I called the service department in regards to some repairs and warranty work that I needed done on my vehicle. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful, hence the 1 Star. The gentleman told me I could bring my vehicle in and they would be glad to look at it. At the dealership was a total different experience. I pulled up to the service bay and no one came out. No big deal. I get my son out, walk into the service office, and see at least 5 people talking to one another. A few glance over and I thought okay when they are done talking they will address me. Nope. Several minutes go by. None of them bother to ask if I need assistance. I take my son to the restroom, come back, and still nothing. As I leave another gentleman pulls up and is greeted by one of the workers. I guess I needed my husband with me to be addressed.

Take your business elsewhere. This dealership will only get you into a car with only caring about putting money into their pocket. Our salesman Darius was nice but after we got the vehicle and tried contacting him or the dealership in general we were constantly put on hold or straight up no answer. They messed up our paperwork causing us to come in a couple different times and they called us asking us to come in which we did immediately. And now almost two months later, the lender of my truck I traded in is calling asking for payment because this dealership never paid off the account to my trade in and it s affecting my credit. This whole experience has been the worst I ve ever experienced with buying a vehicle.

So this was my first purchase at a dealership EVER AND Was The WORST Experince ! SEEN OTHER POSTS ABOUT RATS NEST IN THERE ENGINES WITH CHEWED WIRES TOOK MY 2020 Durango For the Same Problem and Honestly And They Won t Take the Blame They Want To Charge Me For Service Fees When The Truck Is Only 2 weeks Old Haven t Had it for A Month Highly Disappointed with there professionalism and Customer Service Another Thing Was The Day I got the truck they took it to the back to check everything on it .fluids engine and cleaned the inside none of that was Done Drove The SUV Home was overheating the first Night It Had No coolant In It Truck And From the inside was full of Dog Hair and the Rats Nest Was There IF YOU PURCHASE A VEICLE FROM THERE CHECK FOR RODANTS OR CHEWD WIRES

Update on a YEAR long ongoing life threatening problem .. took my jeep to Dallas Chrysler jeep dodge ram yesterday after being advised my the advisor at Jeep. They called and set up an appointment with the service department. I arrived at the appointment time and not to my surprise they acted like they didn t know I was coming. As soon as I pulled into the service bay the jeep went into Break down mode with the Safety stop vehicle. Vehicle will shut off messages .Keep in mind this happens every time I drive my vehicle with out warning. My 7 yr old was again with me in this unsafe car! No rental car was offered. No help to get me and my special needs daughter home was offered. I was told that some sort of diagnosis was needed to even begin any Type of help and the service department didn t know when they could get around to that. I have spent all of my savings on rentals because no one from Jeep will help, no one from the service department will help. Do you think if anyone one affiliated with these companies would be ok with this if it were them? If it were there employees or relatives. Does no one have any compassion or morals. Does anyone believe In God ? This treatment is unfair it s immoral. I have been treated like my life and my daughter s life do not matter. I refuse to accept this. The amount of financial burden this has impacted on our lives is beyond comprehension! I have not been able to meet job requirements and deadlines due to the uncertainty and unreliability of this death trap of a vehicle. This car has got to be bought back so that I can be released from any more financial debt and burden it has accumulated and brought me! The previous DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT at Rockwall Chrysler Dodge Jeep will not refund me the $2400 they charged me. When I went to pick up my FIXED jeep they required payment before even looking at the car. As soon as I paid and waked to the vehicle it was not fixed it was not operable it not drivable! They had to kee the new for another several month and then called me to come get it as soon as I drove away got into HWY 30 it lost all Power in prime traffic with my daughter in my car !!!! They had to send a tow truck to get it back to the service department!!! Then kept it for another 3 months. Called and told me they didn t know what s wrong with it, it just started and I needed to come pick it up and get rid of it asap. This is what the engineer from Jeep Mopar told them to tell me! I disputed the payment with my bank and they told my bank that my car was fixed! Lies lies lies!!! I don t understand why I can t get honest people or help with a refund and to take this LEMON BACK! Does an attorney have to be involved to help me? I guess so!

I ve never been more disappointed in a dealer. We took our Jeep here for a check engine light and 75 days later, we got it back after putting in a new engine. We had to take it back only a few days later - it was dumping oil the first time we drove it after 75 days in the shop. 29 days later and after the rear engine seal was replaced, we were told that it now needs a new transmission pump. For weeks at a time throughout the process, we had no idea what the status of our car was. We dropped it off with no transmission problems. No slipping. No noises. No leaking. Nothing. We picked it up with a whistling transmission and $3500 of transmission repairs needed after replacing they replaced the rear engine seal. How does that happen? I would highly recommend taking your car to any other dealer than this one. After 104 days in the shop, we have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with 78,000 miles that now needs $3500 in new transmission repairs. Again, we had high hopes but we definitely feel like we were taken advantage of - we are really sad that this represents the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep name.

