Staff seems extremely rude. We sat in my car for 10 minutes waiting to be serviced while two men sat and chatted the entire time without acknowledging us at all. We even attempted to waive them over and they just looked and kept talking.

Came in for an oil change on a Sunday, I was really shocked I could find a place open on a Sunday for an oil change. They are very nice gentlemen working here and overwhelming customer service. Thank you so much.

I had a flat less that 5mins away (fortunately). I called 50 minutes before closing, Jake picked up, verified they had a tire in stock (even went back to see if inventory was right) and he said come on in. He got me in and out and back on my 5hr trip so I could be at work on time. The whole time, Jake treated me like I was the only customer there. A person can tell when a service advisor knows his stuff AND has confidence in his technicians. That was true of this Firestone location. Stop by and get your car worked on, they will take care of you.

First visit to this location. They've been recommended to me by several friends and their suggestions were spot on!Friendly and helpful staff. My services were conducted quickly and without any apparent issues.I will definitely continue using them for my oil change and alignment services.

Because of the patients and care Greg and team showed me I'm a loyal customer now. I've called two other stores one didn't answer phone the other didn't want to help. You'll get far with knowing how to be honest and treat people and they have it figured out.

I wanted a diagnostic for a check engine light. I cleared the codes for a leak I fixed on a vacuum line that I did not want them to look at. They said they could not do a diagnostic without codes even though I had the old codes. They would not do a CKP relearn. I was referred to them from another Firestone for that procedure. When I drove it in the lot, the clutch pedal went out. I asked them to fix that. They said the clutch was working just fine but recommended a brake fluid exchange for $100, which they did. They also offered an inspection and I was charged for that, but they could not complete it because there was not enough time since I cleared the codes. They already knew that. As soon as I left, the check engine light came on. Before I got home the clutch slave cylinder went out and leaked fluid on the ground. It was not drivable and had to be towed home. I wanted a little help but all I got was buffoonery and a waste of my time. I will fix these things myself.

Staff is friendly and professional. But if you schedule an appointment, especially if you intend to wait for vehicle, know that your vehicle will likely not actually get touched for quite some time after said appointment. Only reason I still come here is because I paid ~$100 bucks 11 years ago for life time alignment. Otherwise I d go to one of the places much closer to my house.

Before dropping my vehicle off for an oil change I specifically asked can you perform an oil reset I was told yes that is part of our service package. Upon arrival I was told that they cannot perform this because it is a BMW. If it was not possible I should have been told so I would not have wasted $140 and I could have went else where. Definitely would not recommend if you have a foreign vehicle waste of money.Service: Oil change

Honest place. I went in because there s a noice coming from somewhere around the alternator area, and the inspection was going to be 20 something dollars. They couldn t find exactly where the noice so they didn t charge me anything. Bill was great.

I came in for an alignment was told other work had to be done prior to alignment. In February I paid for a life time alignment and today (November) they didn't do it after having me wait for almost an hour. Never again will I pay for a life time alignment at Firestone.

Was once regarded as of the better consistent Firestone stores around the DFW area. Their tire selection is very competitive with anybody. I always look on line for their coupons .Unfortunately, I sadly do have to report to this store has become a disappointment. I brought a Honda CRV in with hard starting issues. When the air temperature dropped below 55 degrees it would not start or would take numerous times to start. The service guy made us buy a brand new starter saying he was 90% sure that was the issue. But warned us if it wasn t the repair fix, we still had to eat the repair cost. So we were out of a perfectly good Honda starter and had to keep an after market product. They kept the car and promised that they would figure it out. unfortunately they still could not ever figure out what the issue was and after three weeks I had to pick up the car and had to eat a $700 repair job. Sort of a Catch 22 situation for me. They took advantage of us because we are elderly and they thought we were not going to complain about their poor repair service. Now I m in the hunt for a mechanic shop that knows what they are doing. Wish me luck

My wife and I have been customers of the Rockwall Firestone for a long time. Always get treated fairly and on this last visit Mark took really good care of us and gave us a good price on some new tires on our truck.

