Looking for service for my MB around Rockwall I came to their website and after reading some reviews I decided to give them a try.I am not just happy. I am also grateful and lucky to have found them.Serviced my car, they sent a full and complete report with photos, they found a leak in my transmission that saved me a major repair and then the price for that repair was more than reasonable.I have been recommending them to all my friends with imported and classic cars. Some of them are customers already.These guys are professional, dependable and right on schedule.Oh, and with their reward points program you ll get some bucks back, which are always welcome.

Horizon Auto Center did a great job with my new running boards. They are always friendly to work with, and have been reasonable on every accessory I have purchased for my trucks! They also aligned my truck and sold me new tires a little below Costco and Discount Tire pricing. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Horizon Auto Center has once again done a fantastic job on my Jeep! Corbin ordered my front bumper and it came in early and they installed it in one day. Stopped in for an oil change a while back and was blown away by the great services and pricing. This a top tier auto repair center that still manages to keep their prices reasonable. Best in the area, definitely coming back for another oil change in 5,000 miles. Thanks Horizon.

I stopped into Horizon Auto Center this morning because I noticed I had a screw in my tire and it was leaking air slowly. I have never been to this auto center before, but I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. They were very busy this morning, but I was told they would be able to look at my tire in about 30min. During the time I was there which was under 30 min, I noticed how pleasant all of the employees were to everyone that walked in the door. They truly went above and beyond for people. They took time to explain in detail what another customer waiting, needed and went out of their way to accommodate her. Once they told me my car was done, they found the screw, added air to the tire and they did not even charge me. It was a very pleasant experience for something I usually dread going into auto shops. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone that needs help with their vehicles.

They changed my catalytic converter recently after another mechanic botched the job. They were quick, thorough, and very reasonably priced, especially for the quality. My car is running much better than it has in a long time. Thank you!

Once one of the better mechanic shops in town that seemed to want to do the customer right. However, they did fail us the last time we brought a car in there. We left it with them for a couple of weeks and and spent a large amount of money and agreed for them to fix a couple of other things including a single simple battery clamp ( $300+) hoping it would additionally resolve the issue of why my daughter's Honda CRV that would not start on cold days, until the air temperature reaches about 55 degrees. They at first actually had the audacity to call us to tell us it was repaired and I ask the service guy if he was 100 % sure? He said yes and it did not start. So we left it another week. We picked it up one a warm day and it started...until the next cold day and it still takes my daughter 7 or 8 tries to get it started. When the day warms up it starts fine. By now we are frustrated and realize it is no use to take it back up there. I am now in search for a competent mechanic somewhere in town, probably an old timer who has seen everything and knows exactly what needs to be fixed, because if it is something the computer doesn't read, they can't figure it out. It's not just these guys, it is like that in the entire mechanical industry. Folks please don t let these guys fool you. They were only able to start the car when the air temperature was warm enough. We brought the car in because it had trouble starting in the cold. Since we are elderly, they are apparently trying take advantage of us and are using a minor dented fender and a 16 year old car as an excuse to cover up their own incompetence. It s either you can repair the problem or you can t, it s just that simple.

I have brought my vehicles here for state inspection the last 2 years. Quick and efficient, communicate well. Starting to make me think I should be bringing my Hondas here instead of the dealership.

Highly recommend, I had problem installing a tonneau cover I had ordered on line. Called, explained my situation, they immediately made me an appointment, customer service and technician were awesome. They reinstalled correctly even though I did not purchase from them. In future will also have them order and install all my Jeep Gladiator accessories. Great service.

I went there two months ago for an estimate, 45 min later send a very high estimate. I said no, went to puck up truck, same day, they charged me $180 (by the way, I only had $140 with me) to tell me what was wrong. They didn t mention they charge such high fee to check it, nor they have any info in their website. I told them to show me something written about it, he wouldn t. Their mechanics are very nice, but management sucks. That was not right.

This was my first time as a customer, and I guarantee the folks at Horizon Auto Center are among the best of the best I've encountered in my 3 decades of driving!! I hadn't used them before, and I specifically chose Horizon due to the owner's response to the very few negative reviews I read (you should check them out :)). I can't remember the name of the lady that first welcomed me when I walked in for my appointment, but I can tell you she made me feel right at home. My catalytic converter needed to be replaced, and Matt was especially kind in breaking that news to me. While there were some delays in the completion due to holidays and parts deliveries, their communication about and explanation of that was pleasantly unexpected. The manager, Devin, himself called me at one point explaining the reasons for the delays! Now that I've had my car back for a couple weeks, it's running WAY better than when I bought it used from a side lot in April 2023...she actually has some "get up & go" now!!! I have to thank EVERYONE at Horizon for EVERYTHING, and I highly recommend you make an appointment with them for any of your car needs!!!