This dealership - besides the part department - the rest of the company could careless about customer care. My 2023 jeep grand Cherokee ( less than 4 months old ) went in for the 3rd time for seat repair - still having problems, but it came back in worse condition than it went in. The back panel for both of my front seats got tore up - and the worse part is no one said a thing . The lack of caring to anything even detail is extremely disappointing, but their lack of concern for their disrespect to the property I purchased and worked for is worse. I understand things happen but not to address it is more concerning.

Based on my interactions with this dealership I feel completely deceived. Trying to shop remotely due to distance and this dealership advertised an online price that they refused to honor. We went through the entire credit process to obtain pre-approval only to arrive at a higher price that was not disclosed to us. We ended up with a sad teenager who will not be able to have her new car and also a hard inquiry on our credit as a result of this shady dealership and their bait and switch tactics. I will never do business with this dealership and plan to tell everyone I know to steer clear of this dealership as they do not value their customers and do not honor their word. Buyer beware and shop elsewhere as this place does not care about customers or their time whatsoever.

Disappointment Center?I ve debated on sharing this all weekend. I understand how short staffed everyone is these days and wouldn t normally post when I m sure the issue is staffing. However, I m a new Ram owner and thought the right move was to go for my first oil change at the dealer. But now after two attempts to take care of this on my only days off, Saturday, I m meet with a technician at the express oil change lane telling me it will be 4 or 5 hours, if I m willing to wait. So, what s the deal Rockwall Dodge? Thoughts on renaming your Express Lane to Disappointment Center ? You guys even offer coupons! Why? Do you need higher customer volume?

I just called the dealership inquiring for a new Ram 1500. They transferred my call to new cars and the salesman " maybe Justin" denied to give information unless I am able to let him know when I am planning to go. I asked for the GM or Sales Manager. After a couple minutes on hold another guy answered the call. I asked him if he is the sales manager and he replied with what is your title and hung up. Terrible customer service! Don't waste your time. This is exactly why I buy my cars from Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Plano for the last 20 years because they are honest and professional people, easiest buying experience for new cars, great service, and not shady people like Rockwall.

As an out of state buyer I was very apprehensive about dealing with someone over a vehicle I had only seen pictures of. My salesman (Trevor) made the entire experience seamless and very easy. The finance guy( (Don) was also very easy to deal with. After my 6 hour drive from out of state to the dealership everything went super smooth and the vehicle was exactly as advertised. The next time I m in the market for a good used or even new vehicle I will definitely check out Rockwall Dodge s inventory.

Service was very good. As soon as me and my wife walked in there was someone there asking us if we been helped. They looked up our warranty and gave us exact pricing and a time line of how long the repairs would take. Christina Rico was our service person. She was kind and answered all of our questions.

Communication was not well with my experience. I was told lots of very open ended answers. Could not ever get a straight answer. I brought it in for 4 repairs. Told all was fixed except 1 part on back order with no eta. Then when I pick up the vehicle I have 2 things that weren't fixed. I was told over and over it was 1 thing. And I could have had my car back much sooner but the warranty info wasn't on the ticket and only the working advisor could do it who was off. After my parts come in (if) I will go to the next closest dealership. I will not be using the rockwall dodge jeep dealership again.

The actual service was great, but this is the second time I had to go ask about where my car was after 2 hours and 15 minutes wait. The first time, they completely skipped me, and this time, I was not even given an answer or a printout of my services received. The last time, I received a complimentary free tank of gas, which I just used after almost a year. At least the waiting area and restrooms are nice. They have a nice coffee machine and the good kind of creamer Please take care of your repeat customers, guys. We've bought several cars from Dodge and I always get my oil changed by the dealership with my new cars.

Great service.I went in to have a recall addressed. I was told it would be about an hour and a half. No biggie. I was then informed that I had two other recalls. While I am there, I might as well have those addressed. It's going to be another hour, but no big deal. While the are working on the recalls, I decide to go ahead and have them do an oil change.An hour into my visit, Lance G. comes out and says I'm ready to go. I literally asked if he was serious.Here I am, leaving this review from home while I could still be at the dealership waiting for my service to be complete.For what its worth, a closer dealer wanted to keep my truck for 2+ days for the initial single recall. Thanks again for the fast service Lance and team!

My husband purchased a used truck which has water damage to the interior floor that he was not made aware of. After taking it back to find out about the awful smell, they ran a machine in it for a few hours and we took it home. The smell did not dissipate. After disecting the flooring which was always wet, the smell turned out to be mildew/mold and there was standing water in the interior! Now with no response to emails and a phone call that basically said SOL, we'll be moving forward. There is much more to this obviously. It's unfortunate that there seems to be no integrity when it comes to used vehicles with issues. This is not something that should have been sold on the lot, with or without a warranty.