My wife took our Jeep in to get the tires rotated and a state inspection. Firestone called and said we needed new tires and a new battery. That sounded odd since both were less than a year and a half old. After being told the tires would pass inspection, I opted for the battery and the state inspection. Five minutes later, Firestone called again and said they could not perform the state inspection because the check engine light was on. This was also odd as the Jeep had just been to the dealer s for an oil change. I said we would come and pick it up and take it to the dealer. Five minutes later, Firestone called again to inform me that they had confused Jeeps. We didn t need a new battery and the check engine light was not on. So they could do the inspection. I have lost whatever confidence I had in this Firestone location. I have had problems with other Firestone locations as well. I think it is time to try Discount Tire or Goodyear.

I had a flat on a Sunday afternoon! Had to get my car towed. Called and spoke with Bill to see if they a tire for my car. Bill was was very professional and reserved a tire for me til I got there. They were able get me in that day! Got my tire changed in a timely manner and saved me from what would of been a bad situation! Would highly recommend!!!Service: Tires

Alex is an outstanding employee. I think she should be manager. Always very helpful and a smile on her face. I've seen her with a customer on the phone ordering parts on another phone helping a customer and talking with a service tech all at the same time wow. I wish she could train all in office personnel. Bill usually takes very good care of my automotive needs. He explains everything very well. The customer service has always been pretty good. I have been going for years and only have one experience that I wish was a little different.

I know they get busy, but having attitudes with customers isn't exactly the ideal way to handle your frustrations. Extended wait times due to staff not arriving on time causes everyone additional stress. Maybe that needs to be addressed.I'm not trying to dog them too hard, but wearing emotions on your sleeve doesn't help your business.

I HIGHLY recommend this location!!! Great service and very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! As a recent Ex-Firestone employee, I have a unique inside look of everything because I know procedures and how things are to be run and I can tell you THIS store is doing a fabulous job, the manager should be proud of his staff.I was on a road trip from El Paso to Pennsylvania all by myself and my A/C went out because the car began overheating, I stopped in not expecting much as they looked very busy, but they got me answers right away and got me in and out quickly and everything is working well, I made it to Pennsylvania with no further issues. Pricing was fair and the staff helped me out.Way to go Rockwall!!! Thank you again for getting my car back on the road quickly!Thank you Alex, Lee, Technician Joe, and the rest of the staff, keep up the great work guys!!!Also a very beautiful shop, it is very clean and has been repainted inside, the photos posted on Google are old, wish I had gotten some to post here.

I have used Firestone for 20 years. All of my vehicles have gotten tires, alignment, oil changed along with other service. The Rockwall location has been just excellent. The staff and crew are so good that I drive from Arkansas there just to get my vehicle serviced. I trust them with all my inspections and repairs. I also like the work is warrantied through out the country.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

terrible customer service , they made my wife spend $1800 for tires and socks they she did not need car still shaking she went back and they just told her to take to the jeep dealership.

If I could give zero then I would. I had a screeching rattling sound in my right front wheel well (likely wheel bearings giving out) and told them this, which then they saw test driving it. The rep calls me an hour after drop-off and tells me "well I think its a tire issue so we can replace three of your tires for 775$ and...." just goes on a list of changing my brake fluid, changing my windshield wipers, again swapping my 3 admittedly worn tires and giving me an alignment totalling around 1500 bucks. I asked again why any of that was necessary and to please just check into the bearings or any other mechanical pieces in the front end and once its safe to drive we will talk. (Already had brake pads changed out, alignment done, so How does brake fluid and wipers fix metallic scraping sounds again?) He said, "oh no, that's just gonna get expensive so we're not gonna go that route yet." It would be far more expensive to just ignore and it keeping driving It while it's damaged, don't you think? And I'm going to have to bite that bullet anyway so why drag it out? Automotive places are usually sneaky and underhanded when trying to shake you down for more money so I guess I can appreciate this one in rockwall just deciding straight up to tell me they wanted to waste my time and get everything I had in my pockets while doing it.
