Big Tex Trailer World is great & great customer service! We had trouble with our leaf springs on our travel trailer in the past---3 have been replaced. And we bought an extra leaf spring back in August. We had used Big Tex before & were very happy with their service & work. Price was great! So we called them again to see if they would install this leaf spring with the parts we bought. They did! We called & they gave us an appointment for the next week--we also were able to drop the trailer off the day before appointment. It was fixed & also looked at our bearings, greased the hubs & replaced all 4 wheel bearing seals. All was day of the appointment & once again price was great. Less than expected. Thank you Big Tex Trailer World for your service & work done!! See you next year for our bearing & axle checkup!

I bought a ranch hand for my ford f250SD 2015 last year. Great job great price. This year had my 5th wheel inspected and trailer serviced along with checking my trailer brakes, awesome job. The mechanic answered a whole bunch of my questions. Inside people were awesome very helpful. Will make this a regular routine each year as we travel full time. Thank you all again. I recommend them highly

Customer service is great at this location The trailers aren t made like they used to be, though. Definitely shop around if you want better quality. I prefer Diamond C and Kaufman trailers for our equipment. The Big Tex trailers serve a purpose and people still buy them for the brand but I would definitely recommend doing your homework and read the reviews of other manufacturers before purchasing a Big Tex.

Not only do they make awesome trailers, but their staff has taken customer service to a whole new level. Christine (Houston Location) was my first point of contact. She found what I needed very quickly and called me right back. Steve Wylie (Rockwall Location) called me and made the sale. He had me in and out within 15 mins of my arrival. Shout out to Christine, Steve, and Big Tex Trailers.

I highly recommend this store! Their customer service was excellent and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. We took our trailer here to be repaired and not only did they take great care of us, they were extremely quick with the repair process! I would definitely recommend them to others.

I got my Big Tex trailer from Rockwall.Steve Wylie was the best! The staff was friendly and informative.My trailer had all the features I wanted, jack welded in the tongue, spare 15 inch tires, leaf spring axle, full sized 15 inch tires and spring assisted lift gate/ramp.This is something I can trust hauling my Ducati superbike around on.Thank you Big Tex Rockwall!

Family Vacation Saved: While pulling a camper across Texas, a trailer brake issue brought our trip to a "screeching halt." Service is excellent! Danielle took our call. She was very friendly and professional. Wylie showed us the trailers. Absolutely no pressure. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. Overall an excellent experience!! Highly recommend!!

When I was pulling up to Big Tex trailers, I felt like I had no idea what I was doing there. I needed a trailer but my research only got me so far. I pulled out of there with a double axle and had complete confidence in what I had hooked up to the truck. Wylie answered any questions I had and any questions I didn t know I had. I ve since hauled a utv on the trailer while utilizing the Curt echo brake controller I got at Big Tex and I had no issues. And of course the trailer is of great quality. They re cool people.

I was searching all over north Texas for someone to appraise my boat trailer for taxes. I called Big Tex and spoke to Donielle. Wow! She was so friendly and helpful. She than put Richard on the phone and he said bring your trailer in and he could appraise the trailer for me. He also gave me some pointers on trailer maintenance. I will go to big Tex for all my trailer needs.Great service!

Donielle and Richard were great to work with and made the process simple and easy. They were friendly, courteous and informative. Particularly Donielle had a terrific friendly voice and her introduction made the invitation extraordinary.The trailer quality looks great and anxious to use it here on the ranch.Would definitely recommend Big Tex to all my friends!

I couldn't find the trailers that I needed locally, so I rolled the dice and called Big Tex in Texas. From the moment I spoke with Steve Wylie, it's been one of the smoothest transactions I have done. Steve showed me detailed pictures of units I was purchasing, thoroughly explained and answered all my questions. Doing business over the phone from another state had me a little worried, but Steve and his team made the transactions easy for me. I have already recommended and referred some of my friends to Big Tex. I'm looking forward to doing more business with Steve and Big Tex. Not only did they have the units in stock that I needed, they were by far, the lowest price I was able to find. Thanks!

Just bought my second trailer this year from these guys. Steve Wylie is the bomb. Both times I called and gave them my info on the phone and when I got there it didn't take long to get in and out. Awesome trailers, awesome service! I'll be back to get a flatbed for an F-450 in a few months.

A 5 star, perfect experience at Big Tex Trailers in Rockwall! I went in for a part for our trailer and they helped us get exactly what we needed and were extremely helpful and courteous! I highly recommend Big Tex trailers and I will be back for all our trailer parts and purchases. Thank y all!

So I went in to look at some trailers and met with one of the sales guys who was nice enough. Decided to go with one of their Rice trailers and was unknowingly misquoted a price, the next day I went to sign docs and after an hour of them just trying to get the docs ready and couldn't find the extra parts I wanted, they realized the trailer was wrong and I was then quoted it's going to be 1100 more for the one I wanted.I was personally inconvenienced as I needed a trailer today and was already behind schedule, which is only partially their fault but compounded it made for a pretty awful experience as I now have to rent a trailer.

Big Tex Trailers of Rockwall was an excellent choice for me to purchase a trailer. I needed a 6' x 12' utility trailer. They had it in stock and explained all the options. They were very friendly and efficient. I was able to pick up the trailer, do all the paperwork, get an inspection and instruction of the trailer and leave in less than one hour. Wonderful!

Needed a small utility trailer to haul lumber for home projects with. Wanted one that would last, so went with Big Tex instead of one from a big box store. Wylie was super helpful and got me setup with a 35SA in no time. Great folks over at this Rockwall location!

These guys are the best. Steve and the big boss are amazing to work with. These guys care for you and your trailers and are just amazing. Strongly would go here before anywhere else.
