Came in for a tire repair and brake check and turns out I'll need new brakes and rotors. They said that they'll need to order a tire pressure monitor from nearby dealer and so they said to just drop off the car and they'll order it. So I told them why not go ahead and order it from nearby have it ready and I'll get it done same day because I needed so. They said they can do that so I agreed to stop by and get it done but before that I asked them how long it'd take they said 2 hours so I timed my arrival to get there about 2 hours before they closed and when I got there I spoke to the girl in the front and verified once more how long they said 2 hours. So that was about 3 times I verified. Surely after waiting about 20 min it seems ask if they were just getting in and out of my car laughing so I came out to ask and the other girl said oh we didn't plan for your car to be here today and that's when I had it. They mentioned the part will be here by the time I'm here and that the brake pads and rotors were ready to I stall even telling me it's 2 hours and now their saying it'll be held overnight. This place is a total joke. I sat and watched them closely as they sat in the car started up and stuff a couple times. They should really look at the current employees there.

Took my truck here on a Sunday for a simple flat repair. I had already located and plugged the hole to get me there. The young male behind the counter shopped for shoes on his phone the first 30-45 seconds of our conversation. He then disappeared to the shop without saying a word. Upon his return, he advised me it would be 2 hours. I said cool I got all day and they were the only tire shop open. He then advised it would be two hours before they could even look at it, leading me to believe they didn t want to work or take my money. I said cool, it can sit here all day and we went to eat. 3 hours later, I returned only to find my truck sitting untouched in the same spot. 12pm till 3pmNobody greeted me at the counter so I began searching for my key in the office and behind the counter. I had to step into the shop to find the same person to help me. He brought me my key and didn t say a word. I told him I guess nobody wants to work today, he disappeared into the shop. Never again. Discount tire sucks but at least they take care of you.

**TOP NOTCH**i came out on a sunday afternoon after a day of hibernation only to find a pancake of a tire i was directed to our local NTB upon recommendation of a good friend. it was 4:47 pm and they closed at 5.i was hoping they could just patch it until i could take it back to where i purchased under warranty, alas, twas not the case. victor was an absolute lifesaving gem! he got my car in and not only checked it and the other tire on that side, but got it off, found an inexpensive substitute and his tire guy had me out the door in 20 minutes!not only is this top notch customer service on a sunday evening when the cowboys are playing, this is dedication to his clients and his company and he did it with a smile on his face. i cannot convey how grateful i was for their genuine kindness and concern.victor, you were an amazing leader that day and your team worked seamlessly together with you to get me back in the road!! THANK YOU!!

Since they ve moved to Mavis their service and online booking experience has turned to garbage. I have and had brought all 4 of my vehicles there for at least 7+ years but today is the day I say enough. Sent my 18yo son there for an emergency oil change, which I scheduled. I attempted to complete the customer survey to qualify for $10 off that he can use. Website no longer works. I asked my son to let them know, show them and ask if they would honor it. The response he received, oh it must be down . Not honored and paid full price. Oh and they can t rotate the tires because the tread is too low by a quarter inch. Cmon! They ve done it on less. I ve seen it. Heck they ve done it for before to my other vehicles.

Came here today to get an oil change. Customer service was really nice. Rosa at the front desk was more than helpful and had an amazing attitude. We were serviced very quickly. Definitely recommend

I went there very early in the morning to get assistance with my license plate. I recently had purchased a new motorbike and a young lady at the front desk. Let me know that she could assist me with installing my license plate. She escorted me to the back and told me to bring my vehicle around back, as they begin to assess the situation, they noticed that the bracket was too big for the license plate so she went to go get a professional opinion on what to do. She came back with a Gentleman by the name of Giovanni and he was great help he said for the time being to be safe to use zip ties till I get a proper bracket installed as I was on my way to get zip ties. He told me to hold on for a second ran back in the shop. and grab some zip ties. I was very thankful for all of their hospitality, and they asked for no pay in return. Thank you guys so much for your great customer service.

Normally my go-to location for my car needs but my visit today was suboptimal. Made an appointment over the phone for a state inspection but when I arrived I was told the employee who does those was not coming in until later in the day. I know life happens but a call would have been nice to save my time and gas.

Came in on 1/9/23 initially for 2 tires I ordered the previous week. Got a call from Jacobi saying I needed struts brakes amongst a list of other things. He got me in & out, my cars driving smooth almost like new. Got a call the following morning asking how it was driving . I will be back, loved the genuine care for my car as if it were his own. You go Jacobi!

Thank you for the service and the honesty. Told me I still had a few more miles before my brakes were due. The dealer wanted to sell them to me because they were metal to metal . There wasn t even any brake noise.

Took my recently purchased 2020 Porsche Cayenne e-Hybrid Turbo in to have tires checked. They checked the tires and added air at no charge. Also gave me good advice on oil changes. Fantastic staff-informative, helpful, respectful.