This place is the best!! Their customer service is outstanding. I came in with my sister to get her oil changed when I wasn t feeling too well and the staff went out of their way to get me some emergenC to help me out. They are super friendly and take great care of your cars.

This was my first experience at Horizon Auto Center. Great customer service and courtesy. As I needed more work done on my car, they offered to drive me to my destination and pick me up once it s ready. Quality of work on my vehicle is great so far but only time will tell.

I had an issue with a hard to find part for my car. I called Horizon, and they fit me in within 30 min. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and installed it first thing the next day. I believe I have found my "home mechanics " for all our car needs. Great job everyone.

We are pretty new to Rockwall and I am so pleased at the first place that I went to get an oil change for an older German luxury auto.They are nice and courteous and explain things to you.I definitely would recommend them 100%

I took my daughter s 2020 Audi Q3 to Horizon and Devin helped me. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful! The cost of the repairs was reasonable and I highly recommend them for all your car needs.

Horizon Auto Center is a fantastic place for auto repairs and service. They are transparent and detailed in their diagnostics, repair times and pricing - which is what you want from your auto repair team. After 35 years I finally found an auto shop I trust! They sent pictures/descriptions of each issue requiring work, & waited for my approval prior to execution. They even stayed after closing time to complete my vehicle the day before Thanksgiving. Additionally, as a veteran, I appreciate the discount in recognition of our service.

They just spent 20 minutes gaslighting a senior woman in front of me about how they tried to give her cheaper options but you wouldn t listen , though they couldn t seem to decide if that was the better excuse or if they should go with the ol it s just that expensive nowadays . Slowest, most expensive place in Rockwall. They don t want you here unless you ve got a classic or sports car. Won t give you and accurate price quote or time frame and will give you 5 different excuses as to why it s so expensive depending on who behind the counter chooses to join in the conversation.Edit: literally as I sit here in front of them they have forgotten to start my oil change. Unless you ve got 2 hours to spare for an oil change scheduled a week in advance, don t come here.Edit 2: direct quote from Corbin 40 minutes since last edit: resetting the oil life can be tricky to do so it s just taking a while on a Honda CRV lol. It takes 30 seconds. Does he think I m dumb?Edit 3: got it back WITHOUT the 30point inspection I specifically asked about at the beginning. It takes about 40 minutes apparently so there was no time to do that this time. WHAT?!What a janky place. Alright. I m out. Driving away now. See you never.Edit 4: Wow this reply really making me come in for an edit 2 moths later. STORY TIME: Once upon a time, I got a coupon. Cheap oil change, went well. Brought my other car in. "hey you need breaks" well I'm at school. "yeah well they're real bad. It'll be $1500" WHAT?! "yeah but you can get points for that" Well i guess so. Can I have a teacher discount? "meh why not here's $50 off or so. but you get $80 back next time for the points." Brings my car in later for this (read above) hey can I use my points? where'd the other $40 go? "oh it expires" can I get a teacher discount? "CAN'T APPLY 2 DISCOUNTS". sounds about right....

Horizon Auto has sold me and installed three truck bed covers over the years. I've never had any issues until this last cover. The handle to open and close broke off some time ago. I tried contacting the supplier and poking around the internet for a replacement handle to no avail. Finally, a week ago I drove over to Horizon to see what they could do. I met John at Horizon Auto who contacted their bed cover supplier as well as the company that built the bed cover. This morning Horizon Auto installed the new handle and didn't charge for parts or labor. The entire experience was amazing. You expect great service when spending $2000-$3000 for a bed cover and bed rug. But the sign of true "Customer Centric" service is when something unexpected goes wrong after the initial sale. John and Horizon stepped up, made the replacement / fix easy and quick and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. Special thanks to John and the team at Horizon Auto.

This company damaged my car engine by cross-threading one of the spark plugs during a spark plug replacement, which necessitated a costly repair at another shop. In addition, this company concealed their mistake from the customer and refused to compensate the customer for any costs incurred by the customer is repairing the engine damage they caused.
