The service center gets the full star treatment. They are friendly, willing to work with you, and knowledgeable. I don t live in Rockwall, but get my vehicle serviced there because of their friendliness.

Oil change was quick, convenient, and the staff was genuinely refreshing. I ve had a sick kiddo for over a month and the person I talked with to make the appointment happened to be the one checking me in. When I mentioned my kiddo, she said that she was the one I d made the alignment with and she had been praying for my little girl. That was unexpected yet so refreshing to hear! The mechanic that did the oil change was nice, fast, and knowledgeable. Kia of Rockwall made me feel comfortable, like I not only had a name, but was part of the family!

Very easy purchase with no heavy handed sales techniques. They pulled out all the stops to make sure I got the car I wanted, and ahead of schedule. Very happy with the Rockwall dealership and will continue to be their customer for any other purchases.

Hank was our salesman and was great to work with. We had a few problems arise, but he was able to take care of them quickly. Overall we had a very good experience with North Rockwall Kia.

To be fair, and to be honest. My first two visits here were horrible. Then management made some amazing changes, not only in personnel but in processes. There was the addition of Ashley she was the icing on the cake. I can t say enough about her. Her communication skills are top notch! Im am a HUGE fan of this entire service department! My K5 has just over 100k on it, and I ll be using this dealership to trade for a new one very soon. You ve gained a loyal customer for life.

Luke is very helpful, courteous and y'all are very fair. We have had our Sorrento for 10 years now and we have trusted our service needs to Kia Rockwall with only a couple of exceptions mainly for convenience. And for that reason I will be buying a Kia as a preference if I ever replace this one.Oh. My Sorrento has performed beautifully and reliably for 10 years and still drives like a new car.

I had a very good experience with the service team and they did an excellent job. They kept me informed throughout the progress and I drove away a very happy customer. I'll be happy to bring my car back anytime. I need service at the Rockwall Kia dealership. It's the second Kia Telluride I've purchased from them and overall I'm very pleased with the brand and the way I've been treated at their shop!

Great team there, my experience: website was sown and by chance I encounter a sales guy at gettis Pizza and jokingly said hey man your website is down. He proceeded to set me up with service via his phone on his own time. He referred me to Ashley and they both made my experience seamless.

I had such a great experience getting my car serviced. I was dreading having to wait for hours in an uncomfortable waiting room. After a quick and easy check in my daughter an I Ubered to a near by shopping center and got some much needed shopping done and had lunch. While we were out Ashley and her team kept us updated on the cars status and any additional work that was recommended. Pick up was super easy. On the way home we noticed a rattling coming from the glove compartment. We took the car right back and reported the issue. Once again Ashley and her team we all over it. They took the car right back and found the issue was some leaves that had fallen behind the cabin filter. We were in and out in about 10 minutes. We really appreciate all the hard work Ashley and her team put into our car today. Helping us maintain our investment is really important to me.

The service dept employee's are polite, friendly and responsive. They let me know what was going on during the process. I was having our regular scheduled maintenance done, oil change etc along with having the tires rotated. It took about 2+ hours, but they were very busy. My only suggestion is that the waiting room needs updating. All of the very uncomfortable chairs are worn through, it looks shabby. The chair material kept making me slide down in the seat which was uncomfortable and aggravating. I would also suggest playing game shows or movies on the TV as listening to the same repeating news for 2+ hours was annoying and depressing. I really liked the music that was playing though. Overall, not a bad experience.

Service techs know what they're doing, but the bookkeeping with appointments and communicating with the service department about appointment times need to be addressed. Waiting room is very uncomfortable, especially for a multiple hour visit. Personnel are very friendly. Great service department; poor communication within the company. Decrepit old furniture in the waiting room that needs to be replaced. Should have been replaced about 5 years ago! Other than that, great place with skilled technicians.

Ashley my service advisor is very sweet and detailed, great customer service. She has great communication skills Ashley would call me to update me on my service status without me calling and asking for an update. She ensure that my car was fix and I was satisfied.This is my 3rd car that I purchased from Kia and everytime I'm greeted with a smile at this location.

My experience at Kia was a 10/10!As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Brad.Brads customer service was spot on! I really enjoyed speaking with him, especially when I found out my first two oil changes were free! I also wanted to add that an hour wait wasn't bad, especially when there's free hot chocolate involved!Overall, I love coming to Kia of Rockwall and would recommend it to others any time!

Car needed an oil change and I did not have an appointment. Time was set at 90 mins and was able to get it completed within that timeframe. Folks here are nice and always willing to give advice on any service that is needed even if it can wait a little while. Will continue to take my vehicles here for service just because of the staff.

I had to bring it in for recall work that another dealership wasn't able to complete. Even though I was running late, they were still able to get me in and give me an estimate of how long it was going to take.Since I was going to be there an estimated hour and a half, they directed me over to the customer lounge which has comfy chairs, Wi-Fi, vending machines, a pretty good coffee and tea machine, and even a flavored water dispenser for those that are not fans of coffee. And yes, everything was actually kept stocked.I did opt in for text alerts, but even so, the service associate that checked me in still came and found me to let me know when the repair was complete. They even finished a few minutes ahead of schedule!I really can't say how their prices compare to others because it was a free repair, but I also bought my Kia here and that experience was pretty fantastic too.

Yes, I thank Mrs. Ashley at Kia in Rockwall. I work long 12hrs shifts. We never met in person, we only spoke over the phone and by email. Mrs. Ashley worked hard to get things handled and taken care of. By Prayers and a very Professional Experience young lady took care of everything. She worked just as hard for me as if she Knew me. I am really Grateful and Thankful for Ashley at Kia Southwest, Kia of Rockwall TX.

From day one I was greeted by a Friendly staff member. They were patient and answered all my questions. Took my car in for ita first service appointment and everything went smoothly. My car was washed and vacuumed and with 3 kids, that was the icing on the cake.
