Found this business on Yelp! as I am new to the area and was in a tight spot when I had no brake lights. These guys worked and located my initial issue, but had to dig deep for another issue. Was expecting an enormous bill due to the time they put in to the diagnosis and was shocked when I was given the total. Not only were they way under what I was expecting, but they explained the issues they found and what all they did. Great customer service and friendly technicians!! Couldn t be happier and I ve found my shop in Rockwall!

I ve used Jackson automotive twice now for various car issues, and both times I have been very impressed with their service.Both Brian & James were polite & professional throughout the process, and I have a lot of confidence in the work the did - which is rare now days in the auto shop industry. I highly recommend their business!

Jackson Automotive never disappoints! They ve repaired my two cars, Cadillac & Mercedes and I m always impressed by how knowledgeable they are and how accommodating they are. Highly recommend!! Steve R.

Jason you sir are exceptional at what you do. This gentleman is thorough with his work in every aspect from what I can see. He was quick to greet me and kind in doing so. He was immediately willing to take a look at my issue and with a little quick-witted enginuity was able to find a solution and complete the work in no time. The price was under what I expected, the work was solid! Highly recommend these guys! 100/5 stars! You've earned not only my respect, but also a customer for life. Thank you for proving that there are still honest shops with genuinely helpful hardworking people at the helm.

They do Good work. These are good, honest people. I can't say enough good things about Jackson Automotive.11 years later I'm still using them. They don't sell you anything you don't need. Had a rack and pinion and mounts put on my truck and these guys always have my vehicle ready in time. James the owner is a sweet guy. He stays busy but he does offer great service. He offered me coffee before my meeting so I didn't have to make extra stops. He was kind to ask if I had a ride when I dropped my vehicle off. Brian is great as well. If you need reliable service with techs who actually talk to you then this is the place. My husband usually tells them whats going on with my truck because he can explain better. They give you a list of any problems that needs fixing as well. Cant go wrong. Best service Ive had in awhile. Thanks!

I've been using Jackson Automotive for years now. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and vehicles. Their work is always solid and at a reasonable price considering their workmanship. Any time I've come to pick up my vehicle the mechanic will always come out and go over everything done and other things he may have noticed that requires attention.. Thanks for all your care throughout the years guys! Keep up the great work!

Scathingly rude while looking down on their customers. I decided to give this place a try after about 10 years of avoiding them for similar issues. After one phone call with a simple question, I was reassured nothing had changed as far as their customer service. Still very rude and very condescending.

This shop has quality mechanics that know what they are doing. I fought with my 1 ton 4x4 dually for months with several different shops including a dealership and only Jackson Automotive was able to properly align the front end of my vehicle. That was 60,000 miles ago - I will only trust these folks to care for my vehicles when I must use a professional shop.

I recently had to have my clutch, flywheel and water pump replaced. I wanted a specific clutch package and because of that, I had to wait for the order to come through. But James was great and always kept in touch, to let me know what was happening with my car. My clutch is holding great now and I had a great experience with Jackson Automotive. Great experience from a trustworthy, family owned business!

These guys were great! My A/C went out and I had taken it somewhere else to get looked at. After getting a ridiculously high quote, I brought my car here and they found the problem quickly and were able to fix it that day. I ended up paying $1000 less than what my original quote was and I felt like these guys were more thorough in their inspection. I also liked that they didn't try performing services I didn't ask for. I've had some bad experiences before paying for things I didn't want done on my car, but these guys did exactly what I wanted. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me out, not just get as much as they can out of me. I will definitely be coming here next time I have an issue with my car!!!

Great experience with excellent staff and employees. Within minutes they were able to identify a problem that had eluded multiple mechanics and cost me a rather large sum of money trying to find. With their help and advice I was able to resolve all of the outstanding issues in my vehicle quickly and affordably.

If you want your car fixed. Take it to Jackson automotive repair shop. They have the equipment to test your car and find out what to problem is. They have been in business for a long time. They are really good at what they do. I have checked out almost all of the shops around Rockwall Texas and I have been going back to Jackson automotive. I would take my mother there. They work with chubs towing. So call chubs,have your auto towed to Jackson and start getting ready to drive your car. I have never had to take my cars back for the same thing after they fix something it's fixed and its done right the first time. They can do warranty work on most cars. They are all qualified for everything car related auto repair needed. I really feel like you can trust them to be true to you. I have to drive my work car 48 states I depending on their work to keep my car up and repaired I have been able to make it safely back home. When I get a job I get in my car with confidence that it will do the job.

Great work that you can trust. My car had a burning smell. Took it to the shop, and it was a plastic bag that had jammed into my exhaust. No charge. Love having a shop I can trust. Jackson Automotive in Rockwall. Not the fastest or cheapest but I trust them and they will continue to get my business.

This is the local automotive repair shop that you want a car novice to visit. They are honest in diagnosing issues and are not out to rip you off. I have been using their services for several years and recommend them to anyone. Joe and his staff will take their time to explain the issues and the options for repair!

Asking the customer how they are doing goes a long way. Don t sound bothered! When you have a potential customer asking about pricing! I won t be using y allIt s your job to answer. Not our faults y all have a rough day.

I have been here a couple of times and each time was great! They are a very honest business which I have had a hard time finding in the automotive repair industry. The prices are reasonable and turn around is quick. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Came in because my fan belt was squealing. After I came back in to pick up my vehicle I was met with a man twirling my my old fan belt and appearing to look annoyed with me. After I paid $200 plus for the repair. The squealing started again less then a month after the shop supposedly repaired the issue. I've been there a couple times. A family owned and operated business. They do quality work that they stand behind. They don't fool around and get it done quick. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I will continue to give them my business.
