Renegade provided exceptional customer service. They did an awesome job of repairing another company poorly done bed liner job and replaced it with an entirely new Linex bed liner on our truck. We are very happy with the results and would definitely use their services again for any future new vehicles we may purchase. Kudos to Renegade for taking such good care of us.

GREAT PLACE!!!! My expectations and experience with Renegade Customs were by far exceeded. The knowledge of the product needed to the installation and to overall customer service was phenomenal. There is no hesitation in knowing that I will definitely be using them when needed, going forth, as well as singing the praises, and giving referrals. John and everyone I dealt with was very patient and professional with all my questions. This was my first time customizing a truck so I was a little nervous. Renegade Customs leveled my 2023 Ram 1500 and it looks so much better with the bigger tires. Thanks guys!

I was quoted a price for LineX spray in my 2020 2500HD bed on the phone. Not told of any upcharges. After driving one hour to office and Renegade inspecting and accepting my truck, the manager came to inform me after they already started work that due to the condition of my bed there is a $100 upcharge. He ridiculed my truck bed for being worn and not new. After discussion I relented to paying. Evaluation and cost should be negotiated up front. The manager didn't like the decision made by my sales person which was great. The manager should realize not everyone has a new truck, train his people better and stand behind their decision. He's not very good at customer service. Overall the installer did a good job. And the salesman was good. I'm happy with the work. But not happy with the bait and switch by the manager. I guess they are used to doing work for new car dealers and not people who actually use their truck.

These guys are awesome. I called Renegade Customs on the fly to schedule a roll-up bed cover installation for my Ford F250. They not only located the exact bed cover asked for, but had it delivered to the shop next day. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the owner/GM who quickly took my details and had my truck ready for service. Overall, the installation took about an hour and looked great upon inspection. They recommended some products to care for and extend the life of my new cover, which has proven to be true. I would highly recommend Renegade Customs to anyone looking for high quality work for cars or trucks.

Stopped in to have a LINE-X Premium Bedliner installed while passing through Rockwall on a trip with my heeler. Great folks, great service, dog friendly. In and out (with new liner) in less than 3 hours. Perfect!

Renegade Customs did an excellent professional job in my Premium Mach-E car!It is my first time for my car to be coated with ceramic pro and I will never go back to traditional waxing. The car is exceptionally glossy, the coating is extraordinarily smooth, water beads up and literally drips off the car and bird droppings clean up effortlessly without harming the car s paint. I can say that the employees of Renegade are highly trained and skilled who did a magnificent job of coating my car inside and out.The staffs including the Lead Detailer, Brandon Cox and the CEO Chris Lewis are very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable about ceramic pro and other services they offer. Whatever questions raised and they have an immediate answer and solution catered to the needs of genres of customers like me. They have reasonable prices tailored to the client s preferences. Booking an appointment and dropping off my car is extremely easy. I called them and they scheduled me in smoothly.Chris and his team did an amazing job! Excellent service! Renegade deserves an accolade!

Chris Lewis and his team were AWESOME!!! They took excellent care of my new truck with a new lift kit, new all-terrain tires and new window tint. Not to mention, since I purchased my truck used it had a scent of smoke from the previous owner and Renegade was able to take that scent away. These guys can do it all! I can t say enough about Renegade Customs. I purchased a Tonneau Cover last year for my new truck from Renegade and had it installed. It was great. A couple of months after, I took the cover loose to install some tie down loops on the bed of the truck. Afterwards, the cover wouldn t close flush to the truck because I had loosened the mounting rails. I took it back to Renegade to have it adjusted. When I got there I asked John how long it would take and how much. He said they would do it right then. It took the professionals less than ten minutes to correct what it took me a half hour to mess up. They did it at no charge as well.So I came back this year and purchased a Decked Drawer system for my tools. John had recommended it to me at the last visit and showed me the one he has on his own truck. He ordered it for me and Renegade installed it. It is better than I could ve imagined. I no longer have to climb up into the back of my Ram 2500 4X4 to get a tool.I wholeheartedly recommend Renegade Customs for any custom work you may want for your vehicle. John and the guys are great. I have had nothing but friendly, straightforward service from them. Let s just wait and see what I can have Renegade do to my truck next.

These guys are so great and helpful! John at the front is friendly and knowledgeable about everything - he will give you excellent recommendations should you need them (I definitely did). They do everything here - For me, it was the hard tonneau cover and the rock lights. I am ecstatic with the results and process from start to finish! I am looking forward to my next addition to the truck!! A+++++

Not long after buying my new Ram in 2021 I brought my truck to Renegade Customs. They put in the Line-X spray in bed liner. They did exceptional work. Last week I brought my truck back and had it leveled with the RC 2 struts. Again they did great work and had my truck back to me same day. I will continue to bring my truck to Renegade for future mods.

Mr. Kevin and Mr. Jon are the guys to come and see. Absolute awesome guys. They will get you and your vehicle right! Dealership tried to tell me this and that about my truck but I wasn t buying it. Came down to Renegade Customs and I can tell you they will treat you right. They got me all set up with my AMP Research power steps, BAK MX4 Bedcover, and Premium Line X. They got a lifetime customer Wheels and lift to come!

I had a cold air intake installed as well as some paint protection film and tonneau cover repairs. They did great work and got my truck back to me quicker than expected. Will definitely use them in the future and would easily recommend their services!

Renegade Customs is top notch place to get your aftermarket accessories. They really do a great job servicing your vehicle and giving you updates with the status of your car or truck. Chris is great giving you details along with the staff in the shop. You will fall in love with your vehicle again after Renegade Customs does some work on it. They have done a bed liner, tonneau cover, front and rear bumpers along with a winch and my Jeep Gladiator looks good and Renegade Customs has played a part with that. Absolutely Incredible Service and attention to detail. My new truck didn't come with a spray in bed liner so I reached out to Renegade Customs to get it done. When I arrived I was promptly met in the parking lot by an employee and he went over the process. I've had a bed liner in every truck I've owned for over 20 years and this one really stands out. The lines are PERFECT and the attention to detail is amazing. By far this is the most Superior bed liner I've ever purchased. I also asked about a suspension lift for my truck. These guys stayed after hours to look up what could be done on my truck. These guys Work for your business and it shows! THIS is what customer service looks like! I'll be back!DB

Chris & Kevin are amazing people to work with. I recently had a Warn Winch S10, Dash Cam, and Ceramic Coating Gold package installed on my 2019 Jeep JL. Hands down, they do an amazing job.Customer services is by far better then 4wheel parts and another shop. You want a job done right the first time, go to Renegade's Customs!!!

5 star experience. Not one to write reviews but I am taking the time for these folks. Installed my Tonneau Cover and tinted my windows. Chris and Kevin were super knowledgable and were patient in answering all my questions. Definite Recommend.
