Just my opinion: I've been a Nissan customer for over five years now and I've been to many different dealers. I bought one car from a Nissan dealership in Chicago, a year later I bought two cars from them when they were Nissan of Rockwall. I have had great experiences with Nissan until McGavock took over and majority of the issues are customer service, I use to feel special as a customer with warm welcomes as I walked through the door for service and now all I feel is they don't care one way or another if I bring my car there or not. I haven't received any discount emails for oil changes or anything since McGavock took over so I'll probably make the extra drive to a different location for better service!

Very impressed with the entire process at Cavender Nissan. Dealt with only Aaron from start to finish went in only to look at cars, see options available and then ended up with a new 2023 Nissan Kicks! Would give 10 stars if possible!

I had such a great experience with this dealership! Nate is the person who helped me buy my car and he was so helpful, personable, professional and knowledgeable. Historically, I HATE buying cars because the process is usually so long, drawn out and painful. But Nate and Cavender s gave me a completely different experience. There was no pressure, no back and forth, no handing me off to another department to finish the sale. The whole process from start to finish was with Nate and was low/no pressure. Overall such an enjoyable experience. Thanks for showing me all car dealerships are not the same!

Nate was amazingly nice and no pressure . Very knowledgeable and the whole experience was so easy and actually pleasurable! Jennifer was my first contact over the internet and she coordinated with Nate seamlessly. I highly recommend both of them and Cavender Nissan! Completely worth the 2 hour drive to get the perfect vehicle at a fabulous price!!

Douglas did an amazing job taking care of me and my truck. I was able to get in, out, and back to work.To no fault of customer service, I felt like the price was high ($600 for a diagnosis, mass air intake sensor and 1.5 hours of labor).Overall great experience and I recommend Cavender Nissan from a customer service perspective.

Diane reached out to me on my inquiry. She was very informative and very pleasant to talk to. I met Anthony at the dealership. One of the nicest gentleman I ve met. He really knows his stuff, and I challenged him with many questions.I can honestly say: It was the best buying experience I ve experienced!!!No pressure!Up front and honest!Cavender Nissan has it going on!!!Anthony and Diane, thank you for everything!!!

All Personnel were Courteous and Appear to be professionals however, I had to wait over 5 months to get a recall part. I brought my car in for a brake issue problem that required a Brake actuator to be replaced. Turns out it was a a recall part that was not available at the time. I was told nobody knows when it would be available nor was it available anywhere in the USA. After several weeks with no answers and no updates I needed my vehicle. I requested my car back. I had to sign a waiver stating Nissan advised not to drive this car and they would not be responsible if an accident would happen. I took the risk not knowing when the part would come in. I requested weekly updates but never got any. I only knew the part was available when I called after and waiting over 5 months driving at a possible risk of an accident. Once I knew the part was available the service department did a good job the next day replacement and service. I wished the service department would do a better job procuring parts and informing me with updates during my wait. All that was needed is to Call or text. Overall, this has been a bad experience for me.

Nate is an honorable man. He was not out to make a quick sale but too time to ensure that the car would not have issues once we left the lot. Am grateful for his honesty and care for me as a customer. He treated as a person and not a commodity and for that am grateful. Men of integrity are hard to find and Nate is a man of integrity. Customer service was great, but went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Tech claimed the wheel lock key did not fit the rear lug nuts and did not rotate. When you got home, I checked the lug lock on all wheels and it fits. Not sure how he missed this as a certified Nissan mechanic. Instead of driving back over, I ll rotate the rear myself.

Our initial visit (2 months ago) was not a pleasant one, however, we gave them a second chance and they were awesome. Professional, efficient, and friendly. So far we are pleased with their mechanical work.

I understood everything before I walked in. There was going to be a diagnostic charge if I didn't leave it to get it repaired. No porter to take me to work. I was only 5 minutes away. In the waiting room I watched my truck sit in a bay for 1 and a half hours. You can see the cars in the bay. I did not get a written explanation of what they did to diagnose my vehicle. That day my vehicle drove like it was brand new. I couldn't imitate the problem. (I described what was going on) my words was on the report. I didn't have a check engine light on. So how could the Tech come back with a diagnosis. No disassembly. But still charge a high fee. And tell me that I need this instead of a fix. I'm very disappointed.

The dealership is a great place to buy a car. Just picked up my 4th purchase from Cavender Nissan Rockwall. Decided on the Pathfinder this time. Thank you all Carter, Jennifer and Antony for the great experience. The new buy online feature really saves time on the purchase. I appreciate the easy process!

Extremely nice employees! Very nice waiting area. Complimentary coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, donuts, muffins, pastries, etc. I would highly recommend getting your Nissan serviced here.

We made an appointment to only have the oil changed and that alone took over 2 hours and then after the oil was changed and ready to leave they tell us that the air filter needed to be changed out. But after being there for 2 hours already we weren t about to let them take the car back and change the air filter. Not sure what the point is to have an appointment scheduled if it s gonna take over 2 hours just for an oil change.

Great experience with Thomas Young and Jennifer at Cavender Nissan in Rockwall. Very friendly staff and patient with all of my questions! Bought a great used non-Nissan SUV from them. Thomas was patient to search online for the answers to some of my questions. Thank you!

Getting a software update and had incredible service. Kaytee and the techs were patient with explaining how my nav system works, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The waiting area is large, very clean, comfortable seating, and even had coplimentary refreshments! We will definitely be back for any needs. Thank you!

I give a three star because when I pull of Nissan lot from getting a oil change and tires rotation all my lights was flashing because they for got to screw my battery cable back tight after they expected my battery. I had to turn around and go right back.
