Went in today to see about what was going on with my tires as they all were coming apart now keep in mind these tires are only 2 months old had one replaced yesterday and it popped at same place as last one so tells me something was going on. We came in they are replacing 2 tires and checking one we got here at 8 am it s 10:30 am now and we are still sitting here as there was NO cars in front of us. This place is ridiculous keep in mind this is 2nd time they have took this long it s really starting irritate me to high hell. They need to get someone else to mange the auto center and some more employees that aren t lazy.Service: Tires

SLOW. If you're in a hurry don't go here. Went to get 2 tires mounted and balanced. I had 1 customer ahead of me getting an oil change and it took 3 1/2 hours before they got my 2 tires done. They're cheap and the did ok work, just SLOW.

Went in today to get my tire changed. At other places it takes at most 30 minutes but here it has been 2 hours with only 3 other cars and like 5 workers. I m waiting in the rain and they started working on the wrong tire and gave me an attitude when I went up to them and told them it was the other tire. Wish I could give 0 stars waste of time and money.Service: Tires

If you trying to return an old battery for a core charge better make sure you call and check before you make the trip up there because if it's not in a system you're not getting the core charge I had to leave mine there give it to them for free no core charge after I purchase my battery there 2 months ago.

Guy behind the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing but the mechanics were great. They knew more about the goings on in the department than he did.

I waited 45 minutes to even be checked in even after going inside and asking for help. There were four workers and only three cars there including mine so there should not have been an issue. Then after getting checked in the gave me options for tires without knowing for sure if they had the right size which the didn t of any tire. They need to stay to date with inventory.Service: Tires

I went today for a single tire change.It was the worst experience I have ever had. When I got there the guy told me it would take 30-45 minutes and he would start right away as there were no cars ahead of me. This was true as I pulled up to an empty bay for tire changes. I went inside and waited an hour and when I went back out to check they hadn't even pulled my car into the empty bay. I asked what was going on and they said "sorry we got busy and it will take 30- 45 minutes to do." I said okay and told them I need to leave within the next hour to pick up my kid from school and he said there would be no problem and pulls my car into the bay. The hour passes and my car is in the bay still so I ask what's taking so long. They said they are just busy and it will take 30 minutes to finish. 40 minutes later I get my car and they didn't even have the deceny to put the spare tire back in its place and just threw it in the trunk. I will not be going back.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

I am so disappointed with the timing of getting to our Vehicle. We got to the service center at 10am !! Service guy stated that it would take at least 2 hours to get to our car! Which was fine with me , I would do some shopping !! Here it is 3:06 which is 5 hours later and they are just now getting to it !!! I m so upset with how they handled the timing! They could have told us they weren t going to be able to get to our service until after 5 hours .. NEVER AGAIN WILL I HAVE SEVICE DONE HERE !! Something that should have been at least 30-40 minutes turned out to be more than that !! To top it all off they ONLY CHANGED 3 of the tires Service: Auto tire replacement

I came in for an oil change. They told me it would be 1.5 hours. After waiting 2 hours, I come back and have to track down the technician to find out what s going on.He tells me super rudely that they don t have the filter for my car and that they are going to send me on my way super offhandedly and without apology. I said it would have been nice for them to have told me that 2 hours ago while I have been waiting here for my oil change. The guy interrupts me and starts getting frustrated.He raised his voice at me after all of this. Extremely rude, unprofessional, inefficient and total waste of time. Don t come here.

Arrived 1:45 pm. If you want a quick oil change, don t come here. I was the second car to be serviced for oil change.2 hours later and I am not exagerating, I am still waiting. The tech has waited 45 minutes for his supervisor to come and check his work..

I took away three stars for the unfriendly impolite and unnecessarily rude treatment by the orange haired female "manager." She needs to be retrained in customer service. The inside clerks and technicians outside did a fine job. They deserve 5 stars and a better manager.

Not as if you would expect much more, but this is a terrible place for service. I recently went there for a battery. They sold me a battery that wouldn't fit my car, but then refused to admit fault. Wouldn't exchange it or fix the problem, even though it was the same day. Later, like a fool, I called about some tires. It took me forever to get in touch with the automotive department. I was transferred several times, and the phone rang forever, but I was determined. When the woman in automotive answered, she was highly unprofessional. I asked for a price on tires and she said let me check, and HUNG UP THE PHONE! Don't waste your time.