Came in for an alignment because I had prepaid for it. Unfortunately, I found out that I would need more than an alignment. The tech that reviewed my car stated that my rear control arm apparently was bent and would need replacing.I requested for the tech to show me. He did. He didn't try to convince me to do anything that I wasn't comfortable doing. He actually was concerned about making sure that I spent repairs on what was needed. I appreciated the honesty. It is clear to me that all NTB locations are not created equal. When I lived in Denton that location made dangerous errors to my newly purchased tires. It's good to know not all are the same and sad at the same time. Thank Rockwall location for restoring my confidence.

the services i received here were above and beyond. they recommended me services that were due from the dealership without dealership price ! they took care of all my automobile services and rosa and erick explained everything in terms i could understand. The tech in the back had me amazed by the speed and responsiveness. rossa took the keys back and he pulled it in almost instantly. Thank you Guys

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE! I used to go here and get great service but in the past 2 years I have not gone here with being recommended, as in won t patch my tire because it s too dangerous, to purchase two or more tires. This place is the epitome of crocked business. STAY AWAY! FAR AWAY!

Just wanted to share the GREAT, professional and courteous service I received this morning by Giovanni and his tire crew. NTB is the place I use whenever I need assistance with my tires. However, this morning's service definitely displayed a true action of customer service. May Giovanni and his team know, that those minor details to attention go along way. So anyone looking for tires and other services, offered by NTB, this location goes highly recommended.

Gio was amazing, as soon as i walked in i was greeted and felt welcome. I don t know too much about cars and he was able to explain things to me! he got me in and out of there quickly to! i would 100% recommend this location!

The guys at NTB really helped us out today. As part of our annual Texas inspection, they noticed we didn't have a front license plate 'cuz that's the way the car was when we bought it. So they drilled holes and attached it for us... NO CHARGE! Thanks NTB Rockwall!! Love you guys.

This is now my second time having an issue with this Auto shop, no clue why I even came back in the first place.I had an appointment for an oil change at 12, it s been over a hour and my car has not moved out of the parking lot. Extremely frustrating.Update it took almost 2 hours to do an oil change and inspection WITH an appointment.

I made an appointment online stating that I am needing an oil change, a fuel filter change and a state inspection. I go in at my scheduled time and the employee asks me what services I was needing. I tell them I m needing an oil change, a fuel filter change and a state inspection. They me checked in and was told, we ll call you when it s ready. Shame on me for not asking for an eta but I ve had several services here and felt that about 2 hours is a fair amount of time.I leave and come back about an hour and a half later. I sit and wait patiently because it s still pretty early. The time passes to now three hours since my appointment time. The employee who checked me in was on the phone asking for a fuel filter and gives the make and model of my vehicle. I perk up because they were having no luck locating this part and the employee said you delivered one earlier but it didn t fit to the person on the other end of the phone. I am now aware they are having a problem locating something for my vehicle s service. They continue to call several other people looking for the same thing finally locating one. The employee sees me sitting there but continues out to the bay.30 minutes pass and now I m visibly irritated, the same employee walks in and sees it and states we re just waiting on the fuel filter all the while not updating me on the issue. This was problem number one for me because I feel like the customer s time should be of most importance and addressed. Maybe someone should notify me of the situation, have a timeframe and ask if that is ok with me.I leave the location because we are now three and a half hours in and my time is valuable to me. Two more hours later, I receive a call from an unknown number of a city not even close to the store location so I don't answer it. I then receive a voicemail that says my vehicle is ready for pickup.I arrive to pickup my vehicle about 30 minutes after I receive the voicemail.I am assisted by a different employee from earlier. I ask the employee why it took five hours to do the 3 services I requested. I was told 3 different parts company s delivered a fuel filter that didn t fit. Again, never notified. They then tell me that my bill will be $426. I am alarmed at this price so I ask what all that included. I was then told a state inspection, an oil change, a brake fluid flush and a power steering fluid flush. (Nowhere in there a fuel filter change was mentioned) I tell the employee that I never asked for that and I was told well that s what she put . (She typed out exactly what I asked for originally on the form so I m not sure where that answer came from). I will go talk to her . The employee leaves and comes back and states they talked to their manager and says he called you and got approval . Absolutely not a single phone call requesting approval or updates or anything other than the earlier stated ready for pickup voicemail. I let the employee know that I received no phone calls about this matter so I ask for the manager. I am then told he s not here, I called him. I then proceed to say that I did not authorize this work and ask why I would have these services when I have a new vehicle. The answer I got was the mileage . I have 32k miles on my vehicle, that doesn t convince me. The employee is quick to deflect and state they will just take it off the ticket then I state that it would only be fair as I didn't ask for nor approve the work.I left they re very angry, unsure if the work done on my vehicle is even satisfactory and if the fuel filter even got changed.I hope that shady business is not being conducted here but this experience suggests otherwise. The part that really disappoints me the most was there was zero apology for any miscommunication, inconvenience or time lost because of the issues they were having. They were quick to place blame without regard and showed zero sympathy for the whole matter.

I want to give recognition to Tae , Taylor and Rosa. I came in with a last minute emergency and was stressed about how I was going to get things taken care of and those three blessed me in more ways than one . Thank you for the awesome customer service

I had a tire with an air leak that I had to get repaired. It was a Sunday and I discovered that the National Tire & Battery near me was OPEN! When I arrived, I was courteously greeted and provided with information on tire choices for my vehicle. Within a reasonable time my vehicle's tires were replaced. While I waited, there was a clean comfortable waiting room with seating, coffee, soft drinks and TV. I will return if circumstances dictate the need.
