My car wouldn't start so I walked over to O'Reilly's (Ridge Rd Rckwall Texas) and explained my situation to Mamdouh.From the start he went the extra mile... walking with me back to my car. He tested the battery and alternator. A friendly driver offered to help jump my car and back Mamdouh and I went to the store.He helped me choose the best battery for my buck and then actually replaced it for me!I highly recommend Mamdouh and O'Reilly's. Really, just the best! Thank you for sharing your goodness!

Mr Alan is super cool good service knowledgeable. My guy Muhammad or something like that because he wouldn't let me see or get his name rushed me and the customer out of line as if we were irritating him. Very horrible experience with him until Alan decided to help. Oh yea we left empty handed..was told parts were in stock and they were not. INVENTORY!

Terrible customer service. I walked into the store to grab some windshield wiper blades for my car like I've done many times before but instead of buying them i walked out of the store after being berated by a employee to have me give him info about my car (model,year,plate number) like I didn t know what size i needed. after I proceeded to the aisle to grab my blades i was yelled at from across the store to come back to the front so he could prove a point. I will never be back to this store that treats its paying customers with the tonality and disrespect i experienced.

When my check engine light came on about 3 weeks after replacing the catalytic converter, I of course had a "freak out" moment. I stopped by this O'Reilly location to have it read, and thank goodness it turned out to be minor leak with the gas cap!! The gentleman that helped me, Alan, was super nice and greeted me immediately after walking in. Not only did they have the replacement cap in stock, but Alan changed it out for me in the parking lot, and he turned the check engine light off so I'll know I have another problem if it comes back on!! I would like to give the O'Reillys in Rockwall, and especially Alan, a BIG shout out for helping this gal out with her car frustrations!!!

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a set of shocks supposed to be in next day at 330. Called. Asked my number to look up. Said it was t there. I asked when and if yhe could track. He just said maybe an hour. Check back. Called back in an hour. Same guy answered. Just said no deliveries yet. I asked if he could check on delivery. Just said call back later. Terrible customer service

I always have a great experience when I visit. The staff are always helpful, kind, and they all seem to know exactly what I need. Many times when the system is giving them fits because something is is not categorized correctly.They have been able to provide many recommendations that have always worked out for me pretty well.The store is always clean, and that to me is very important.

I am so super impressed with Katy at this O Reilly s location. I was having some issues with a battery & she was absolutely AWESOME!! Got my battery replaced in no time & was extremely knowledgeable & helpful! Fantastic customer service Katy! Thank you soooo very much! YOU ARE FABULOUS!!!!! They are lucky to have you!! Keep up the great work!

This site, like others is clean and inviting. The lady that helped me was friendly and very helpful. Easily accessible on Ridge Rd and Goliad in Rockwall. Prices are competitive.

My battery died and I googled the nearest O Reily auto parts store near me. There was one a mile away. I went to the counter and the young lady was not able to find my original purchase, but the battery was in the 3 year warranty period. She processed my new battery In 15 minutes. Thank You Katy for your outstanding service!

I went in for a wiper blade and the guy had to ask me 3 times what kind of car it was for. He then walks over to the aisle where the wiper blades are, then walks to the back, then to the aisle, then to the computer and then back to the aisle. Finally comes back with the wiper blade and I asked if he would mind putting it on for me (I wanted to make sure it was the correct one) so he walked out to put it on and rips open the package from the new one and tosses it on to my hood. I keep my car immaculate so for him to just toss the ripped open box (with a jagged plastic edge) on my hood and have it slide down, really made me mad. He could have tossed it in the trash can that was just a few steps away or even asked me to hold it.I have never had a good experience at this store so I will not be returning.These guys should be more respectful with people's cars.

Great help for the most part, (you have to be careful with one of the new guys, but he's learning). . the managers and the people who have been there a while know there stuff and go out of their way to help as much as they can. Still very friendly and professional service. Colton was a great help with my order.

Had the part I needed to for my vehicle headlamp. Guy crosschecked it on computer if it was right - he kept insisting getting license plate number ad I only gave year, make and model of vehicle. Not sure what my license plate has to do with it. He also insisted that my car to be on site. It was juat a daytime headlamp - easy fix, knew i could do it. I grew up with mechanics and owned a vehicle since driving age of 16 and never have been asked for personal information or be degraded as a woman. Heck might as well say he degraded my husband because he was with me amd this guys still insisted my license plate number, if i was SURE it was a headlamp. I knew I had right part as I double checked on my phone but the guy insisted before checking out. My husband was getting irritated with this guy still asking additional information, asked if I'm sure it's my head lamp was what I needed. We didn't even bring my car we took my husband's car.This location is closest to my house, so guess next time I'm there I'll dismiss this guy from the start or request someone new. As I know this isn't proper behavior for an employee of this company.

I have been here multiple times. I saw Roy and Muhammad. They were both extremely rude and both didn't know how to use the computer system. They obviously don't want to work here.

I had a great experience. I walked in and was greeted with great customer service. I worked with a guy name Anthony. They didn't have what I wanted in stock so he ordered it. Anthony said he could have it there the same day by noon. Fantastic highly recommended. Good job O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I went in to find two guys sitting near the front talking. They were clueless and had no business running a auto parts store. I asked for electric fuel pumps. Not only were they clueless they were nasty due to the fact that they didn't know what I was taking about. They literally brought out mechanical pumps from the back when i asked to see what they had in stock. I had to laugh which passed them off more. So I walked around the counter towards the back wall and "behold" they had a pump on the wall. I asked if they knew they specs on it and if it would work on a postal Jeep with a 4. You would have thought I aked what was for dinner on Mars. At that point I left.

I frequently go to this location. My most recent trip was to score a bulb for a headlight. The gentleman took the time out of his day to walk over to the isle where I had selected the wrong bulb and made sure I purchased the right one. Absolutely excellent customer service experience. You don't really expect that type of attention to detail anymore from people. Everytime I go in, the customer service is on point. Parking lot is debris-free and I never see trash or tons of oil on the ground. The store, itself, is always clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this Rockwall location for all your automotive needs.

I don't know if it's just that on again off again Plano attitude but this store makes the friendly cut but barely. I would try a different store next time. And I was a bit surprised when I asked for a parking right bulb too d him my car info he said they would need to see the actual bulb. What if I didn't have one. Found that odd .

Just left the store after a great experience. Anthony went out of his way to help me with a battery core problem i was having. Honestly, every time ive come here they have been great to work with.