The place is an absolute disaster. Which honestly, I should of known better, but I decided to have the battery changed out of my car simply out of necessity given the fact that I was already at walmart and there were not many people in line (very rare). What should of taken literally no more than 15 minutes max, ended up taking over 3 hours (I should of done it myself). They took my car back in the first bay door area and it proceeded to sit there for an hour, all the while every other car showing up after me were taken in to the other open bay, having work done and then being driven off. I ended up asking what was taking so long and the person behind the desk went to find someone out on the floor. he came back 10 mins later and told me that a mechanic was just finishing up a tire on another car and that i was going to be next. he said "10 minutes and hes gonna do it." I was now late for work and my boss was wondering where I was, after another 20 minutes and it still wasn't done I ended up taking an uber to work. 2 hours later they finally contacted me and told me my car was ready....for a freaking battery change?!?!?! unreal.....bottom line, the auto center at walmart is run just like the rest of walmart, a complete joke.

I took in a flat tire I had purchased from Walmart about 4 months earlier to get it plugged. The tire had a screw in it and had to be completely replaced because of the loaction. Even though I had road hazzard on the tired I still had to pay over $75 for the tire to be fixed. This is not to mention that it took over 5 hours for this tire to get replaced. I brought it in at 8am and was finally able to leave the store by 2:00p.m. The Walmart on Franklin Ave. Is a dreadful place filled with employees and a manger who have the combined intelligence of a chimpanzee.

My car was in real bad shape but I ended up parking close to the pharmacy. It really couldn't make it any farther. After I left, my car was doing alright, they got almost all of the birds out of my vents, which I greatly appreciated. 5 stars!

OK I actually work at this particular Walmart so I no way am I here to just bash on the place... But I told the guy I wanted the "Pit Crew oil change" service and he said "Ok" then proceeded to perform the standard oil change or whatever for full synthetic vehicles without even notifying me which ended up costing more than what I originally wanted!? And he signed the line on the paper so management said I couldn't do anything... The signature is literally a line I don't use a line for my signature!! Ultimately I wouldn't go to Walmart for car service ever again and I work here the rest of the service is nice though...

I took my car at 1:30pm. One person told me it would be 1.5 hours, one person told me 3-4 hour. I asked to get my oil and headlights changed. He checked under my hood and said they could change my headlights He said we ll see if we have time to do your headlights . It s 1:30 and 3 cars were in front of mine. I m thinking, you re telling me in 5.5 hours, you can t change oil in 4 cars??? Well, at 7:15pm, I get a call that they got my oil changed but couldn t figure out how to change my headlights....? Thanks- now I ll have to drive home in the dark since you waited so long. No thanks.

Needed a tire, and they just said immediately they didn't have it. I asked can you order it and get one today and the answer was no we can't do anything like that so I'm stuck on the highway and have to get several more miles down the road to get a tire

I took my daughter's car in for an oil change. I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism inside the store and outside. I felt confident they would do a good job and I believe they did!

I went there to get new tires and they did a good job and the staff was very friendly and professional, it took about 45 minutes to an hour, not bad for a busy Saturday afternoon.

Today isnt a good day to get a oil change. Im standing in the waiting room i have been for 45mins. & there like 3 guys 1 working on a car & 2 just passing back & forth. (They cant do anything without the other guy im guessing. ) they other guy is taking his time there is 4 other people complaining. 11 cars in line & Im second my car hasnt moved since i pulled it in at 945 my phone is about to die. & i have to pick up my kid by 12 this is ridiculous. Gave it 2 stars cause there was one man that kept assuring me it would be just a little longer. Think im about to leave behind the other 2 guys.

Horrible customer service! Had to remove the trailer tires myself for them to replace. Took THREE HOURS TO REPLACE TWO TIRES AND I HAD TO REINSTALL ONTO TRAILER!!! The technicians are slow and unprofessional! Obviously this department needs new management and professional staff.

Walmart auto care , they definitely got the best prices in town they even beat Jesse Britt's and I sure got a better looking waiting room than Jesse Britt's does.They always have cars lined up waiting for oil changes tires or something and they're busy around the clock overall a decent place to get your vehicle serviced.

They said only 2 employees were working but yet there was one everywhere you looked. Took 2 and 1/2 hours waiting outside in the vehicle, which they took the keys too. Then only 20 mins to complete the work. Smh

The hit and miss and there's less help at the Franklin store that used to be sometimes you'll get some help sometimes you don't and sometimes like I did I had a battery that was put on backwards in messed up the whole computer system on my car so be vigilant and it is easy to check out