Y all need to go see Aaron for your next vehicle, he s professional, courteous, friendly and really worked hard in giving us a great deal on our 2024 Ram truck! We Love it and it rides like your on a cloud. Don in finance crunching the numbers to make sure we got the payments we wanted. We actually went in for routine maintenance on our other vehicle and after talking with Aaron he found the vehicle that was our better fit.Thanks

They sold our son a car that he hasn t been able to drive. A rats nest was found in the engine compartment and chewed through many areas as well as the wiring. They say and told our son they inspect their cars. I find it hard to believe they did that on this car. They are now claiming this damage was done in the 2 weeks he had the car even though a 40 plus year Tech they sent us to said that much damage could not be done. The dealer paid for one round of wire repair and then said they were done. Now our son does not have a car to drive.Response to Kelly: we have already spoke and you did nothing to help him. You paid for one repair and then said you were done. He still cannot drive the car.

Rockwall Dodge is a fantastic place to buy a car. I purchased a 2024 Ram 1500 Limited Truck, which I love, from Chris Miles and he went over and above throughout the entire process! There was a problem with the title of my Range Rover lease that I traded in and he went in person to take care of it. Would not hesitate to buy my next car there or recommend my family and friends.

Purchasing from Rockwall has been by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I live three hours from The Rockwall but they assured me it would be a smooth process. False! First off, I paid $500 to have the car delivered to me. After a month or so I received a bill in the mail for a Texas toll that the driver did not stop at. I have been calling for months now and have been told by three different people now that it has been paid. The simple toll fee is now a $48 fine. They seem to screen my calls, and will not give me names of any of the people they are transferring me to anymore. One time literally sat on the call while they said they were paying it in the system (not sure if they were just pretending or what) then told me it was all taken care of. So dishonest. Also, they made me pay for $300 wheel locks and come to find out the vehicle already had factory installed wheel locks. So just pocketed $300 from me. Also was told I didn t have a choice to not pay $1000 for the EVTS system from Mopar. I have asked over and over for the Registration Code and they won t give it to me which makes me nervous it was ever even installed. I was also told by the finance lady that they didn t have the loan paperwork since they had already sent it to the notary company and that I would need to get copies from them. It took me over a month to get all my documents from them after I had signed with the notary. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROCKWALL!!!

I scheduled an appt on Nov 7 at 1:02 pm to have a safety recall repair done on Nov 14. The service advisor confirmed the recall status and scheduled it along with an oil and filter change. I received the confirmation email with both services listed as work to be performed. I dropped my Jeep off, then about 20 mins later the advisor, Ron called me and told me that the recall parts were on backorder nationwide with no idea as to when they would be available due to workers coming off of a strike. I left my Jeep there for the oil and filter change, ONLY because it was overdue and no one else could get to it in short notice and I'm going out of town tomorrow. FYI, $325.82 for that service! Not completely trusting the advisor, I called a dealership in Prosper and they have the parts, there isn't a backorder and the estimate for an oil and filter change is $237.00. I have left a message for the Service Manager to return my call, so this review may or may not be edited after that call.

Scheduled a recall to be fixed with my Jeep, was told "parts would be here next week" but never got a call. Called three weeks later. They have no estimated time for me to get my car fixed. All it states is that the parts were ordered. Asked for a time frame, they said they can't give me a time frame to fix my car. Every person I've spoken to on the phone sounds like they hate their job and can't provide any answers

I'm not a person that leaves reviews but Rockwall Dodge deserves one! I bought a 19 Ram Rebel today and they went above and beyond to get me in the truck I wanted! My salesperson was Sidney and she was extremely friendly and easy to work with! She is new at car sales and we were actually her very first sale! She has a very bright future ahead of her and Rockwall Dodge should be proud to have her on board!! The sales manager Chris was fantastic! Not pushy at all and honestly seemed like he wanted our business and not just our money. They got us in and out extremely fast! Once we decided on a truck, the entire process took maybe 2hrs! Great people, great selection, all around great experience! I couldn't recommend them anymore!! This dealership will forever have my business!! Thank you Rockwall Dodge!!!

Second time my jeeps been in for a fuel pump first time for 1 month they left off the emergency brake brackets and a few of the gas tank skid plate bolts were loose.I fixed it.This time 3 weeks I go to load stuff into the back seat and find this no idea where it goes.So much for quality control. So now I m going have to go back again

The Service Provider that assisted me was Justin Kirby. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about my vehicle and the services that were provide. The waiting time was a lot shorter than expected. Great customer service.
