I went in for an oil change pretty late thinking i wasn t gonna make it but the guys here made time for me. They took care of my car pretty quick! I really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the people here. I felt really comfortable and at ease getting my car serviced here. Thank you

03/19/2024This location here has gained a loyal customer for a very long time. Long review, but worth the read. So, I brought my car in for an oil change, when I picked it up, I noticed a huge crack on the windshield that spread like a spider web, but not till I got home. I knew it happened while in their care. It was hard to notice at a quick glance cause of the spot it was in, so I went back to the establishment, notified them of the windshield. They told me they would review cameras and call me to let me know if they noticed anything. At that point in my mind I was like, "damn, that isn't happening because they could say nothing happened all day long and I would have no way of figuring it out". Turns out they did review cameras, and a branch fell on the windshield and caused the damage. You talk about an honest establishment, they also took care of replacing the windshield which was not a cheap fix, I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU TO THE STAFF THERE. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100%.

Thank you Big D auto and lube for fixing my tire. Your service is consistently quick, I appreciate your professionalism. The front desk person was able to answer all my questions. She was very polite and her time management was amazing. During a very busy time I was in and out within 15 minutes. I highly recommend Big D Auto & lube to friends and family.

Truly the most exceptional customer service and expertise. I ve owned multiple vehicles in my life and been to multiple shops and NOONE has amounted to the service I have received from Chino and his employees. They found a customer for life! Thanks guys!

Great guys. Was greeted with a smile. Staff was friendly. Waiting room was nice and cold on a triple digit July day. Oil change was fast and affordable. Bathroom was clean. Service and price was great!!

My guy Chino is the man and is very easy to work to with. I have been and will continue to only bring my vehicles to Big D for servicing.Dependable work at reasonable prices, definitely the best service option in the Rockwall, Heath, Fate and Royse City area.

Wow! Was referred to BD and wow! Mark was super friendly and helpful!I had a screw in my tire and Mark was able to repair and get me in and out within 5 minutes. Very professional and helpful! This place has won over our families return business!Service: TiresService: Tires

I must comment this business. I had a huge nail in my tire and every tire place was super busy. One place referred me to Big D and there were cars everywhere. I thought, nope they definitely cant get me in. WRONG! They stopped what they were doing, pulled my car in just a little and in less than 10 minutes they had repaired the flat, AND offered to check the pressure in all tires! EXCELLENT customer service. Fast, friendly staff. Thank you.

I bought an old car with an old, out of state license plate. I tried all the internet tricks to get the rusted bolts off. I researched and saw that one person online with a similar problem (in another state) was charged over $200 just for replacing the tag at their mechanic's! This was steep, but I needed it done. I also needed them to drill holes for the front license plate as well. I went into Big D prepared to sink further into debt for such a silly problem. When it came time to pay, I thought he'd made a mistake when he said it was under $40 AND I'd also gotten an oil change! They charged me NOTHING for the tags! Right now, I have a beater I need to baby for a bit and was looking for a mechanic after just moving here 4 months ago. I am beyond grateful to have found one. Thank you, Big D - you guys are amazing and I can see why your ratings are so high. I'll be talking you up from here on out.

I was referred here for some last minute service I needed desperately! Everyone was super nice and helpful. They took my car in immediately and I was out of there within less than 30 mins! Big D provides fast quality service at a great price! I've taken in several cars over the years for various things. Most recently, I had the AC compressor replaced in my son's car. They had it done within a few hours of me dropping it off...impressive! I had another shop replace it before, and it never felt cold enough, then failed within 2 years. Chino got us riding in comfort in this brutal Texas heat!This is a shop you can trust to fix things right and at a fair price.

This place is amazing. Call around and you'll see that Big D's offers some of the best pricing around. Their service is outstanding and the guys there are top notch.Came here for a tire patch and had such a good experience, I took both my vehicles here for new tires to show them my appreciation and support this business.

I had an engine light come on on my new-ish Kia Carnival van that only had 16k miles on it. Went to two Kia dealerships (Mesquite and Rockwall) as I know repairs would still be under warranty but both wanted to keep my vehicle for 2 weeks to run "diagnostics" on it, without a loaner vehicle. It's my family van so there is no way I could be without a car for 2 weeks so I went to Big D Auto & Lube to get their help and pay out of pocket if need be. Big D Auto took my car immediately and within 5 mins told me it was fixed! Apparently the code was due to a small emissions leak that was caused by the gas cap and nozzle being dirty. They cleaned both and the engine code cleared. Big D Auto refused to take my offers of payment or tip and told me it was no problem. They also informed me that had it needed repairs that my car was still under warranty. They helped this mom of two toddlers out and I was almost in tears I was so grateful!! I am now a customer for life!! I am going to recommend them to everyone I know, you just don't see this kind of honesty and service anymore! So if your vehicle is having issues of any kind, do not hesitate in coming here! They are honest, good people! I drive a 2015 Infinity Q50. My transmission sensor went out - a known issue from the manufacturer. No mechanic wanted to touch it and Infinity wanted $$$$ to replace it. Luckily we contacted Big D Auto & Lube. They went out of their way to get a transmission - it was in Houston. Big D installed and delivered my vehicle earlier than expected. The staff was courteous, super engaged, and informative. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends!Service: Transmission replacement

Great customer service, I definitely recommend this place. I got an oil change and it was quick at an affordable price especially for synthetic oil. I asked for a tire rotation on my vehicle and they stated they would check my tires first to make sure it was needed. I am so happy to have found a place that doesn't just perform services to charge people. They have earned my trust. I will absolutely be back!!

Dropped in on these guys to get a tire repaired and they took me right in. Had me out of there in 40 minutes and the tire has held up no problem. The only reason I didn't give that 5th Star was because the guy fixing my tire jumped into my truck with his rubber gloves on that had all the grease and gunk on them and drove/parked it up. Not a huge deal but not ideal either. I gave the interior a wipe down and it's all good now. Other than that, they were professional, courteous, priced well and had a quick turnaround.

I have been coming here for about 10 years and will always come here for everything! The customer service is amazing and I m always in and out!! They all go above and beyond to give the best experience possible! I get my oil changes done here, inspections, and literally everything I can think of! They really are the best and always do great work! Also Chino is the BEST! The place looked like it was packed with cars and there were four folks sitting inside waiting. I pulled in for an oil change and I was told it would be maybe 30 mins. All the while people keep coming in.From the nice young lady inside to the very professional mechanic that explained the additional work my car needed. Everyone was very very nice. I was out in 30 mins and you can't beat the price. I am pleased and highly recommend Big D Auto & Lube.

Went to get my truck inspected. Staff was friendly and worked quickly. Previously went to Kwik Kar on Horizon Rd and the inspection guy didn't know that you could have UV film on your windshield and would not pass my truck. Didn't have any issues at Big D Auto! Obviously more knowledgeable staff here!
