I had an expected problem with my car starting and took it to Heritage to see what was going on. I b did not have an appointment but they took me right in and ran a check on it immediately. They found that the battery was bad and replaced it right away. I was treated with great courtesy and respect. I appreciate the service team at Heritage very much.

The service experience here is top notch. Everyone one the whole team goes out of their way to ensure their customers have the best experience possible. A true test to me is when something is not right and the team seeks to understand what is not right and goes out of their way to make it right. I will continue to come back & will recommend Heritage Buick GMC service to anyone who will listen.

Horrible! 1 million times 0 stars. You have now taken the top seat of terrible services I have experienced. After dropping my Yukon off to get an issue inspected, I was told it would be 1-2 days before I had a diagnosis. Fine, no problem there. I just recently within the last year purchased this GMC so have never used this dealership, although I have seen it in town the 18 years I have lived here. After 8 days of no diagnosis and multiple false statements after I had to call to try and get an answer, I finally picked it up and will take it somewhere else. Terrible service and communication from service advisor Michael Jordan and even a call and email to the service manager Brad Tittle that I never got a reply from him. All I got from Michael Jordan were excuses and lies everyday anywhere from we think it s just an adjustment, ill check and call you back to I think we have some parts on order for it, ill check and call you back to I ve been out of the office for a few days (where we spoke Wednesday,Thursday,Friday and Monday and you re closed Sundays). Absolutely horrible experience and you will never see me on your lot for any services or sales again. No need to do your automatic reply of call this number so we can discuss and try to earn your business back, as I will definitely not be returning ever.

It is always great to come there. Everyone is nice and personable. When I have questions they are patient and explain things where I can understand them. They will tell me that the service may take an hour but always get it done in less than 30 minutes

It was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Steve was my salesman. Not pushy in any way. Dealership did not have exactly what I was looking for. He and the purchasing manager seem to have gone out of their way.to locate cate the truck I wanted. I would buy from Heritage and Steve the next time i need a vehicle.

Well, I spoke with the service department around 515 pm to let them know I was headed that way to pick up my vehicle. I told them I would be there right at 6(closing time) or a little after. Carson said that he would wait for me to get there before he left for the evening. With traffic, I pulled in to the parking lot at 608pm. I walked in to the sales area to tell them that I was here to pick up my vehicle. They asked they are closed, did they know you were coming? I informed them yes, Carson said he would be here until I arrived. We went back to the service area, that had all the lights off and no one to be found. They looked through the folders where keys are normally placed but my folder or keys were nowhere to be found. They attempted to contact Carson via cell phone with no response. After approximately 20-30 minutes of looking and calling they were finally able to contact Carson. He hid my folder in a back desk, attempting to keep my folder hidden from the sales team. I purchased my vehicle from GMC Heritage and they have all my information on file, including my number. Carson never once contacted to me prior to leaving. I never once second guess to call them to give a minute by minute update after 6 because it had already been established that he would wait for me to get there. I m a fire fighter and scheduled to work the following day, so a transportation to get to work is very important, especially having to leave the house around 445 am. If we weren t able to find the keys it would ve put me, my family, and work in a very bad situation. It s also very unprofessional as a company to give you your word and completely to do the opposite. So as a customer I will NEVER go back to use any service from GMC Heritage, as it can not be trusted, and can not value the customers time. If you have any questions you can contact me.

Once i spoke with Mr. Tittle the experience got better but I shouldn't have had to take it to that extreme. Horrible communication with my service advisor and GM parts. No one should have to wait a month for a repair with no explanation or expectation of parts delivery. I did get my vehicle and it seems to be repaired, I believe if i wouldn't have got Irate i would still be waiting.

Katie Stovall replied quickly to my e-mails, Shawn Waara was great, greeted us when we arrived. Gave us the key to the truck and let us look at the truck while he waited for us to return to his office. Asked us if we had any questions about the truck and gave us a lot of information. He was very professional. The finance department helped us picking the best extended warranty. Everyone was very polite and professional!!!

So, I called up from North Carolina, expecting the same old dealership experience. Boy, was I wrong. Quentin and Josh were nothing short of amazing. Made the transaction seemless and the experience awesome. I spoke with them on Saturday and was on a plane Monday morning. They picked me up at the airport and had me in and out in no time flat. I made the 1000 mile trek back to North Carolina and would do it all over again. Thanks for the professionalism and ease of purchase. If I ever buy another GMC it will be from these guys. Thanks again!!!

Shawn, our salesman, was not pushy, but listened to our needs and wants. Worked to find what was best fit for us and what was the best deal. From picking out a car to signing of papers, each person made us feel like they put in the work FOR us, and not to use us.

I was in the show room for a good 15 minutes lingering near an Enclave. I got into the vehicle and explored the interior.I saw at least 4 ppl in the building: one on the phone, others in their cubicles. Not one person looked my way and certainly no one asked if I needed help.Of note, I am a well qualified buyer ready to make a decision this week. Sucks to be them.

Inquired about a Sierra online and got put in touch with a Katie. Initial contact was good but then just ghosted for no reason. Now no answer. Think they might have got mad because I was not interested in their $1000 dealer add on. Went to other GMC dealer and got my brand new Sierra 1500.

I was in and out within 30 minutes. I arrived at 7:00 AM and was on the road by 7:30. I needed a simple tire rotation. The service department was quick and efficient.

Since 6/12/22. I have been in and out with oils and spending large amounts of money. This last service experience was horrible. The customer service was terrible and it took a full week to get an answer about the issue with my vehicle. The diagnostic was determined to cost me over 3000.00 dollars. I did not receive a new oil pan as stated. I have taken my car to a certified mechanic and he has explained and shown me how I have been ripped off by your dealership

I arrived at 930am to get a full vehicle inspection. When my wife arrived to pick me up it was nearly 945am and at that time my vehicle was still in the bae. At about 1018 am I received a call saying my vehicle was ready for pick up and nothing was needed for my vehicle. I wasn t even offered an air filter. I can t help but feel that no one even looked at my vehicle due to how fast I was called after leaving the facility.

I will not be using them for service or spending anymoney there. I arrived early this morning and walked up to 4 employees in the service area and not a single one of them asked if they could help or anything. I stood there for 5 minutes and not a word. Apparently they don't need anyone's business.

My vehicle recently had a check engine light issue and the team at Heritage Buick GMC in Rockwall, Tx, showed me superior service. Marcus, Brad, Michael, Joshua, and the GM went the extra mile to ensure that I and my vehicle were taken care of properly. The worst experience ever yesterday. I have been a customer a long time at your Rockwall location and each time over the years, I have been met with great service from the time I drove up until I left. My service rep is no longer there and things have not been the same since his departure. No one bothered to say hello when I walked into the service area from the 4 men sitting in their open service desks. The one who asked (in an unpleasant tone) how he could assist, asked my name and informed the service rep (who sat directly across from him) that I was there for his assistance. I walked over to that guy who only asked for my keys. Never said a pleasant word to me. He asked for my keys and told me that he would call when my vehicle was ready. He did do that. I refused to go back inside when I returned to get my vehicle. I told my husband how I was treated when I dropped my vehicle off and asked him to go inside to pay. He said that he wasn't treated (seemed to be someone other than my assigned service rep) with much kindness either. The guy went to get my vehicle after my husband paid for the service and we left. I don't have any intentions of buying any future vehicle there and won't return for any service of my current vehicle. I'd rather write a positive review as I've done in the past, but must report the very unprofessional behavior yesterday.

Fast turn a round with my repair of the fuel pump control module. Thought it would take weeks for the part to come in. Dustin got my truck finished in 1 week. Great follow up.
