he was willing to go out of his way to get me answers with complicated legal/warranty questions instead of just giving broad answers.And thanks to Dan as well (I'm so sorry I forgot your last name) he made the final acquisition as quick and easy as possible.Looking forward to my new ownership experience, and working with the service department in the future!

I took my 2013 Lexus ES350 to Toyota of Rockwall for the recommended 90,000 mile service. It was my first contact with this dealership/service department. I could not be more satisfied with the experience. They did everything I asked of them and more. And they did it all with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy. What s more, they did it for a price far below what I had anticipated. I have found my new service center.

Took our car in for routine maintenance, had originally been told on the phone that they were wide open and it would be about half an hour for an oil change. When my wife arrived for our appt time with our two children under 3, they told her it would be about an hour and a half. She was going to reschedule for when it could be taken in without the kids but the employee asked her to give him a minute and when he came back he said they could do it in about an hour if that ll work. She settled in to have both kids in the lobby and keep them from wreaking havoc and being too loud, when an employee showed her they had a play area. It s truly just the regular toys we see at doctors offices or daycares, but having a little area where the kids could be kids and play, run around, and be a little loud without intruding on everyone made all the difference. Impressed with the service and thoughtfulness of Toyota Rockwall!

Love the helpful recommendations of what/when/how a maintenance procedure can help keeping my car in good working condition. The service advisors are not pressuring. They recommended the service(s), and the car owner makes the decision. I could feel my car drives better after this last fuel cleaning and tire rotation. It drives smoother, less noise, and I feel like I m driving a new car. In each service, they also performed some free service for my car too, so I really appreciate these bonuses.

I LOVE Toyota Of Rockwall!! I'm not from Rockwall but my hometown dealership didn't have as many options to choose from. Jimmy Le, Dontrelle and Oscarall deserve a raise!! Great customer service! The lady and gentlemen at the front desk also provides great customer service! I've already told me son that this is place for all our future needs.

I drove straight into Service (without an appointment). Mt service tech came right out and greeted me - his name is Joe and he said not to worry about not having an appointment and since it was my first time at this location I didn't realize that I needed one. He introduced himself and got me checked in - showed me where to wait along with the amenities, and everything was great. He gave me a time to expect my car to be ready and it was right on the dot. He found me, showed me the paperwork, explained it, and told me what to expect in the future, and showed me to the cashier.

Though dealership service charges are generally higher, I take my Prius to Toyota of Rockwall for several reasons. We purchased a maintenance plan when we bought my car, so oil change and tire rotations are prepaid. My car is still under warranty so I prefer Toyota to make repairs. The facility in Rockwall is clean and well managed so customer service is excellent. The location is convenient for me.

They matched the best offer I had on my trade, had a fair price on the Tundra I was interested in and earned my business.If your considering a Toyota, I would recommend giving Toyota of Rockwall a chance.
