Edgar was very honest and open. Any questions or issues I had he was able to help. Since getting my car back, I have called him and he has been willing to help out and make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. Car took a bit to get back die to back order of part, but he make sure to update me during the process. Definitely recommend!

I take all of my cars to Edgar and his team at Metalworkz Collision! He has done good by us whether I was paying out of pocket for something minor to hail damage that completely decimated the vehicle to collision work. I highly recommend!

I recently had a fender bender and was in desperate need of a reliable and trustworthy body shop to repair the damages. Luckily, I stumbled upon Metaworkz and I couldn't be happier with the results. Metalworkiz Collision just completed repairs to my car today. I am very happy with the results. They picked up my car and delivered the repaired vehicle the following day. The owner was very helpful and courteous and acted in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this company and will most certainly use them if needed in the future.

I want to say I am extremely happy customer with the body work that was done to my 2021 Silverado. Edgar was very professional and very reasonably priced compared to any other shops in the Rockwall area. Edgar completed the job in a very timely manner and went way and beyond with a full detail cleaning job on the truck. Amazing work! Edgar was able to help me with everything, from insurance going back and forth, to getting my car fixed. He communicated with me every step they were taking. Very professional, but comfortable to work with at the same time. For me as a girl who knows nothing about cars or dealing with insurance, they sure did help me out a lot! I saw all the awesome reviews for MetalWorkz so decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed!From the very beginning they were very responsive and exceptionally helpful. They work for YOU and not the insurance company. They made sure my car was fixed the right way with the right parts (not some junk yard parts that the insurance company requested). They called me (at least) every other day to keep me updated and informed with the whole process.MetalWorkz Collision went above and beyond and I simply can't recommend them enough. They even helped me out when the insurance company resisted paying for a new car seat! My car looks better than before!Service: Body & Trim

I was truly impressed with my experience here. Big shout out to Edgar and his team. He was able to get me in short notice and did great work on tough job.I mentioned that my wife s car had broken down in passing and he called the next day to make sure she made it home. Called Edgar after my truck was broken into. He told me I could bring it in the next morning when other body shops couldn't get me in for weeks or longer. Still has the truck but, based on the work he did for my brother's vehicles, I have no doubt the work will be top notch.

I had a lot of hail damage that had accumulated over the last few years. They did a great job working with my insurance company to get it all taken care of. Very professional, great service and really good communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them

TOP NOTCH! I took my wife's car in for a broken window and window regulator. Both were fixed quickly and the car was in excellent shape when I picked it up. Clean and professional. These guys are great and I will be taking the car back in a couple months for a paint job.

Thank you for not only replacing my bumper and grill but also adding a different grill. I have received many compliments. I had came in with crashed bumper and grill and came back to a F sport grill, it looked like a new car. I am very pleased and happy with the results. Thank you metalworkz!
