Do NoT buy here.... I went to a bigger dealership so I knew my vehicle would work. I had my versa for 2 months I kept hearing a clink since the day I got home. I kept calling and leaving messages. Finally when I took for the"5000" mile oil change. They heard a sound said I was 2000 miles out of warranty. So now I had to buy an engine for it. With no help from them because I didn't buy the extra warranty for it.

The first experience was great, this experience was not. We brought our car in and the service person told us that the issue seemed like a common one and could be done with that Tuesday or Wednesday. We called Wednesday and nothing had been done, the service person said he would call back the next morning and give us an update, this never happened. We called Thursday and got the same thing they said they would call back and never did. The application they sent to check the progress on my phone says it s still in the inspection process. We called Friday and the service person told us again we will get back with you. They gave us the run around and have kept our car for a while.

Dropped my wife s car off at 7:30am on Saturday for a recall service that was supposed to take a couple of hours. Someone contacted us awhile later to tell us they didn t have the part. They said we could leave the car until the part comes in and they could have a loaner vehicle set up for us. They said they would call when it was ready. At 4pm, still no call. We called them. The service department had closed for the day and are closed on Sundays.We drove up there and luckily I was able to locate the car in the back with my 2nd set of keys. A sales manager helped find my wife s keys that we left with them. My wife would have no way to get to work Monday if her car had been locked up in a bay or something. Very irresponsible employee that obviously did not care about the situation. We had even explained before when they contacted that we would have to get my wife s parking permit and stuff for work out of the car when we come up to get the loaner car.If I have my way, we will never go to that dealership again.

The service center here is awful. I purchased a van from the dealership and and extended warranty, but when I try to call them I'm on hold for 20 minutes each time then it hangs up.I then called someone in sales since they are the only ones who will answer, and after explaining that I can't reach anyone in the service center she transferred me anyway so I could wait another 20 minutes before they disconnected me.The ONLY reason I'm still dealing with them is my extended warranty is tied to their system. Nissan of McKinney has a MUCH better service center and they answer the phone and try to help every time I deal with them.I'll never purchase another vehicle from McGavock again.Service: Tires

Never given any place a 1, always try to find the positive in my reviews, but this was some the worst customer service, I came in to be greeted to "Yes", not even a "Hi may I help you?" even after I smiled and said "Good morning", we've purchased several different Nissans over the years and even referred friends, but loyalty is not worth much these days, spent several grand fixing an issue on our Pathfinder but the Service Manager couldn't even knock off a few bucks for a major part that was promised same day but took 2 days instead, plus not to mention our Service Guy assured us the tires and fluids would be topped off, but when I checked only 1 tire got aired up and the rest were under, and then they were too cheap to even fill the windshield wiper fluid, even though I told them my wife was taking a road trip and requested this to be done, we are never coming back to this location or buying another Nissan for the kiddos going off to college.

Brought my car in for a recall notice and an issue with the electrical/hybrid system. Total time was a little long because they only have one Hybrid certified mechanic. Fixed all issues under warranty except 12V battery which was comparably priced with after market companies

Service has been sliding down hill progressively since the new ownership has taken over... free sodas doesn't negate poor service..
